I walked up to the counter and the 4 people working behind it who could clearly see me acted like I wasn't there for at least 3 minutes and after I noted that I needed allergy medicine, it still took another 2 minutes for them to stop and help me. The woman behind me had been there 3 times that day trying to get back pain medicine and it still wasn't ready. There was no one at the front desk, so the line for the electronic checkout was unnecessarily long. Once I found someone to help me with something behind the front desk, he was at least helpful. Overall terrible experience.

For the last week I've been trying to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Day 1 I stand there for 30 minutes before the pharmacist admits he can't understand the prescription my doctor is asking for. I give him the number to call the doctor and ask for himself. He won't even listen to the full message where she says to hold he just tells me she won't answer so I call myself and he tells me he can't talk to my doctor on my phone and that she has to call the pharmacy herself. Luckily the doctor calls ASAP. Dude walks away and leaves the phone ringing for like 4 minutes before he answers. Then it takes him another half hour of tapping on his computer to tell me my insurance won't cover the cost because it's a concoction mixed with an otc medication and that if I want it it'll take 24 hours for him to mix it. I didn't have the money so I came back on Friday when I did. That Friday a female pharmacist tells me it'll only take 15 minutes to get my scrip ready. After 15 minutes of me wandering around the store trying to kill time she calls me and tells me the same nonsense about it taking 24 hours to get the prescription ready so I go home pissed again. The next day I come back AGAIN and did tells me HE CAN'T MIX THE PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I PAY FOR IT! So I say "So it's gonna take you 24 hours again to mix it?" He says "No I'll mix it now. I can do it in 15 minutes. I don't know who told you that 24 hour thing." so now I'm sitting here a good 20 minutes waiting for my prescription. God knows if I'll actually get it this time but I swear I'm never sending a prescription here again!

CVS (Watkins) has my info in their system, my physician sends my prescriptions directly, and I get a text when it's ready. They offer to mail it for a small fee but I always pick it up. I didn't give 5 stars because the pharmacy line is usually long but it does move fairly quickly. I find the staff pleasant and have never had a problem.

I hope they take these complaints seriously, and start doing some customer service trainings and holding ppl accountable. I was in line at 1:27pm today, ready to pick up my prescriptions. I'm on a lot of medication and am at this CVS at least 1x a week. They aren't the friendliest but tolerable. They close everyday for lunch between 1:30-2:00pm. I had 3 minutes and there was one person at the register, and seemed to be almost done. There pharmacist was at the register and the tech (Jade) was behind her working on the computer. The pharmacist says to me, "I don't know if I can get to you", I tell her that "I am hopeful" it was 1:28pm at this point. The tech Jade comes to the register and says "you need to leave". I tell her "I don't like her tone" and Jade proceeds to tell me "I don't care" There you have it....Jade, pharmacy tech, customer service position at CVS doesn't care about being rude to customers.
