Not as bad as others have posted, I've been going there for years I've always had good pharmacists. Matter of fact the other day my doctor accidentally sent my prescription to another pharmacy and they were so willing to fill it there so I wouldn't have to go else where. The down side the building is pretty dated and pharmacy lines can be long. read more

There is no review that could do this cvs justice. It should be in a movie. The entrance door was broken, so you have to enter through the "caution do not enter" door with no sign explaining it. I needed to go to the pharmacy. I walked up to the counter and the 4 people working behind it who could clearly see me acted like I wasn't there for at least 3 minutes and after I noted that I needed allergy medicine, it still took another 2 minutes for them to stop and help me. The woman behind me had been there 3 times that day trying to get back pain medicine and it still wasn't ready. There was no one at the front desk, so the line for the electronic checkout was unnecessarily long. Once I found someone to help me with something behind the front desk, he was at least helpful. Overall terrible experience. read more

Mixed experience at this CVS. I stopped in for papertowel , which was on sale. The paper towels are all behind a locked glass, so I had to press a button and wait for an associate. It took a full 5 minutes for someone to come over although the store was pretty empty. On the plus side, the associate at the front was very friendly and helpful. The coupons also make shopping here worthwhile. read more

I visit this CVS for the pharmacy primarily. I've never had a problem when I go. The pharmacy staff is super friendly and helpful. The store overall could probably be a bit cleaner and organized. This CVS serves its purpose for me. read more

The protein bars I purchased were expired and I received a call from the pharmacy the next day saying that they gave me someone else's RX medication. I live well over an hour away with no traffic and they asked me to look for the meds and bring it back. Traffic during the week makes the drive nearly 2hours and gas is not free. The store was dark, dirty, and dimly lit. Several items were out of stock. It has gone downhill and I will not be back. read more

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy point blank period. There are five workers behind the counter and there are ten people in line...I'm literally the second person in line and this fool has been letting I guess his homies in front of me. I have been waiting for 1 prescription for 20 damn minutes. I don't believe anyone at this pharmacy works...at all. Either that or they are cardboard cutouts of people. This will not only be the last prescription I put in this location but the last purchase I will make from this CVS PERIOD! This location will not be missed especially when there is a CVS in the Target .1 miles away and a better one about two miles away. Do not support this location. Everyone in the pharmacy obviously does not want to work or even be there so let them hit that unemployment line. Fuck if I care. I just got my prescription...30 minutes in LINE LATER! read more

This CVS is really nice and clean with a wonderful stuff .That really helps you find what you need.

Last time at this location, my order was not ready. The attendant asked Me for my name? I showed Him my order in application and email, yet I did not get my paid order. He would not take my order #? Was not ready, too......Bad service! I called 7/11 and told my story. While on the phone, she called the store to go back???? read more

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I was serviced by Muhammad Qasi. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I encountered issues with my insurance and came back in the evening to just pay out of pocket. He told me that he won't fill my prescription because it would take him 10minutes to open the safe and to come back the next morning to pick it up. When I arrived this morning, another staff member told me that the prescription needs to be shipped. I took time off from work for nothing. I will switch pharmacy asap!! read more

I forgot my chapstick on the way to Six flags. I didn't want to pay $6 for something that could be much less expensive if I wasn't paying mafia theme park prices. The summer clearance shelf didn't have many choice but they had what I needed. I paid .21 for my sp 30 chapstick (score). The cashier did not know how to ring up anything higher than 75% off so he claimed the store did not have 90% off. I asked hubby to bring him the sign. Bonus points to the manager who rang up the sale items. The store was clean. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

CVS and Walmart are the only stores with an employee for every isle but only one register open. This location isn't bad they have a good amount of products available. The location has plenty parking, not sure about customer service didn't interact much with the employees. read more

I love cvs but this particular location always has a line to the pharmacy the length of the store. They don't seem to have any sense of urgency as the increase number of people in line just leads to increased potential exposure to COVID19. The pharmacy techs are more interested in their personal conversations opposed to getting things done quickly and keeping the numbers in the store down read more

Giving this CVS Pharmacy 1 star because it was my first time there and even though the pharmacist was trying to be helpful with another customer, the girl that waited on me (blond locs or twists) was rude, condescending and impatient. Because of her unprofessional attitude. Reading other reviews, I see why this CVS pharmacy was rated so poorly. Wrong medication--disturbing! read more

This review is for the pharmacy Trinity in particular! When I dropped off my medicine the lady at the counter(Trinity)told me that it wasn't covered by insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket.but didn't tell me I would need an ID to receive my medication when I came back! I feel all this information should be disclosed so the customer is not wasting time going back and forth and now I have to leave a negative review! read more

I do not usually Yelp places like CVS, but the Assistant Store Manager at this store was so rude to me once, I still remember it. This was the worst CVS I have ever been to. They always have long lines and seemingly no one...I mean NO ONE at the front to check people out. You just have to stand there and wait forever for someone to decide that maybe, just maybe they will come and do their job. Just keep going and find a different CVS. There are several. Avoid this one, though. Later in the evening, there are also people selling bean pies and newspapers directly outside of the door and they are kinda pesky. I don't know why they're allowed to stand there like that...you have to walk through them and say excuse me to get by. Hot mess. read more

Awful... Always ridiculously busy whenever I go in to get an Rx filled. VERY understaffed at the pharmacy counter. Seems totally unorganized and they make you wait hours to pick up simple prescriptions. After switching to a Rite-Aid pharmacy, I noticed how quickly and organized their staff worked compared to this CVS. I would highly recommend avoiding this CVS unless it is your last/only resort. read more

They are like a bunch of keystone pharmacy workers. Can't find scrips, put wrong birthdates on medicine THEN you gotta wait ANOTHER 45 MINUTES FOR THEM TO CORRECT THEIR just to get to the register with different prices! Veeerry frustrating experience almost everytime I come here. If not one thing it's another. read more

If you have an hour to wait, go for it. Also don't expect customer service. You may have to go find an attendant to even acknowledge you. Good luck. read more

I had an issue with a Money Gram refund. Worked with Management Team Member, Nicole. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Really appreciated her help. read more

Pass this one up and drive the extra mile. An inconsiderate staff that will have you waiting after you've asked twice to be called once the prescription is ready. Retarded or trying to be cute, I'm not sure. No apology, no greeting, no good service. Will not return!! read more

How do you report a pharmacy and/pharmacist? This is the WORST pharmacy ever. I have been dispensed the wrong medication amount twice and the pharmacist actually tried to argue with me about it. Clearly he did not pay that much attention in school. read more

Never ever ever go here! Very rude pharmacy staff. Called 45 mins before closing and repeatedly they pick up line and hang up. Medication error caught by me. Wrong dosage given and they wouldn't even answer phone to give me answer medication question. Entrust your medication needs elsewhere you life may depend on it! read more

I ended up at this CVS off the whim because I was in the neighborhood. Went in and found what I needed with no problems. Employees were friendly. It wasn't crowded. Store was clean. Plenty of parking. No complaints from me. Glad to have a good shopping experience. read more

Horrible customer service from pharmacy workers, pharmacists included. You can call and come in-person and they still mess up your prescription order. The wait time is horrendous for even the simplest orders that only require you to grab a box off the shelf and put a label on it. I feel sorry for the sick and elderly that have to deal with this foolishness after making their way into this hoodrat hangout of a pharmacy. Only bright light is the young lady at the front cashiering. She is helpful and courteous. read more

Rude store management, expired products on the shelves and the pharmacy department is not efficient. Unfortunately our prescription plan required we start using CVS or we had to pay higher copays. After the 3rd bad experience I transferred everything to the mail order service. If she needs something in a hurry I rather pay a higher cost and get it at Walgreens. read more

I would not recommend this pharmacy very unprofessional. The pharmacists gave a bad recommendation and was wrong information about two products and it was either because she was flustered because she opened the pharmacy late this morning and we were waiting in line or because she doesn't have a good understanding of the products. Either way it is not acceptable for a pharmacist to be so negligent about recommendations. I left and went to Walgreens where the pharmacist simply explained to me drug interactions between two products. Thanks Walgreens you get 5 stars!!! read more

Have to confer with other reviewers. The lines are always long. The pharmacy hasn't had efficient or effective staff for over the 6 years I've been to this location. I don't attempt to get prescriptions here anymore, just stop in for greeting cards or single items that I've forgotten from the grocery store. I haven't found a good CVS store in the MD/DC/VA area. read more

Horrible place, bad customer service, will never go there again for anything. A lady in particular was just so rude, her name is "****" four letters word. Go figure. Avoid that place unless is you last option. read more

This is my neighborhood CVS and I have to say as a store it is ok. The folks up front are very nice and courteous. Now as far as the pharmacy is concerned they are lacking a lot. I just mostly was feed up with them not properly filling my prescriptions accordingly. I had a incident today where they filed my prescription wrong and didn't have the correct test strips on hand. As a diabetic that is major to have. They said they would order them and for me to "call" the next day to see if they were in. What?! Wrong. The correct way would have been to call another CVS close by and see if they had them and transferred the script over there. As far as the call. Why would I call when they are the ones who should call me to let me know when the meds come in since they are the ones who screwed up. I guess the customer service to go above and beyond doesn't hold true anymore. So go there on your own accord and see the service for yourself. read more

Very inefficient bunch at the pharmacy...save yourself some time and head over to Target or Wegmans around the corner...
