The neighborhood isn't the best, and in the past, it felt chaotic--the store was often disorganized, staff seemed hard to find, and customers could be outright rude. But over the last two years, this location has completely turned around. Now, when I walk in, I'm greeted with a friendly hello (a small thing that makes a big difference), and the store is noticeably cleaner and better managed. But the real reason I stay with this CVS is because of the incredible pharmacy team, led by Tasha. Tasha and her team of pharmacy techs are some of the kindest, most patient people I've ever encountered in a pharmacy. I know firsthand how overworked and understaffed pharmacists and techs are these days--since the pandemic, they've taken on more responsibilities without the extra staff or resources to match. And yet, despite the constant demands, Tasha and her team handle long lines, flu shots, complex customer questions, and everything in between with professionalism and care. What sets this pharmacy apart is that the team truly gets to know the community. They don't just fill prescriptions--they care about helping people, period. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, Tasha and her team embody what it means to serve with kindness, patience, and expertise. I've been going here for a number of years, see above sucker; because I honestly don't believe I should have to travel far when I'm sick just to get prescriptions. This is the closest pharmacy to me and its always a struggle. And it's not just me. the line at the pharmacy is always a long because they are always either short staffed porn they screwed up someone else's prescription and that person is causing a fuss. I would actually be shocked if I came in there one day and picked up my prescription and they got it right. I think most people that get their prescriptions there would be shocked if their prescriptions were right too. It's a shame. normally I would say take your business elsewhere, really wants to travel out of the way, when they're sick for medicine? The cashiers ALWAYS are pleasant and as busy as it is, the store is very clean. The parking is plentiful because it is located in a strip mall. If you go to this 7 eleven they offer many discounts of food and drinks but you must have the app downloaded. You cannot get the discounts without it. Also you can earn points to be redeemed for free food. You cant go wrong with 7 eleven, especially this one. Its my 7 eleven of choice.
