And we make an exception just to get these specific items. Again, this is another location of a store/place that I was surprised to see that I didn't have a review for on Yelp. They have a lot of products. It pays to know what other supermarkets are charging for the same items. Sometimes, it is a bargain with their Bogo deals -- and sometimes not so much. My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. Extremely poor customer service…read more I called Community Compound Pharmacy in West Palm Beach to ask a simple question about a prescription. The person who answered said I'd need to "find out," then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music -- no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.

She acted as though since I had a return with no receipt that I was a thief even after explaining to her they were gifts and I unfortunately wasn't given a gift receipt. T also instead of scanning my ID on the phone, had me drive all the way back home to pick up my ID on Mother's Day to bring it back to do a return. I understand it's their policy but at the same time I also know most places would still take care of their customers especially since I had front and back pictures of my ID that we could've used instead. Overall I'm not even mad about the drive since I'm around 6 minutes away, it's mainly how she conducted herself and acted as if I was a problem when I spend hundreds of dollars every month at their location. But the real reason we came was because they had a discount offer on buying Target gift cards. These are always good gifts and stocking stuffers. Plus we saved 10 percent on the face value of each one. We got some excellent customer service here, as well. I was looking for a storage bin to help organize part of the garage. I found the perfect size, but couldn't find a matching lid. The guy was nice enough to search through the back room and found one that fit. Woohoo. So, yes, if in the neighborhood would definitely come back here again.
