She then told me they are too busy to get to the prescriptions left on the voice . I told her my prescription insurance changed and I wanted to give her my new prescription information so there was no problem filling my prescription. The pharmacy tech refused. When they finally got to my prescription I received a message it was delayed because my pharmacy insurance had expired. It is now 7:45 and my prescription is still not ready!
