I like the clean and spacious layout of this location, as well as the easy self-checkout queues. I find this location easy to navigate, with parking that's easily accessible and not too far from the entrance. The traffic is manageable coming in and out of the plaza where this entrance is located. While Publix's prices tend to be higher overall than at other locations, it's convenient, depending on where you're coming from.

I get subs made a few times a week and a few things are a complete deal breaker for me. The Deli Staff doesnt understand English. Then, when they dont understand you, they get mad. The dismissiveness of the Deli Manager girl is also unacceptable. Stands to reason that when the Deli Manager is dismissive and gives the customer an attitude, the employees under her would do the same. If Customer Service isn't their strong point, they should go work in an office or warehouse where they don't have to deal with customers. If they can't understand/speak English PROPERLY, go find a job where you dont need to know and speak the NATIVE LANGUAGE.

The store is situated just west of the Florida Turnpike on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Typically, the store is well-kept, and the pharmacy team is known for being friendly and accommodating. Additionally, they feature a drive-thru pharmacy service, which is especially convenient. We find ourselves here often, but we do not do business with their pharmacy. Beauty products, over the counter drugs, and occasionally paper products is what we normally buy here.

I've been a customer for just under a year. Coming from Miami, where management is spotty, I praise this location. Plenty of parking. Staff is quick to collect carts and help haul groceries out to cars without complaint. No self checkout, but lines move quickly. Shelves are stocked. Floors are swept and clean. Easy navigation. Bakery and Deli move at a reasonable pace. Produce is kept fresh with no visibly stale or overripe items. Meat department seems well trained as butchers, with cuts appropriately trimmed and packaged. Pharmacy is fast and knowledgeable. Personal interactions with cashiers, stock team, assistant managers and management have all been pleasant. As Publix locations go, I'm impressed.
