This is absolutely the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to! Over the past 10 days and beyond every time I go into this pharmacy there's a problem. Your order is not ready yet. 15 more minutes so go and wait 30 minutes and then get back in line. Your order is not ready yet get out of line and go through the drive-through by the time you get to the window, your order will be filled We need some information from your doctor. We won't have your prescription ready till tomorrow. We don't have all of your prescriptions ready you'll have to come back tomorrow. The list goes on and on and on. Was just there today and was told it's gonna be 15 minutes to fill my prescription. So I did some shopping and came back to a line of six people. I went to the consulting window and asked the pharmacist if my prescription is ready she said yes it's ready get back in line. I said I was already in line. She said sorry get back in line. I was in the store for 45 minutes for one lousy prescription. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Absolutely ridiculous. The pharmacist is just as bad and has no people skills. read more

Well I have been going to this particular cvs for probably 7 plus years and I am probably one of the nicest gentlemen and like to perceive myself as much and even still and I would rather be the nice guy and get her in any hot water there. But my level of being able to take someone who literally knows my name my face my mom and my other half, every time I am polite say hello how are you etc... And he reply is always a cold and rude. Identification please. Look rudeness I have grown to accept because we'll more important then any is of course true paramount my "health" well that's when I really have to quickly tell why I have given a pharmacy I have gone to and trusted with my well being for almost a decade one star. I really believe that if Walgreens did a review or looked at thief complaints there are surely several if not in the tens or even hundreds. This last instance is something that well because of the flick of a finger and a pharmacist total and gross disregard for anything pertaining obviously to my good health, when they took my scrip and scanned it in apparently the Dr failed to put wether he wanted me to have tablets or capsules. That's it in many cases I learned it's kind of irrelevant. Yet when they scanned it they did so as tabs and they did not have them yet they had the capsules. Do you know I literally was in tears and asking why when I spoke to a friend from college and explained the unimportance of this fact for them yet how much I would suffer just from the sudden halt of takening the medicine for 20 years! I at first said OK and went back a week later and she exclaimed well the tabs are hard to get and I can't just dispense what I want so you have to wait. I said to her, finally why and what have I ever done to you? I mean give you a holiday card with thx and wishes every year. I never complain about the attitude or how long it might take. So why is you know I am suffering and you know because you have given me both before on a whim as to what you have why can't you just dispense it as written with what you have. No I just need to c OK nfirm with Dr first. He is unresponsive and at this point" I am taking you discourse as a vail threat" and you are no longer allowed to fill your scrips here and or walk in this store. I was absolutely stunned. And shocking enough I have zero recourse. So in my opinion go to Donald Ross ad central or Fredrick small and military they are much kinder and caring read more

I've been using this Walgreens for some years now due to my insurance plan. This place is always difficult to contact when a question arises for my prescription. I have a manufacturer coupon for one prescription but that coupon often blocks or delays my other prescriptions from filling in a timely manner. Each time I have to call to have a human look at the prescription and see what's happening. They unblock it and within minutes my prescription gets filled. This is fine once maybe twice, but every single time is annoying. Plus, each time I call, I am on hold for a long time. Today's call was 45 minutes and someone picked up then immediately hung up. I dialed back and was notified there were now 3 callers ahead of me! They need to fix both the coupon issue and the inability to pick up a call. If I could go elsewhere, I would. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the planet. Infinite hold times, belligerent and incompetent staff. Zero - zero - customer respect. How can they continue to get this wrong for years? Our time is valuable, too. They could care less. The only way this could be so woefully understaffed with complete morons is for Walgreens to accept applications from the bottom 5%. Before my South Africa trip, I need to get flu vaccine. When I walked in at 1:30pm today, I was told the staffs are on lunch break till 2pm. I need to make an appointment. So I made 2:30pm appointment. When I walked into pharmacy dept at 2:31pm, the lady asked me if I have an appointment. I said yes. I waited about 10 minutes, I still did not get call. So I walked to the lady I spoke to, she said she is the one who will give me vaccine, but they are under staff. I asked if I need to wait 30 minutes, she said yes. At this point, I cxld appointment. I wish someone could tell me earlier when I was trying to make an appointment, so I did not have to waste my time!! read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy and store I've ever had to deal with and I'm regularly at Walgreens, until I moved. The worst customer service, and the way they handle things that are important like medications is atrocious. I'll be filing every complaint I can, everywhere. read more

Better help and pharmacy than the bay ridge, brooklyn Walgreens. They have a full stock of covid tests on a shelf near the pharmacy! Their holiday candy isle is always a good one to visit after holidays ! Lots of candy on sale! read more

I made an appointment for the covid 19 the prior day . I told the pharmacist at the consultation window that I was here and have appointment. The pharmacy tech told me to have a seat and he would check me in. I was unable to access consent form on line. several people walked in and were waited on while I was ignored. I waited 20 minutes. another customer walked in to inquire about a vaccine. I then stood up and told the tech I was leaving because I had an appointment that was not being honored. The tech did not apologize or ask me to stay. He continued to wait on new walk ins. I looked for store manager but could not find one. There was not any employees behind the cash register at the front of the store even though there was a customer waiting. read more

I received several notices that a prescription was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there were two windows opened and both were taken up by persons arranging covid shots. One window had a sign saying it was for covid immunization check in, but the other didn't. I waited and waited for the painfully slow clerks to acknowledge me, which they didn't. After over 5 minutes of patience I asked someone walking around behind the counter if it would be possible for me to pick up a waiting prescription. She snapped at me, saying I'd "have to wait my turn". I pointed out that both clerks were inputing information on forms, that I'd been waiting and just wanted to check out. She walked away. I waited 10 !!! more minutes and still neither incompetent clerk seemed able to complete the form filling that was occupying them. 15 minutes total I waited before finally walking out with the meds I needed. read more

I had never visited this particular Walgreens until this month. Twice in a row I went in for photo pickups that I had ordered online and twice Mariola was behind the photo counter. I showed her some grace after the first visit, thinking that she may have had a tough day or maybe hadn't been feeling well, but when I encountered her complete lack of energy, lack of customer service skills, attitude problem, and complete rudeness over absolutely nothing, I decided to take the time and do an official complaint. She is selfish, rude and on a complete power trip. Twice, we waited for 3-4 minutes while she stood there in front of us piddling around without even an acknowledgement. She didn't look at us, she didn't say "I'll be right there," nothing. I finally walked away and asked for the manager. It was crazy. read more

I thought it would be easier to have my package shipped to the Walgreens Fedex shipping center. Sadly that was not the case!! Mariola who was very rude made it very difficult. She is the employee of the photo center. When asked for a manager or asked for corporate number she refused and said I was bullying her. She said I needed a business card with my home address on what planet does that even exist. read more

The pharmacy is the worst. Went to pick prescriptions, and was the 14th in line. Only 2 people helping and neither one had any sense of urgency. This was after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. I was the fourth in line and only 1 car moved in that time. read more

This is by far the WORST Walgreens of all, which says a lot, since many Walgreens are pretty bad to begin with. The staff is completely inept, indifferent and for the most part, idiotic. The pharmacy is where things get to the bottom of the barrel..... maybe 10% of the time we go to pickup our prescriptions (been going regularly for 4yrs) they're ready; 90% of the time they're not ready when promised OR they say they don't even have it, but miraculously they find them once they start looking around. Most times the prescription call-in by the doctor is sitting on their voice mail and not checked for hours, sometimes days. They never seem to care nor do they ever apologize.... and the pharmacists there are very rude and always act like they're too busy to talk, even when there's nobody there. We've finally decided we've had enough and are taking our business to CVS down the street. AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST!! YOU WILL REGRET EVER SETTING FOOT IN THIS STORE & DEFINITELY DON'T BOTHER SITTING IN LINE AT THEIR DRIVE-THROUGH....YOU'LL DIE OF OLD AGE!! read more
