This CVS is very close by to the Nicklaus Children's Walk-In Clinic in Legacy Place, and with a 24-hour pharmacy, this is the pharmacy location where the clinic sends their meds after a visit, if needed right away on a weekend or at night. It's so nice to have this option and be able to jet over there. It has a well-lit, large parking lot, and the store inside is clean and well-kept. Ended up purchasing children's ibuprofen from the CVS brand with a buy 1 get 1 50% deal, plus some fever cooling head compresses that stick on. Ok, and my son's choice of ice cream bars. Never, ever has the meds in stock. Sometimes had to wait weeks before being notified the arrived. Inconsiderate, uncaring, sometimes hostile employees. Also one time, gave me wrong me. I've had to come here to pick up prescriptions a few times for my parents. I'm more of a Walgreens person and not used to shopping at a CVS. I found all the employees to be very kind and helpful. There are some decent coupons printed on the receipts, so make sure to take a look to see if they can be applied to your next purchase. I do not recommend going to MinuteClinic for any health concerns. You are better off finding a local doctor who has walk in service. I have been calling a chasing the Nurse Practitioner all week for medication, but she will not respond to the Pharmacist or my calls. She said she would fill my prescription after I got my lab work completed and it was sent to her office a week ago. Someone from MinuteClinic confirmed they had the lab results, and I have been calling and leaving numerous of messages for the Nurse Practitioner and someone from the pharmacy gave her a note to call me, but I still have not heard back from the Nurse Practitioner. Also, they do not have a direct phone number to the local offices so you have to leave messages with the Call Center. Very poor service. read more

Do not buy gift cards from this CVS. They are crooks and thief's. I Received the cards as a gift. Thankfully the receipt was with them. I called the CVS store and was told they would not do anything and I had to go into the store. I live 5 hours away, so I went into my local CVS. They tried to scan and figure out what was wrong with the cards. They told me to dispute the charges because it looks like the cards were tampered with prior to the purchase. Vacationing here in Palm Beach it was nice to see this CVS located about half a block from our hotel(Double Tree by Hilton). The 24-hour state of this store was even better! This particular store was clean and quiet. The beer and wine were stored in the aisle as well as the coolers. The customer traffic was always just enough; not too much to be frustrated by long waits and not empty to feel awkwardly alone. read more

I went in looking for a couple gifts. During the experience a manager or worker looking guy harassed us and yelled at us as we were buying gifts. Stating things such as "buy something or get out and I'm giving you a trespassing notice!!". Something I found confusing however, all of this commotion about banning us stopped when I suddenly offered to buy my friend something and whipped out 2 hundreds. Seems odd how the manager of such an establishment has the nerve to discriminate us just based on our age. Anyways, I definitely do not recommend visiting here unless of course you would like to be yelled at for simply shopping and minding your own business. read more

Solid location - stopped in here a few times during my week in town to grab some essentials. Staff definitely wasn't as happy to be there as I was, but everything was clean and well stocked. Given that this is a 24-hour location, they do tend to be a little more hit or miss than stores that close overnight for some reason, but I was pretty pleased with this location. read more

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I've never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy. I sit on hold everytime I call no matter what time of day it is, for no less than 30 minutes. When they're short staffed they put sales associates in to ring or answer the phone. They have zero knowledge how pharmacy works. I have a med I have to call in every month, and I get the runaround whether they can fill it 3 days before it runs out or the day that it runs out. There's maybe one pharmacist that I would give 5 stars too, but not sure of their name. Everyone else that works there is absolutely miserable. Came from Urgent Care next door. There were lots of people including parents with young sick children waiting and waiting. After an hour they filled one of three scripts transmitted. She insisted that was all that the only one they got. Others were also only getting a few of a group of scripts. I had the urgent care send the other 2 scripts to a Walgreens. I am just visiting. I thought the CVS near my house in CA was bad. This was unacceptably awful. Go anywhere else!!! read more

Walked into the minute clinic at 2:25, signed in and waited until 3:20 only to have the practitioner step out and tell me she was going to lunch. They are required to take a 30 minute lunch on weekends, with the website saying this "typically happens between 1 and 2pm". It was 3:15 when she informed me she was leaving. Of course you should get a lunch break. But why this medical professional didn't feel it was important to simply step out and inform me that I may be better served by another clinic nearby is completely beyond me. She knew full well I had been waiting. I was #3 in line when I arrived-- I knew the wait would be about an hour. The medical professional at this location must have known this as well, otherwise there's no point in having a sign-in kiosk. I am currently at another minute clinic down the road on PGA Blvd and I hope my experience here is nothing like the last location. read more

I come here religiously 3-4 nights a week after work for some odds and ends (and sometimes wine!). Since I work 2nd shift, I don't get to this CVS until midnight. Even at that time of night, the shelves are stocked, and everything is quick and easy for me to find. I think the biggest thing that stands out at this location is the staff. Everyone I have encountered even that late at night has been so nice and helpful, which is exactly the reason why I choose this location over the other two that are only a mile or two down the road. read more

The pharmacy refused to sell me an over the counter inhaler which I really needed at 3AM on Dec 24th instead he forced me to go to the emergency room to have them charge $2500 to fill the prescription and $60 for the prescription. I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE because I travel a lot and it's costing me $1200 if I need it. I went to CVS online and they have it available $29 but NOT over the counter at this 24 hour store! read more

I went into cvs to return an unopened package of batteries with the original receipt. Because they were purchased 4 weeks ago, they wanted to keep $3 for themselves. After arguing with a cashier and two managers, they finally returned a full refund, but only with a store credit, even though I paid in cash. read more

I have actually avoided going to this location after a certain time due to one employee in the pharmacy. This Cvs is closest to my house and because of my work load I unfortunately don't have the time to go to another. Every time I deal with this individual he is rude and unpleasant. While you can occasionally have a decent experience at this pharmacy most of the pharmacists are just as unpleasant but this Pharmacist in particular is the worst. Every time I am forced to deal with him he treats the entire transaction as if it is a nuisance and can't be bothered to do his job correctly. My first poor experience with this man was due to him giving me the incorrect information when I was filling my prescription, the pharmacy did not have the full amount and told me they fill what they had and would call when they had it back in stock. I also asked if the copay coupon I had would be valid when picking up the rest of the prescription, he told me yes. I never received a phone call, when I finally did come in and check to see if it was in, which it had been for a few days, they then told me that because I had taken over 2 weeks to pick up the rest of my prescription the $0 copay coupon was no longer valid. After I explained that I wasn't aware that the rest of it was even in and was supposed to receive a phone call his response was pretty much 'oh well, can't help you'. He got even more rude after that and refused to do anything about it. I dealt with him for both parts of this and he never tried to make it right and refused to get the manager's information for me, told me to call corporate in a very snide way. I am not sure of his name, I couldn't see his name tag. I ended up having to pay $250 instead of the $10 it should have been. read more
