I love supporting small businesses and West Palm Pharmacy is a great one. Sal and the staff are personable, friendly, and efficient. I've never had to wait longer than 3 minutes when I pick up my meds. My two prescriptions can look remarkably identical. West Palm Pharmacy noticed that and when they fill my Rx, they make sure one pill is a tiny white disk and the other is an oval. When I told Sal this morning how busy I'd been at work lately, he told me that they could deliver my Rx to my home or business AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Please take the reviews from customers who complained about the "bad area" or claimed that the service was not good with a grain of salt. Sal, Stacy and the staff cares and goes above and beyond always to help. When I had Covid my Own doctor neglected to tell me about Regeneron, Being at very high risk ( diabetes and high blood pressure ) Stacy was the one who told me to make sure I go and get the treatment, In exactly two days I felt like I never had Covid . My fiancé who works medical field had the double vaccine and a booster When she got Covid she was so sick I was in a panic I would lose her She got regeneron after seeing me lose Covid and all though it took her a few more days , she also shook it off and later said she believes she'd have been hospitalized without it This one caring staff member, Stacy , possibly saved her life and absolutely got Me back to work so much sooner My Covid was full blown and a total Of 5 days My girl had it 2 weeks before getting the regeneron and by week 3 was better . I can't thank the staff enough for all the care they've shown and help they've given me over the years Won't go anywhere else and highly recommend. read more

Don't waste your time, pharmacist refused to me for being a new patient, said he didn't want to waste his limited medications on someone new, places directly in front of the very poor neighborhood, safety seems to be a big issue here, save yourself some time and do what I did, Sal from this pharmacy told me to go to Walgreens or CVS CVS filled my prescription with no problem and was just down the street in a much safer area too. read more

This is literally the best pharmacy i have ever been to. The staff is compassionate, does not discriminate usually knows you by name and has your meds within minutes. The longest I ever waited was 20 maybe. Unlike cvs who tells you to come back in 10 hours. I have much more great things to say about them but I really want to comment and defend on some other reviews that ticked me off. I must comment on 2 only not so nice reviews. Regarding the review made in 2014, whoever that employee was Im sure she is gone because they would of never tolerated that behavior for one week nevertheless 5 years. And regarding the review from February, clearly you are pissed because they didn't fill your meds. And that's not really fair because this happens all the time and it's not their fault, they are just following the law. If it was a controlled you needed the law only allows each pharmacy to disburse a certain amount of each drug. If their current customers are already using up the limited amount for that pharmacy then it is understandable why they couldn't fill it. I highly doubt they said it in the disrespectful sounding manner you implied because these are the LEAST discriminatory people I have ever met. And that comment about the neighborhood is just rude. There's nothing wrong with that neighborhood. I live in Jupiter where everything is new and pretty and I feel no different or any less safe at that complex as I do anywhere else. The complex is older yes, but Old does not equal dangerous. Just like Poor does not equal bad. You had no problem going there knowing you might get your meds filled. (Just saying) I'm sorry for your dilemma I feel for you and i have been in your shoes I have but don't blame it on a hard working reputable business for following the law.. My physician recommended I check out West Palm Pharmacy when my other pharmacy had a long delay in filling one of my prescriptions. I'm incredibly happy to have found this place. The owner Sal is super knowledgeable and very helpful even when dealing with my complicated insurance. Prices are as cheap as I've found anywhere, even Costco and Wal-mart pharmacies. There's a massage chair you can sit in while you wait for your prescription to be filled. Also when you have something delivered (free!) it's dropped off by a really nice Australian guy named Paul, so there's that. If I can help it I'll never use another pharmacy again. read more

This is the best pharmacy in South Florida. I live in Boca and travel as the service and friendliness of the staff make it all worth it. Anyone who gives them a poor rating is because they are not getting what they want. This is a highly regulated business and they have to run it by the rules. They are not going to risk losing their license and go out of business for anyone. They will however, go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can within those guidelines. I have happily given up the long wait times and the rushed, overworked and sometimes cranky pharmacists at Walgreens and CVS in favor of West Palm Pharmacy. Sal and his staff are extremely customer friendly and make what is usually a chore into a pleasant experience. I too love the massage chairs, but the service is so good that I find I have little time to use them. Sal went out of his way to help me obtain a needed name brand prescription from the manufacturer's program when my insurance dropped the coverage even though he made no money in the transaction and I am a very low volume customer. I travel from Palm Beach Gardens specifically to use this pharmacy. read more
