I'm constantly being told I'm not ready to fill my prescription when I am, or they don't even bother to order it on time. When Carlene was handling things, I never had any issues. She was always on top of everything, and you could tell she actually cared. It's frustrating because there was never a problem before, and now it feels like a constant headache every month. To be honest, I really think the owner made a mistake bringing these two on. It's not just small mistakes -- it's a real drop in the level of service, and it's starting to show.

The phone would ring and the pharmacy tech kept answering and immediately placing me on hold until I was on hold for 25 minutes. She then told me they are too busy to get to the prescriptions left on the voice . I told her my prescription insurance changed and I wanted to give her my new prescription information so there was no problem filling my prescription. The pharmacy tech refused. When they finally got to my prescription I received a message it was delayed because my pharmacy insurance had expired. It is now 7:45 and my prescription is still not ready!

Every single time I try to call it's a minimum 30 minute wait and usually get hung up on and have to call multiple times just to get through to then get greeted by what Damien quoted himself to me today was the "owners princess so she can do/say what she wants" after I once again hd to waste an hour of my day just to get greeted by her with a complete attitude like the excess calls is my fault and have been treated this way by her every month now that I realize it's the same girls voice. I then called back to speak to Damien directly and he had a complete childish hissy fit screaming at me on the phone like I'm not his patient of ten years, and every excuse in the book of why "I'm the reason the phones are tied up" and threatened me basically with not filling my prescription to escalating to dropping me as a patient because I told him the simple, and. VERY obvious solution to hire more people, make a portal where you can chat with someone via ai technology or literally anything to relieve the stress to his employees but was met with excuses and hung up on like a child having a tantrum because it's the due date of my prescription and wouldn't have gotten them filled if not taking an hour of my day. I have been nothing but respectful and patient for over 8 YEARS now hence why he still filled my prescriptions but wouldn't accept my insurance for a medication because he "makes more from cash pay", even though it's literally always been a hassle to get any callbacks, or communication unless showing up to the pharmact. I would give zero stars if I could after the rapid decline in professionalism, and care for their clients other than the bald pharmacist (I don't know his name, not trying to be rude), and a few select employees who probably have to put up with his tantrums that I now feel bad for honestly... Put your big boy pants on, and stop being so childish man. A very nice young man at the register helped me find some vitamins for my mom my last trip. He even offered me a discount as the item I wanted was BOGO but there was only 1 of the item. The outside and inside of the store could use a little sprucing up such as picking up the trash on the parking lot and keeping the floors in the pharmacy area cleaner. Most of the time, I don't have to wait very long when I pick up Mom's prescriptions but recently at least one or more of her prescriptions is out of stock. This necessitates multiple trips to CVS which are time consuming. My Mom likes 'her' CVS so for the time being, someone (me) will be making multiple visits to CVS every time my Mom needs prescription refills.
