The other man behind the counter took care of the drive through customers and the customers at the counter as well. Eventually, it quieted down and I was able to receive my vaccine. Walgreens needs to hire more staff. These two employees were doing the work of 3 - 4 people. They were very professional and helpful. Give these men a raise!

Walgreens has many different types of products while still feeling small, is located close by at all times, and does not suck my time away like the bullseye store does. Walgreens's discounted items call out to me with a fluorescent orange sticker. This is helpful but also dangerous. During my last trip, to pick up medicine, I stopped at the Burt's Bees section 'on the way' to the medicine aisles, and grabbed a lipstick on sale. Then I noticed a pack of lemongrass 'natural' soap on sale from 'Ology', Walgreens 'natural' brand, and grabbed that. Then I noticed some Burt's Bees lotion marked half off. Did I need any of these things? No. Did I buy them? Yes! At this location, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is always plenty of parking, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot from at least 4 different places, making it easy to get in and out of in multiple directions.

I dropped off a prescription yesterday and they said they would have to call the doctor about it. I called a day later to check and her response? "I haven't gotten around to it yet." Then she sounded annoyed when I asked when I could expect it to be done, like they're surprised that people actually...need their meds. I would go elsewhere but it's Florida and elsewhere is probably just as disappointing.

Customers are literally encouraged to stand up for themselves and argue. I have autism. It takes me an hour by bus to pick up this medication. I get this prescription refilled every month by itself. What a scam. I requested one refill and they insisted I had to pick up three medications in order to pick up the single refill or I would not be able to get my medication that I requested. Unbelievable. Update!!! I called the pharmacy and they mentioned this particular review and told me that they went ahead and canceled all of my prescriptions because of my negative review. The pharmacy actually removed all of my medications and sent them to another office. Said they called my doctor's office who had no recollection of the case. And now I'm going on Christmas without any medication to get me through until next week. This is a scam this office is a joke this pharmacist is a fraud.
