Upon leaving Schaefer's, I called my vet on the ride home and spoke with them, they confirmed the $24 price-point. Bottom line, they knew I needed those drops (because I told them over the phone), they knew no one else in town had it (because I told them over the phone), they knew it was back-ordered and that no one else would be able to get it for me (because I told them... you seeing a pattern here???), so they charged me $75... avoid this place like the plague. Clinique, Bobbie Brown, Tom Ford, Smash Box and more. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and took the extra step to dig through the drawers below the displays to look for a an item I was interested in. She also introduced me to a couple of other products they had in stock. One is a new Clinique product and it's now one of my favorites. If you wear makeup or use perfume, I recommend stopping in this store. FYI...In the back of theon the side is the $5 case. Here you will find all kinds of goodies. I've scored some great Mac and Clinique lipsticks for $5.

I'm constantly being told I'm not ready to fill my prescription when I am, or they don't even bother to order it on time. When Carlene was handling things, I never had any issues. She was always on top of everything, and you could tell she actually cared. It's frustrating because there was never a problem before, and now it feels like a constant headache every month. To be honest, I really think the owner made a mistake bringing these two on. It's not just small mistakes -- it's a real drop in the level of service, and it's starting to show.
