Walgreens Photo Assistant Hadley went above and beyond in helping me get my Christmas Photo Card order processed, complete and ready for pick-up. Ordered cards last night, and I could have picked them up, except I don't drive at night. I actually picked them up this morning, and they turned out great. Was very lucky that Henley (probably spelling wrong) was working again, and I was able to thank him in person. What a great guy. A definite asset to Walgreens. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. My prescription was sent in 1:20pm. I called at 5pm as still not filled. I was immediately placed on hold. The recording said there was one person ahead of me. The phone would ring and the pharmacy tech kept answering and immediately placing me on hold until I was on hold for 25 minutes. She then told me they are too busy to get to the prescriptions left on the voice . I told her my prescription insurance changed and I wanted to give her my new prescription information so there was no problem filling my prescription. The pharmacy tech refused. When they finally got to my prescription I received a message it was delayed because my pharmacy insurance had expired. It is now 7:45 and my prescription is still not ready! read more

There are a LOT of terrible pharmacies out there. Walgreens takes the cake, THIS Walgreens specifically at the corner of Jog and Lantana Rd. SPECIFICALLY is by FAR thee worst I have ever dealt with in my LIFE. You can NEVER get a hold of ANYBODY EVER. For example I write this right now having called in been bounced around on hold from their annoying hold music to it ringing (no exaggeration) between 20-40 times as no one would dare pick the phone up there) back to their hold music, to maybe someone answering and having literally mastered the art of saying "THISISWALGREENSPLEASEHOLDAMINUTE in 1 syllable and putting you back on hold literally before you can get 1 syllable out on the phone and hen back to either insanity-driving hold music, and or the never ending ringing that never gets picked up because they avod the phone like the plague at this place and just treat you as an annoyance for calling them/requiring their services/business and literally punish you for doing so. I have also in the past called them, and as always beeion hold hell and literally driven down TO this location while on hold to see not one person waiting in line, in the drive through outside nor in line for the counter inside, about 8 people "working" behind the desk, HEARING *MY* call ringing on their phone and seeing them mostly standing around just refusing to answer it and actually got someone AT the counter to ask if they could hep me before they'd touch the phone with a 10 foot pole so obviously not ignoring the phone because "they are sooooo busy" as they would have you believe and use as their excuse for seriously making you wit on hold upwards of 40 minutes on AVERAGE (has been MY experience with them, perhaps other people wait less time and I envy them). They also do this neat thing where they straight up lie to you, lie tell you you can refill your prescription on X date, X date comes and you try to refill it nd they then tell you "oh no it's WAY too early to refill this you have to wait (say another WEEK, or some such length of time, despite your bein completely out of said medication/the DOCTOR who prescribed it did so in such a way that this is the day you are in fact supposed to have it refilled and even though THIS Walgreens TOLD you that yes you CAN refill it on THIS day, that day comes and nope, gotta go yet another week without it, even if it's say, a drug you can literally DIE without, they do not care one bit. And if it's a controlled substance you're trying to refill, OMG forget it, they of course will not only not fill it one millisecond early (though their "policy" is they CAN refill a prescription 1 to 3 days before it is due, but forget that, get that idea out of your head immediately) if it is a controlled substance, you're waiting ALL the way to the very last day they can possibly refill it for you by law and will make you wait as long as humanly possible for it, so if it is say, a Benzo, which is 1 a controlled substance that 2: you CAN in fat DIE without (one of the only 2 substances where the withdrawals from it can actually kill you, along with alcohol, they 100% do NOT care and would probably rather you just die so you're one less person that will be calling them anymore or annoying them with having to actually do their job they they signed up to do and dispense drugs to people all day. All I know is it must REALLY suck to work ere the way every single person who works here has acted toward me with absolutely no reason to do so (I legit try to be and stay OUT of their hair as much as humanly possible as clearly having to be IN it ever is NEVER going to be a pleasant experience for you, they will make absolutely certain of that) and Of course I would go literally ANYWHERE else but having money issues and my insurance having a deal with JUST Walgreens where almost everything is $0 there, I unfortunately cannot save myself the torture of having to deal with this place or these people who literally punish you for HAVING to be a customer of theirs, and unfortunately unless in can magically get some other insurance where I can get $0 prescriptions elsewhere, I unfortunately still have to be tethered to this torture chamber for WAY too much of my life. And to anyone who works here who reads this: I am truly sorry that your life sucks and it is THAT horrible working at this Walgreens, but *I* did not do this to you!, I am just some guy with tons of medical problems that HAS to get his prescriptions through yo, and would GLADLY go literally ANYWHERE else if i could and not bother you having to call and have questions answered (which of course iI can almost never trust the answers to since SO much of the time one of you tells me one thing then another of you tells me the direct opposite or a total other thing altogether since apparently despite you all doing this stuff all day every day the people working there still have absolutely NO idea what they're doing the vast majority of the time anyway. read more

Second time this Pharmacist has screwed up and left me in pain. 1st time switching insurance and therefore pharmacies and he refused to fill my script. I went for a week without my medication. 2nd time, I was just released from the hospital and they told me twice that my medication would be ready in an hour. I spent my first night at home after a major back surgery with a 7 inch incision writhing in pain. Like I'm on fire with no sleep. He is an Indian guy that keeps interfering with my care. read more

Yeah I'm not very impressed with this particular Walgreens store. I specifically looked online for a particular ramen soup and Walgreen's Website said the specific soup I wanted was at this location.. When I went to this store they don't have it in stock . I asked the female manager who told me she would check the back and left me . I waited and waited then seeing her walking down another isle helping someone else before at least finishing up with a response first. I also told her I was upset that I had to physically get on my hands and knees to get other soup way in back of shelf. Why are these and all other items not pulled forward like in other stores?? I am handicapped and it just made me mad as it's not easy for me to get up from that position. I hope a reginal manager comes in this store and tell the manager how to do her job. I dont understand why if you get scheduled for vaccine at this time, you get the service one hour later. Needed vaccines and this is the second time and same story. I only see the pharmacist filling up pills for other orders while no customers but me sitting here for an hour at 9:41 at night. Its sad because many of us trust walgreens but situations like this made me no coming back to this pharmacy ever again. Review #2 of this store. I received a notification that my thyroid medicine was ready to pick up. I went through the drive through at 12:30 pm and they proceeded to look for it for 10 minutes. They still couldn't find it. They said they would keep looking and if they didn't find it they'd restock it. I received a call at 2 pm saying they refilled it. I went there at 5 pm and once again they couldn't find it. Ten minutes went by and they finally found it. This has to be one of the most incompetent Walgreen's stores I've ever been to! This isn't the first time they've messed up with my family either! I am DONE going to any Walgreens store for my prescriptions. Staff. I went to fill a prescription and was lied to. I was told that my child wasn't covered on insurance despite the fact that we just left the hospital and registration didn't have a problem finding him. I provided all the necessary information but the pharmacy was rude, inconsistent, and rushing me to leave because "we have a line" while they were trying to hurry up and go to lunch. Terrible lines at pharmacy all the time. The staff are unequipped with managing them. For the vaccines you can make an appointment but what's the point when they're not on time either way? They honestly are terrible and need to hire a front desk person because obviously the pharmacists cannot handle it. read more

Amanda is amazing, when the pharmacy just shut the door on me and the pharmacy team wouldn't even look at me she went back and helped me get my daughters insulin that she needed. the most worst walgreens in the whole state of florida at this location. the girls are so rude to old and young customers when trying to pickup their medicatio. they dont have any symphony towards other humans being. they lie & hold your medications back so you want get. and when you write a review on here or anywhere else they try to get you discharge from all walgreens locations! so what are the purpose of writing a reviews when you can't even express your opinions about their awful services! walgreens need to do better and have compassion towards their customers period‼ read more

The camera shop employee when I asked to help me turn on the camera print machine just looked at me and walked away. So happy with the customer service!! The cashier are always happy and friendly! I was very sick for 18 days and the pharmacist recommended that I go to the urgent mad immediately!! She could have just sold me some over-the-counter flu remedies just to make money for Walgreens but instead she gave me advice! Which should me she truly cared about her customers! read more

The manager informed me it is Walgreens policy NOT to sell 2 American Express gift cards to a customer. I needed to purchase 2 gift cards, but apparently only one per customer is allowed. This after a lengthy wait on line, and add another 5 minutes to get a manager to the register. Incredibly poor. But excellent at inconveniencing your customer. read more
