I couldn't find the one I was looking for then a woman employee was walking by and I asked her if she had it, she took the time to look with me and when she realized they didn't have the one I wanted. She took the time to make a recommendation and what she uses. It's honestly the best experience I've ever had a Walgreens so if you have to go to Walgreens, I would definitely recommend this location.

Do they realize consumers have choice and can go anywhere? There's only one post office, but I no longer will patronize a pharmacy that puts their lunch break ahead a single customer in line (nobody behind me). Simple pick up and I would have been on my way. This location will fail due to whomever is currently managing it. These attitudes trickle down from management or lack thereof.

I'm constantly being told I'm not ready to fill my prescription when I am, or they don't even bother to order it on time. When Carlene was handling things, I never had any issues. She was always on top of everything, and you could tell she actually cared. It's frustrating because there was never a problem before, and now it feels like a constant headache every month. To be honest, I really think the owner made a mistake bringing these two on. It's not just small mistakes -- it's a real drop in the level of service, and it's starting to show.

My Community Pharmacy has been filling this script for a while. When he finished the first month of his 6 month supply, he went on the APP to have his script refilled....it then said processing. He went to the pharmacy to pick up the second month supply, 2 days later, and was told that there were no refills. He looked at his bottle, and sure enough, written on the bottle were "0" refills. He complained and was told..."Sorry, you have no refills". Did they not have the original script to refer back to? My husband had to take time to then call his Dr and go to their office to pick up a new script, for the same medication. The script once again said 5 refills after the script is filled. Today, we went to My Community Pharmacy, with the new script, and waited for it. We took the bag outside and before we drove away, my husband looked at the bottle..."0/Zero" refills!!!!! AGAIN...THE SAME MISTAKE. He went back in to how them of their mistake, for the second time. They looked at the bottle..."0 Refills" and looked at the script...."5 Refills" Not even an apology. This is very concerning....their pharmacist is not on the ball. If this can happen on something so simple, then mistakes can also be made with prescription strength, mislabeling or even the wrong medication all together. This is the only prescription he gets filled there as he likes this one particular generic brand, that our other pharmacy does not carry...otherwise, he would not go back. In the future, he will be making copies of the prescription and checking the bottle before he leaves the store....I suggest you do the same if you also go there. I hope the owner also reads this review and makes sure other more serious mistakes are not being made by those that work behind the counter.

The person who answered said I'd need to "find out," then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music -- no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.

Right when I walked into the store, you were able to see him stalking a shelf and he stopped what he was doing, got up from the floor to personally greet me and asked me if there was anything he could assist me with today. He walked me over to the aisle that I needed to obtain things from. After I checked out, I had asked him a question if the 30% off store coupon would work on one of the Christmas items and he told me not only what it work but if I had another percentage off coupon that would work as well. Couldn't tell me if the Walgreens 2 miles down the road was up and running. Was going to go down there but the reviews for that one were in the toilet. What happened to Walgreens? They used to be a great company. Believe it or not, I wished I had never left Walmart.
