"If you have an order, you are just going to have to wait!", proclaimed the Food and Beverage Manager. She would not be swayed or rushed, as she continued her work behind the counter. In the back, two other workers bustled about, oblivious to the group of customers stacking up near the coffee station. The manager, we will call her "L", would not be deterred by the hungry sunken faces staring at the food that was already prepared and just out of reach behind the glass. The Uber Eats driver next to me paced back and forth, stalking his customer's order like a lion about to pounce on a bag of breakfast burritos. He held up his phone with the order displayed and L fired back, "I said you would have to wait." L takes no attitude and suffers no fools. At last one of the bustling workers came to the front, attracted by the rumbling stomachs and Lord of the Flies attitude that pervaded the store. At that moment, L leapt into action and in a flurry of activity told the lady to my right, "We don't have any more oatmeal!", watching her face fall in disappointment, knowing her long wait had been in vain. L stifled a chuckle under her breath and turned to the next customer waiting for food... it was me... finally, it was my turn. I opened my mouth to speak, L turned to me and, displaying the grace she clearly modeled after the late Princess Diana, she said, "No, not you! That guy was here before you." She turned to the stalking Uber Eats driver, who obligingly held up his phone with the order. She perused the screen, looked down at the burritos in front of her, and said, "Your order isn't ready yet. You need to wait." Again, L turned to me and in a rush, I pointed to my waiting oatmeal (the very last of if, sorry girl in front of me but you need to put your orders in online) and said I just wanted to grab my oatmeal. She waited, staring me down, her disappointment etched across her face. Grasping what she needed, I blurted out my name. L relented, sliding my oatmeal across the counter to the little opening in the glass. I grabbed my bag and a spoon, while L's waves of disdain washed over me. As I put my spoon in the bag, I heard L say to the bustling employee, "These customers have such a bad attitude today." While this was but one experience, this Wawa is one of the worst. Patrolled by panhandlers begging at gas pumps and boasting a bathroom that could make a buzzard pass on his oatmeal, the management at this store is clearly of the "don't give a gosh darn" mentality. Unfortunately, it is the only Wawa on the way into my office. On the plus side, they regularly run out of oatmeal so I don't stop frequently. So, if you are feeling good and need someone to take you down a notch or two, stop by and see L. Just don't expect to get any food in a hurry. read more

Disappointed with the service. Stopped by the Wawa at Lake Worth & Jog expecting a quick and smooth experience, but it was far from it. My sandwich was made and ready, but I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just for my drink. Somehow it never even made it to the pickup area. Staff looked overwhelmed and disorganized, and no one seemed to take responsibility or offer any kind of help or update. Customer service was seriously lacking. I usually enjoy Wawa, but this location needs better management and training. A particular guy stood out , white gentleman in the beverage area & a curly haired fellow that went to the back immediately after I've expressed my concern . I have been here a million times and done several reviews... so it made no sense to suddenly see that I haven't a review showing anymore. We don't usually go inside. I don't care for their food... but we do like wawa for their gas. We have a wawa credit card and get substantial discounts on gas each time we use it. Plus most of the stations are convenient -- easy in and out and lots of pumps. This gas station is located on the corner of jog and lake worth roads is usually always busy. We occasionally have had to wait for a free pump. And one time we needed to use their free air to fill out car tires a d had to wait. Most times, however, there's been no problem. One thing I know for sure that I love Wawa ever since I left New York, because the customer service is friendly the food is great and you get to make your own coffee which makes it even better so that way you know the coffee is not gonna be messed up. Unfortunately with this location, it has seem as customer service decreased drastically because the representatives I have encountered displayed unhappiness in providing services. Today's experience was the icing on the cake for me since I had issues trying to order breakfast through the app so I figured it was a glitch. When I arrived there, no available sizzlis and hash browns. When I asked for help near the coffee area, one worker seemed bothered. I used to frequent WAWA daily and spend a few hundred dollars a month between breakfast, lunch and drinks. That is no longer the case as I have encountered the rudest and poorest people skill employee at the Lake Worth and Jog rd. location making food. This is a shame as many customers I used to see there now stop at the Race Track at Lake Worth and Palomino Rd. They have picked up so many new customers and do a much better job with customer service than WAWA. The female behind the counter is rude and refused to cut burrito's in half as well as adding any condiments or things they have in the food bar directly in front of them. Now I prefer to go to WAWA when she is not there as all the employees are friendly and always cut burritos, or add pickles or condiments without hesitation. Since we are usually buying 3- 5 sandwiches or burritos at the same time. To the management you need to train your staff to be friendlier and cater to your regular customers that spend a lot of money with you for the service and food. Please do not let poor mannered, bitter staff be the downfall of any of your locations. To anyone reading this find a different location or go to Race Track to be sure you will get what your looking for. COVID has drawn out to many creepy employees and it's hurting the customer experience. read more

The Wawa in Philadelphia area are MUCH cleaner! The outside tables chairs have crud gunk on them. I like Wawa from years ago, when I lived in Richmond, VA. Wawa stores/gas stations in Florida are a nice addition. This location is not the one I usually go to, but was going towards Lake Worth so stopped to fill up gas. The gas prices are decent. Recently applied for their credit card since there is a Wawa near my work. If you fill up gas a lot from here, I recommend getting a card. You get cheaper gas with their credit card. In drinks: my go to drink order is iced caramel macchiato. Yesterday with Sam M, ordered caramel chocolate chip milkshake. That was pretty good but they got the order wrong first. It was heavy, poorly put together (See photo) and just Subway less the nasty taste of Subway bread ok. They are very nice gas stations with exceedingly good choices and snacks that run from the sensible to the sinful. The place is very clean. They're just gas stations. No enchantment. This is our favorite convenience store. The staff are quick and efficient. Coffee is great (try Mocha Plus with extra caffeine. ) Donuts are fresh, cold food always seems fresh, hot food is made while you wait. You have to order on a computer, saw an older man have trouble with it (I'm an older person, lol). The manager came over, nicely and patiently explained everything, and ended up buying the man's lunch. What a nice exchange. (The customer started out angry and rude. He ended up gracious.) This location is right off of Lake Worth Road across the street from Planet Fitness. Wawa is missed in Georgia. They are always clean with lots of options! Wawa is a combination of great thrifty gas, and good healthy food cooked to order. They also have fast food sandwiches wide variety including healthy options. Its a total misrepresentation of what the pictures and advertisement show! I recommend you change the name to Sloppy Joe! Look at pics and you'll see why. Obsessed! Wawa is the example of what every gas station should be. They have any food you can think of, and make it fresh for you. I have tried their subs and they taste better than subway! They have many coffees to choose from and taste high end. The gas station is very clean including the bathrooms, and is an all around good environment whether you're going at 1AM or 3 in the afternoon. I'll always choose Wawa over any gas station! My favorite part is ordering from a touch screen, it allows me to take my time and see the entire menu. I rarely went to Wa Wa for lunch.This Wa We was in a gas station and reminded me of Sheets in Pennsylvania. We Wa specializes in made to order sub sandwiches which for 5 for a 10 inch sub was very reasonable.The subs are ordered at a kiosk where you can make them to order. You then pay for them and pick them up. I found this to be an efficient way to order. The sub itself was quite good and was flavorful.The only problem here was some add ins are at additional cost and can add a lot to the price of the sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful and sodas were especially reasonable with a 44 on ice fountain drink for 1 dollar. I found Wa Wa to be quite nice and I look forward to returning in the near future. read more

Tons of parking and ways in/out of parking lot. Not impressed. This is a Wawa general review, not just for this particular Wawa. I don't understand the excitement when it comes to Wawa. They are popping up like unwanted mushrooms. We ordered an egg burrito at this location through the mobile app and upon arrival (after 20 minutes) an associate informed me that my order was not placed, despite showing the associate my order and the status of "Pending". I spoke to the shift manager about it and they stated their mobile ordering system has been having issues and if I want to get my order, I need to place it at the kiosk and be at the end of the line. I understand the possibility of their system having technical problems, but rather than accommodating me or offering a helpful solution for them not having my order ready, they decided the best method was for me to get back in line.
