She not only has a variety of pharmaceutical products, but she also carries local items and gifts for purchase in her pharmacy. Very thankful that 99% of pharmacists are ethical, and perform their jobs without including personal biases. But you won't find that at the Inverness store. This pharmacist has a history of such actions, including lying to prescribers about whether meds can be ordered, and refusing to stock meds despite having been requested by legitimate providers who verify authenticity of the prescriptions. One of their delivery trucks was delayed because of the weather, & so I would not go without my medication, Shelby facilitated a pick up from another location- another employee drove to pick it up, and my rx was filled before they closed. At times, interactions have felt a bit rushed or as though assisting customers is more of an inconvenience than a priority. That said, during my most recent visit, I had a completely different experience that truly stood out. I was searching for a specific item and couldn't find it, so I asked an employee who was in the middle of stocking shelves for help. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she walked me over to the exact spot and showed me the product herself. She went even further by offering helpful advice, sharing that a family member had used the pre-surgical cleanser and accidentally ruined a washcloth, so she recommended using an older one. It was such a thoughtful and genuine moment of care, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile. I made sure to check her name badge so I could recognize her here. Her name was Nicole. I'm hopeful that more of the team can take a page from Nicole's approach. That level of attentiveness and kindness truly makes a difference in the customer experience.

I ask for help from an employee, and they were dismissive, and pointed me to customer pick-up, and the area is empty. I ask someone for the manager. The manager had a terrible attitude, and refused to speak to me. They finally found the attendant for customer pick up, and they accused me of only just arriving and tried to give me some one else's order. I finally receive my correct order... when I get home, the eggs in my order were missing an egg from the carton. Terrible service
