This pharmacy is kind of hit or miss as to whether or not your prescriptions will be ready. I'd say…read moreit's about 80/20 with them being ready. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens. On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!

I was given a prescription…read morebag with my name and information on it, but inside was a medication bottle with someone else's name and prescription. This is a serious safety and privacy issue. When I returned to get my correct medication, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of accountability. I was asked "what are you looking for?" as if the error was my responsibility to sort out. It turned out my medication had been placed in someone else's bag. The interaction ended with my medication being handed to me without apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Medication errors are not minor inconveniences , they can be dangerous. I strongly encourage others to open their prescription bags before leaving to ensure they have the correct medication. I have contacted corporate regarding this issue and hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to someone else.

First, with a friendly "Welcome to Walgreens" from Blake, at the register. Secondly, by his cologne that was overpowering the entire front of the store. I love perfume and cologne myself, so I'm not hating on him by any means. But as someone who has a father and stepmother who suffered with COPD for years, I am concerned for the folks with breathing difficulties that may be faced with that very strong scent. Any scent is difficult for them, as they're already struggling to breathe. Lots of employees were stocking the shelves during my visit. Compared to what I've experienced at another local Walgreens, these employees are on top of their work. I found a few things on sale that I hadn't planned on getting. Some of their Halloween and Autumn stuff is super cute, but overpriced in my opinion.
