I was given a prescription…read morebag with my name and information on it, but inside was a medication bottle with someone else's name and prescription. This is a serious safety and privacy issue. When I returned to get my correct medication, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of accountability. I was asked "what are you looking for?" as if the error was my responsibility to sort out. It turned out my medication had been placed in someone else's bag. The interaction ended with my medication being handed to me without apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Medication errors are not minor inconveniences , they can be dangerous. I strongly encourage others to open their prescription bags before leaving to ensure they have the correct medication. I have contacted corporate regarding this issue and hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Jenna, one of the pharmacists on site is tremendously kind and has become a good friend of mine. Likewise, Seth (another pharmacist) is kind as well. The entire pharmacy staff is always friendly and never seem frazzled when the drive-through line is long. They work expeditiously but make sure you're thoroughly taken care of instead of hurting you out of the way to attend to the next in line. I love CVS' candy and cosmetic selection and the CVS app has saved me tons of money with their coupons. I just love getting bonus bucks!!

This pharmacy is kind of hit or miss as to whether or not your prescriptions will be ready. I'd say…read moreit's about 80/20 with them being ready. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens. On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!
