Since we didn't want to choose an incorrect product, we ask a pharmacist for help. She asked what type of symptoms he's suffering from and not only she recommend a certain brand name medicine, she also came around the counter and save us the time in trying to find the product. The employees up front was polite and greeted us once we walk in and checking out was a smooth progress. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens. On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!

The line for the pharmacy drive-through section was pretty long so I decided to pick it up on the inside. It was still a line, but they were moving pretty fast. My checkout experience with the pharmacy technician was very quick and easy. She was also very nice. Once I picked up my medication, I decided to stroll through the aisles to look for some beauty products as usual the isles were very neat, tidy organized, and everything that I was looking for I found with ease, I was also greeted by the front end cashier. She was very sweet and made my check out experience very easy and quick. Overall, I love coming to the CVS because they have great customer service. The store is always neat and organized and I can always find what I'm looking for or depend on the store associates to help me out.

First, with a friendly "Welcome to Walgreens" from Blake, at the register. Secondly, by his cologne that was overpowering the entire front of the store. I love perfume and cologne myself, so I'm not hating on him by any means. But as someone who has a father and stepmother who suffered with COPD for years, I am concerned for the folks with breathing difficulties that may be faced with that very strong scent. Any scent is difficult for them, as they're already struggling to breathe. Lots of employees were stocking the shelves during my visit. Compared to what I've experienced at another local Walgreens, these employees are on top of their work. I found a few things on sale that I hadn't planned on getting. Some of their Halloween and Autumn stuff is super cute, but overpriced in my opinion.

Someone mentioned they are dysfunctional on another review and I would say that is the best way to describe them and then when you point this out and there is no resolution to the problem, they do not care, not try to figure out what went wrong. They are flippant and curt. Occasionally I have run into one or 2 who actually try to help you, but I think they probably were students. My complaint also includes the pharmacists, not just techs. The store is fine, nice and friendly.
