My friend Kimia M. and I came here last week. It was packed! At first there was only one associate and about 25-30 women inside the small store wanting to try beauty products. I browsed on my own at discovered a number of brands I'd never hear of before. I would describe their products to all be higher end, whereas at an Ulta you see prestige cosmetics but also see drugstore and Walmart brands. The store is beautifully arranged and very clean. After the initial madness while opening, Kimia and I came back after eating lunch and visiting a few other stores. Much calmer now, and there were several associates. Shoutout to Katrine for answering all our questions, doing demonstrations, and helping Kimia find a new lipstick that she absolutely loved. I will definitely be back here!

No matter what or when, I usually encounter associates that have no clue about the merchandise or stock and associates ( which is the most annoying) that don't mind suggesting Ulta Beauty or even their own makeup brands. This is just horrible customer service. I decided that I would just order online but for new products I would much rather come into the store so as to verify I'm getting the correct items or if I even want them. It is highly popular - there is almost always a large number of people in there, especially if there is a sale going on. They have lots of candles, soaps, body wash, lotions, etc. The staff are friendly and glad to help out. And, as always, you can definitely be knocked off your feet with the good, but strong smells in the room as soon as you walk in the door.
