I was disappointed this time as when I got to the register the items that I pickerel were all regular priced even tho they were in the discount section in groups. It was so nice. Nicely organized. I kind of think it would be better if they put the car freshners in a ore central location, instead of off to the side when you first come in. Can't really see it. We went to this bath and body to pick up an order that had been placed for 9 hours at this location. When we went in to pick it up, it wasn't ready, and they claimed they were 60 orders behind. They tried to quickly make the bag, but by this time half of the items were already sold out since they were popular items. They also put in a Snowberry peach body mist, and when we got home we noticed that something had been leaking inside the bag. So, not only did they mess up our order and not supply us with half the items we paid for, they also sent us home with a broken body mist. When we tried to open it to see why it was broken, it shot out all over the place. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will not be shopping again. read more

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Prices were reasonable and I was able to make my purchase quickly. I personally love their car air fresheners- they smell great!!!! This is a great BBW location, up in the Summit. They always have lots of product options and the staff is super sweet and down to earth. I went in on Sunday since wallflowers were on sale for $3.25. My sis and I racked up on many of the new fall scents and some old favs. We had to wait outside for a few minutes because the store was at the limited capacity max. But it was fine. Natasha, the associate working the door, was so pleasant. We all chatted like old friends about missing makeup/lipstick (due to mask requirements) and whatnot! The associates inside were just as kind and helpful. This is not the nearest BBW to me, but it's worth the extra drive. read more

I replied that I was looking for a candle with a clean, fresh scent. She immediately took me to another section and offered me Turquoise Waters to smell. It was exactly what I had in mind! Perfect. Bath & Body Works at the Summit in Birmingham Al store manager is very rude & impolite, Nancy was her name, I went in to purchase some wallflowers refills & forgot my coupon, a nice customer in the store gave me her 20% off coupon & Nancy listen & watched me the hold time so she came to ring me up & told me she could not except the coupon & I asked for it back she said she tore it up & threw it away & refused to give it back To me, they just lost a good customer, I refuse to shop anymore someone is very rude & have no customer service & act as though they don't want me there. read more

I just went to Bath and Body Works at The Summit. I love this store, long time customer. The saleswoman at the door stopped me to strongly suggest hand sanitizer as I entered. I asked if the store required me to use it. She said they didnt but would appreciate it for my safety and others. I said I was more than three months out from my second vaccine dose and declined. I started shopping. She immediately started a conversation with her coworker about her "nurse friend" she'd been telling about her second vaccine dose and that she thought she'd be able to ease up on precautions. "Oh no!" said the "nurse." "You'll have to..." That's as much as I heard as I walked out. They lost a sale. I get that she wants people to sanitize, etc., but that was intentional and rude. She is there to sell, not preach. Poor customer service. read more

I love Bath and Body Works because of their hand soaps and body lotions. It also just makes me smile too walk into the store. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is bursting with color. I'm a picky person, so when I'm there, I take my time and smell all the hand soaps. I would recommend that everyone does this because some of the combinations can be kinda weird especially lately. Some of my favorite hand soaps are peach, warm vanilla sugar, mint mojito, winter sangria and vanilla coconut. I also like their lotions and go for peach, warm vanilla sugar, hello beautiful, love and sunshine and white citrus. When you go, make sure you bring extra cash because it can be expensive, but in my eyes totally worth it because the smells last especially when you use the hand lotions. When I go, I usually buy 6 hand soaps. Each hand soap will last about a month and this time I bought 5 hand lotions because there was a special. Sometimes they give you coupons, but they can expire quickly so watch out. They will also send you coupons if you give them your e-mail address. read more

for some reason i always like coming here when i'm bored. it's the dumbest thing to do because i always spend way more than i need to. the grand total today? $67 dollars. before you judge me just know that it was on 23 wallflower builds that usually retail for almost $7 that were reduced to $3 and one of their new hand creams. they have a ton of new scents out especially in the aromatherapy line including peppermint, chamomile, eucalyptus, etc. i think i grabbed a few of each. i like these oils because they seem to do better than the glade plug ins that are comparable. plus with a 100% money back guarantee, it's hard to not take that chance. read more

What a great customer service experience we had! We popped in on a Saturday afternoon on a last minute decision to pickup some Mother's Day presents for a friend and my boyfriend's mom. We had stopped into the Apple store and had some time to kill before our appointment so Bath & Body works it was! It was very busy which is what one would expect the day before Mother's Day but the attendant was very attentive and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She asked what we were looking for and explained the specials, coupons and informed us that she's more than willing to help with whatever we need. So helpful and bright! It took us a while to sort through their massive inventory but we finally settled on two candles and an assortment of lotions and bath jells. The line was fairly long but we moved through it rather quickly. I opted not to have mine wrapped but my boyfriend requested the service. I was so surprised at how thoughtful she was with wrapping everything up! You could tell that she was trying to move quickly but she still took the time to make it look nice. She even ran and grabbed a candle holder so he could reach the minimum amount to use a coupon that we had. Kudos to you Bath & Body Works!
