The employee, when I complained, said in a surly, snarly and sullen tone: "That's mine. What's it to you?" When I called to complain I was connected to someone identified as the store manager, Kim, who promised to call me back in 2 hours but never did. I filled out a complaint form at Walgreenslistens.com and asked them to contact me but they haven't. I moved my prescriptions from there because of ineptitude and errors and delays. In all respects the store seems to be very poorly managed with no regard for customer service or satisfaction and has discourteous personnel. Avoid at all costs.

Now the deli dept horrible there has been plenty of times I've left this store to go to Overton bc of the quality of service and attitudes. Also the pharmacy I wouldn't dare get a prescription filled here. The pharmacy is very rude and nasty. I would rather go to cvs or gentry across the street. Also it's a very hit or miss store. Some days you can go in and find every item you need and some days you might not find a single item. The only reason I go to this Publix is the connivence to my house.

What crappy service. Enjoy your break, lazy pants!! And when I mentioned how that was truly bad cudtomer service to another "Publix associate," she just looks at and walks off! Seriously!!!!! I've worked in customer service over 20 years but wow. Just wow. I'm flabbergasted and the sh*ttastic service and inventory. I used to come here a couple of times a week for things but no anymore. I like the high ceilings and find that everything is very well organized. Parking is super easy. However, there are often some people sitting right by the parking spots, after dark, making inquiries. First, with a friendly "Welcome to Walgreens" from Blake, at the register. Secondly, by his cologne that was overpowering the entire front of the store. I love perfume and cologne myself, so I'm not hating on him by any means. But as someone who has a father and stepmother who suffered with COPD for years, I am concerned for the folks with breathing difficulties that may be faced with that very strong scent. Any scent is difficult for them, as they're already struggling to breathe. Lots of employees were stocking the shelves during my visit. Compared to what I've experienced at another local Walgreens, these employees are on top of their work. I found a few things on sale that I hadn't planned on getting. Some of their Halloween and Autumn stuff is super cute, but overpriced in my opinion.

Where do I begin? For starters, I will never visit this location again. The young African American…read morefemale pharmacy technician who removed her name tag and refused to provide her name was the most unprofessional representative I have ever encountered. As I walked to the front counter, I noticed that the pharmacist and technician were engaged in a conversation amongst themselves. I waited patiently but was never acknowledged. After they finished, the pharmacist continued her job duties and so did the technician (while continuing to listen to music in her airpod). I literally had to ask for someone to walk over to assist. I urge you to pull your camera footage. You will see that what I'm telling did in fact happen. Next, the black female technician walks over, sighing deeply, "How can I help you?" I stated that I needed a prescription refilled. She took my paper and walked over to her computer, walked back and stated unpleasantly, "We don't have it, sorry." So, I then asked her to check other locations. She at first LIED and stated she couldn't but then lucky for her she remembered that her system can indeed check other locations. She of course tells me that another location had it but based on her unpleasant and rude disposition, I am having a hard time believing she went out her way to go above and beyond for a customer. Lastly, I had to remind her that I had another prescription to pick up. She deeply sighs again, walks down to a different terminal and stated, "You can come down here."... RUDE!!! I spoke with the manager and asked her to please have a conversation with BOTH individual's working in the pharmacy for their lack of professionalism. When I asked the manager and the technician to provide their names, they immediately declined. Why? Because she's guilty for being extremely rude to a customer. I will never visit this location again and I have contacted corporate for follow up. Maybe the representatives will learn to treat ALL customers with respect. We can only hope!
