So I've become more and more of a CVS fan! I honestly believe it's because of the excellent customer service , which is what lead me update my review from 3 months ago! Also, the coupon/ rewards are pretty legit!! Just recently I was able to get 50% off a $10 or less purchase. I got some really expensive deodorant for $5.63! Awwwwesome! I love that my receipt is emailed to me so I don't have to keep up with it. (If needed). There sometimes is a long line but it never seems to take long getting in & out. read more

Where do I begin? For starters, I will never visit this location again. The young African American female pharmacy technician who removed her name tag and refused to provide her name was the most unprofessional representative I have ever encountered. As I walked to the front counter, I noticed that the pharmacist and technician were engaged in a conversation amongst themselves. I waited patiently but was never acknowledged. After they finished, the pharmacist continued her job duties and so did the technician (while continuing to listen to music in her airpod). I literally had to ask for someone to walk over to assist. I urge you to pull your camera footage. You will see that what I'm telling did in fact happen. Next, the black female technician walks over, sighing deeply, "How can I help you?" I stated that I needed a prescription refilled. She took my paper and walked over to her computer, walked back and stated unpleasantly, "We don't have it, sorry." So, I then asked her to check other locations. She at first LIED and stated she couldn't but then lucky for her she remembered that her system can indeed check other locations. She of course tells me that another location had it but based on her unpleasant and rude disposition, I am having a hard time believing she went out her way to go above and beyond for a customer. Lastly, I had to remind her that I had another prescription to pick up. She deeply sighs again, walks down to a different terminal and stated, "You can come down here."... RUDE!!! I spoke with the manager and asked her to please have a conversation with BOTH individual's working in the pharmacy for their lack of professionalism. When I asked the manager and the technician to provide their names, they immediately declined. Why? Because she's guilty for being extremely rude to a customer. I will never visit this location again and I have contacted corporate for follow up. Maybe the representatives will learn to treat ALL customers with respect. We can only hope! read more

This CVS is pretty average in that it's not amazing but isn't horrible. The employees all seem nice, and the store is stocked well and isn't messy. Prices are standard for a drugstore, but if you need something in a pinch, it's just easier than dealing with going to Walmart or Target. One of the best things about this CVS is that it's attached to Piggly Wiggly so that you can pop over there to pick up groceries while you are waiting for your drugs to be ready. It's the little things. read more

I wish I knew all of their names but from the young man at the counter yesterday morning to the young man in pharmacy who gave us our covid booster shots I can not praise them enough. Just left CVS with my girlfriend. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for a prescription and ended up waiting close to an hour before we were told Blue Cross wasn't accepted at CVS. Common sense says to run insurance first thing. Most pharmacies do this. That's what they did at the Walgreens down the street. After we left and arrived at the other pharmacy, we discovered they gave us another person's prescription (with all of her personal information) instead of our original one. This obviously made it more difficult to fill her prescription and I'm assuming that level of carelessness is a HIPA violation. The only reason I am writing this review is because we could hear the CVS pharmacist laughing about the situation when she was on the phone with the Walgreens pharmacist trying to make the situation right. A simple errand has now turned into a huge pain that is taking up a lions share of our Sunday. read more

The folks in CVS are always friendly and I love how CVS is always sending 20% off coupons to my email address!! I normally come here to get my Perrier (yes the same Perrier's I was on the gun for last night lol). When you add that 20% off plus CVS bucks the savings really tend to add up fast! read more

The customer service is wonderful! They go above and beyond to help you, they were out of something the customer in front of us needed and the cashier called all around the city until he could find it. Then made sure to give the customer concise instructions. Impressive! read more

Worst hours and not what I'm used to for a CVS. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me and for some ungodly reason, my family practitioner never seems to be able to change my Rx to Publix on Montclair as requested. This is not the fault of CVS but it chaps regardless. read more
