One of their delivery trucks was delayed because of the weather, & so I would not go without my medication, Shelby facilitated a pick up from another location- another employee drove to pick it up, and my rx was filled before they closed. Julie helped me at the pick up window. When I asked for a special request, she didn't huff or act annoyed like some will do, but instead said she'd be happy to see what she could do. As I waited, I spoke briefly with a sweet lady off to the side of the pick up window. I didn't catch her name but I believe it might start with a Z? Either way, super nice employees there! I also got to witness how they interacted with a disabled gentleman that came in and needed a bit more time and attention. They gave him the time, kindness, patience and dignity he deserved.
