Came here for a bday gift for my niece's friend . We were able to find exactly what we were looking for with ease. We utilized self checkout but there was a really helpful attendant nearby. This location is clean and fully stocked. Due go COVID 19, I hated that I couldn't get any popcorn. A Target trip isn't complete for me without an Icee and some popcorn! Despite this being the case , this was still a solid Target visit with good service. read more

Target, oh Target . I frequent this store quite often, mainly for the popcorn, and to do a little shopping. The atmosphere is always pleasant, as well as the deals. My visit today was mainly for the popcorn. The store is always clean and tidy. I like how the snack bar area is located at the front of the store. The cashier was very friendly and my popcorn was delicious. Parking is not the best as two rows of parking for regular people start quite a ways back as there are a lot of handicapped spots. No disrespect to the disabled, I just think that the parking spots should be space out between the rows. read more

Super convenient. Happy that I now live in the normal vicinity of a Target. Since moving to Alabaster I've discovered an even deeper love of the area. I was searching small wicker baskets to house perfume bottles for the vanity to make clean up better. I went to Walmart first because I had previously saw some hers and hers glass containers that I wanted. They had not 1 dang basket so I came back to target where I had originally saw them earlier in the week and they had lots of them. I love how organized and neat the store is kept. Even the clearance aisles and end caps are neat. That's a very nice bonus for people who don't like to go through trials and tribulations to shop. I also love that you can have pizza, slushes, or Starbucks all in the same place. I had a pepperoni pizza and my daughter had Starbucks which she was very pleased with after mommy ordered it wrong and they happily fixed it. (I am not a coffee drinker and apparently an orderer either) they all thought it was funny. But I surely did get more of the Pumpkin loaf that has been my bff since last week. 3/29/17 Found a great sale here tonight on the buy 1 get one half off on shoes. It took me a long time to start shopping at Target on the regular. I always thought the prices were too high compared to other stores. Once I started seeing the deals they have on certain items I like, they reeled me in. I love purchasing toys for my nephew from there as well as shoes and personal items. This is a regular Target store not a Super Target. So, yes they do have some food staples they don't have the complete grocery side like a Super Target Offers. For a basic Target this is a great location. Somewhat smaller sections when it comes to the different categories (clothing, electronics, home goods, etc). But, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Typically don't have an issue finding what I am looking for while shopping here. Also, useful Target shopping tip....just like all other locations keep a mindful eye on the end caps as this is where they post clearance items. Typically at least one end cap (sometimes more) in each department where you can find some exceptional deals. Typically the smallest discount is 30%, but as time goes by the discount increases upwards of 80%. Good location and convenient for a quick trip or a larger shopping trip to stock up on some things. Would recommend to others. read more

This Target is always clean and things are usually in stock and easy to find! Most of the employees seem happy to help if I've ever needed help with anything. They have 5 self checkouts available and I like the fact that I can ring my own items up and get in and out fast. Overall, this is a very solid Target. read more

I like long, romantic walks down every aisle at Target. My hobby is scanning for clearance tags. The Alabaster Target is always clean and well stocked. Checkout can sometimes be slow, with the addition of self checkouts they have less regular lines open. read more

Today I went here with my son and some cashiers were making fun of people coming in..I'm not amused by this and I find it very rude..The cashier barely acknowledged me..Target U need to find other cashiers who are a bit more personable..Personally I have never gotten great service at this location ever..One of the reasons I barely shop here. I love my Target trips. The stores are always clean, well stocked. The Christmas display was absolutely gorgeous and threw me into hardcore holidays mode. I just wish the service were better. The cashier didn't speak until she told me my total, even after I tried to say hi to her. She did put my bags in my cart, so that's something I suppose. Everyone else in the store was nice. I have to say that I was a little shocked that I was not able to return an item to this location that cost over $75 because I lost my receipt. I didnt ask for cash, i asked for a instore credit. I never have to make a return but if I do, 99% of the time i have my receipt . So, with all this being said, can someone explain to me how I might go about getting a in store credit for my return without a receipt that is over the unfound $75 Target Policy? read more

This is a great, always clean target. There is usually a little trouble with the register lines, but they typically get it sorted out and ask for back up. Most items are in stock, but do not expect it to be like a super target. They accept manufacturer and target coupons, plus the red card at 5% off, so you can really save by buying here and come out way cheaper than Walmart. read more

I'm not a typical Target shopper. By and large I try to avoid big box retail. The search for LOL dolls for my daughter lead me here today. While there I figured I'd look for some play clothes in clearance clothing for my daughter and try to find a cheerleader outfit. This store is smaller than most. The girls clothing and collegiate merchandise were largely devoid of any sort of organization. The clothing area had multiple racks spanning around 20 ft. The items weren't sorted by size, sex or any other discernible system. The collegiate section was largely wadded up in piles under the racks on the shelves below. They didn't even have the LOL dolls the items I was told by the Dept employee were LOL dolls ended up being some fizzing charm thing you put in the tub. The kid misinformed me as I had no clue what I was looking for. The employee was nice but my daughter was very disappointed when I arrived with the wrong thing. Should have read what it was vs taking the guys word for it. Small store and very disorganized I'll likely go to another Target store like Hoover or Bessemer next time I have need of a Target store. read more

Literally one of the best places to shop with the sweetest and best workers. We came in with 5 minutes till closing on Christmas Eve for breakfast the next morning. They had tons of people in there still getting gifts, food, and gift stuff. All of the workers were so kind and patient.
