Even though when I purchased the rug at a different store the manager at the different store said there should be no problem with any returns as long as the store stocks rugs (which they do). I was able to find what I needed and there was plenty of helpful staff around to assist when needed. What I like about this location is that there is never a long wait in the line. They had every lane open and the cashier's are always quick and they are polite. They try to get everyone out of the line quickly. However, they still ask if you found everything okay and that is what I like about them. I have never encountered rudeness from the staff and they are always so friendly. They also have ample parking and spaces out front that are marked for curbside pickup in case you want to place an order online. I didn't realize that you could do that. So this is helpful to know in the future. I definitely plan to visit more often, especially since they always have great deals on cleaning and pet supplies.
