It wasn't until I got to Pelham and met Greg that I decided to buy a mattress. We went through the awkward and fake "becoming best friends" experience in all the stores we visited. I had to argue with one Bedszzzz manager because he wouldn't accept my assessment of the size of the mattress I was replacing. Without exception they all wanted to start with a higher line than I had said I wanted. Greg stood up, smiled, and said, "How can I help you today," and the experience got better from there. He didn't have the size I wanted in extra firm, but he brought in another size of the same mattress from the warehouse and let me try it. I told him I liked it and he gave me a price that was 10% to 20% better than the same mattress in other stores. I asked him about delivery. Greg looked out the window and saw the Honda CRV I was driving and said, "If you want to go over to the warehouse just down the road, the mattress would fit in my car and I could take it home today. Then I could bring the old mattress back at my convenience." As he was writing up the order, I learned his name and we talked about his kids and my grandkids and had a very pleasant visit. I don't suppose, at my age, I'll be buying many more mattresses, but if I do, I hope Greg is still there 'cause I love his service. BTW, I love the mattress, too. Bought a stearns and fosters estate lux and I swear the floor model is different than what you get; our bed started sagging within the first year. We had to add a base even though we had slats with s&f box spring. It's has helped the sagging some but it still sags. So I am hot and wake up with a back ache on a new bed system. For the money, this bed should be better.

You will not go wrong with this mattress. That was not true. We have not been satisfied since we bought it. He also failed to inform us until they delivered the mattress, which is non-refundable. We have not had any luck in getting him to work with us to at least get the mattress comfortable without him requesting more money. Do not go to this company if you want a company that is true to its words. Where do you go to pay thousands of dollars. Get no warranty on a mattress that they produce and can't return it?

Each time we received excellent value for our money, especially compared to national brands (which have disappointed us more than once). Our most recent purchase was several years back, a 100% latex split king that by all indications may be the last bed we'll ever need! Yes, latex is extremely rare around here, and it's their most expensive model... but STILL less pricey than the most extravagant national brands (which are also not on the same level of quality). As far as service is concerned... well, we've never needed any post-sale service! Their build quality is that good. When and if we need more bedding, they remain at the very top of our short list.
