I don't like the membership and rewards programs that they have to offer. You really have to be on your 'A' game to make it pay off (in my opinion). It is free, but it just always seems to be kind of a hassle. The store itself is clean and has all the normal CVS stuff that you would expect to find. Probably not everything you need to prevent a trip to a Walmart or Target, but stuff to probably tide you over is you are trying to avoid a crowd. The staff are friendly and helpful and probably give the review rating a slight boost in this case. Other wise I probably would have leaned towards a 3 star. Further she agreed to hold the keys as I had to get home to a bedridden spouse - the tow company agreed to pick up the car without me being there. Probably a little better kept than their competition, with regards to not having boxes lying around. Shelves are pretty well stocked as well. Didn't make a purchase so I didn't have any interaction with the staff, so can't comment on how friendly they are. They should, however, be greeting people and offering to help when you come in.
