I called back. I was holding on the phone.....I did this for 40+ minutes and a real live female person answered the phone and said I will be with you in just a minute...after a while....I was disconnected and transferred to no-mans land where no one would answer the phone. I called back and now10 minutes, there are once again 2 customers ahead of me. And the computer lady keeps saying she is sorry to keep me waiting! Actually, if there were a minus.....I would give a minus 100. It is sad. This used to be a vibrant store full of staff who could help you in a reasonable time. The voice mail system is terrible. The store is under staffed. You walk in there and can't find anyone except in the pharmacy. There are still 2 callers ahead of me. Actually, I have been moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy...but I missed this one. I may be holding on this phone until my next birthday ...which is in November!!! and there are still 2 callers ahead of me. It is now 26 minutes holding. And they will be with me shorly. This is not a good experience. Their staff is assisting other customers. Please pick up the phone and don't hang up on me again! There are still 2 callers ahead of me.....at 32 minutes holding. Wonder if AI would do better? 59 minutes at 7:15 PM. Well....she, the real person, answered and once again asked me to hold on....so here we go.....didn't wait for me to say no.....didn't say please. Now 1 hr +. Oh she came back. FINALLY!!!!!!!!! Over 2+ hours.... Final recorded message....I am sorry. We are having technical issues and are having trouble processing your call. I've been in and out of Curren's since June because my mother was given a cancer diagnosis. She's doing well!! Prognosis is great! Anyway, we have been in a lot. They have been INCREDIBLE!!! I've had a million and three questions for them, I've asked advice about supplements and many other things. They have that small hometown feel... it's like walking into the home of a family member. It hasn't mattered how many questions I've had. It hasn't mattered that I've shed a few tears... I've never felt rushed. They've helped me understand the difference benefits of this medicine or that medication. They care and it shows!! Monday when we had to go by to pick up some unexpected medications, i was spent... Momma had had a rough time with her radiation treatment and I was on the verge... she got us squared away and we left. When I got my mother to her home, I opened her bag of meds to explain what was what there was a post it note on the inside of the bag. It read, "God's got this. Praying for you and your family." Momma and I both cried! You would never at this level of care at the "big box" pharmacies! Curren's has proved to be much more than just another Pharmay and we are so thankful!!! She not only has a variety of pharmaceutical products, but she also carries local items and gifts for purchase in her pharmacy.
