My friend Kimia M. and I came here last week. It was packed! At first there was only one associate and about 25-30 women inside the small store wanting to try beauty products. I browsed on my own at discovered a number of brands I'd never hear of before. I would describe their products to all be higher end, whereas at an Ulta you see prestige cosmetics but also see drugstore and Walmart brands. The store is beautifully arranged and very clean. After the initial madness while opening, Kimia and I came back after eating lunch and visiting a few other stores. Much calmer now, and there were several associates. Shoutout to Katrine for answering all our questions, doing demonstrations, and helping Kimia find a new lipstick that she absolutely loved. I will definitely be back here!

I almost get overwhelmed due to how many items they have lol (but that's a good thing)! The customer service is always great when I come here. A while ago they had a reward point system where you spend a certain amount you get points, but this time they didn't offer that incentive. I would recommend they bring that back. Although my experience is great each time I go here, the music is a tad bit too loud. Then, nurse Beth conducted the first debrief of my hearing test as well as a first assessment of my sinuses. Again, she walked me through all of my results and next steps.
