I have never needed to return anything to Longs before. It was easy. First, they scanned my digital receipt and then the two items, asked me nothing. They let me know I had paid with a debit card, therefore the amount would automatically be placed onto that exact card. Simple. I then proceeded with my purchase. The store could use a little sprucing up...but that may be due to how some isles are made into isles by items. The lighting is poor, but only due to it being florescent... everything is always marked and usually in stock. (For Hawaii) I go here often for Lei and snacks. Around the holidays, I like to grab greeting cards. I have also stopped in for candies and white elephant gifts. Stocking stuffers and things when I need to buy multiple gifts and gift bags. Medicine!! Vitamins!! I don't know what I would do without longs.

The store is spacious, easy to navigate, and usually has everything I'm looking for! Nothing wildly different from a normal Target, but the parking is easy, it rarely feels overcrowded, and that's honestly enough to keep me coming back. Also, I really love their quick grab and go snack bar. They have lots of dietary friendly snacks there which is the best!

I had to get a total of 12 infusions once a week…read more From day one, nurse staff was kind, welcoming, and comforting, especially my main nurse Mel!! I appreciated being greeted with kindness and a smile during a very stressful medical care situation. Mel and the other nurses on staff worked well together, helped eachother out when it was full in the infusion seats, and always answered all of my questions and would message the pharmacist for me about if certain meds or supplements might interact. Mel gave me lots of encouragement and a listening ear when she had downtime during my infusion. Mel doesn't make it feel like you're coming in for a medical treatment, it feels like I'm just taking an hour break to relax. She even offered me jolly ranchers at my first visit because the meds I was getting made a bitter taste! She is so kind, professional and thoughtful! I never had any infection or issues at the site of infusion so they are very efficient and clean. I am very grateful to have gotten my infusions done at Pharmacare and if I ever needed more treatment I would hope that Mel is still there to be my nurse again!!

Even when there are longer hold times, she apologizes for the wait and makes sure all of my questions are answered. She always responds promptly and goes above and beyond to help however she can. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Irie consistently provides it. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and dedication to helping patients. I would absolutely recommend Medical Center Pharmacy, and honestly, Irie alone is a great reason to choose them!

The staff members that helped me were kind and efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! Unlike longs pharmacy I was not treated as "another number". I was actually able to be helped by a person! Not a self service computer! They did explain to me that the phone service is having issues. They gave me a separate number to text and call which is great! (I love great communication) Lastly free parking and lots of it! I was told best time is to pick up before lunch. I LOVE that it's super close to where I live, making it easy to get my yearly vaccinations for flu and COVID. You need to keep your eyes out for when it will happen as it's a one-day only event. I never miss it because you also get a swag bag! It usually comes with a variety of items like tissue, hand sanitizer, snacks, water bottle and just random items you may pick up at Longs. I book my appointment through the CVS app. I like that you can fill out most of your information through the app ahead of time to make your visit a little quicker. This year was difficult for me to book my COVID vaccination, though. For the drive thru option, it said I wasn't eligible to get it, but I was eligible to get it in-store. So I booked my flu shot for the drive thru so I could get my swag bag and then parked right after to go in the store to get my COVID shot. Both appointments were made on the app back to back. Even though there was a little bit of a wait at the drive thru, I made it in time. Thank you Longs for providing this opportunity year after year. It's an easy way to get my vaccinations and you get a reward for it, too! It's always a big production that I appreciate their workers putting together for the community.

The long pole attached to the shopping wagon prevented me from properly exiting and rolling the wagon to my car. My only options were to make multiple trips and risk leaving my groceries unattended where they could easily be stolen. I would leave one star, but my experience with the photo department was actually great. Because of that, I'm giving a higher rating. The store really needs to rethink the wagon/cart design or provide a better solution for customers buying heavier items.

With that searching online using their app does make the search so much easier and rules out if they have the item or not at any of their locations throughout the island and my search was so simple but didn't think it would be an issue which turns out to be exactly that as I was just looking for paper cups...not plastic or foam regular paper cups and they not only had them it was on clearance...woohoo! Though search was a bit difficult to find as they do have so much other items that made me forget what initially what I was here for lol! This N School Street is quite big with lots of parking and is very accessible even at a busy intersection and is very nice, clean and organized. They are very on top of when I'm on my last sensor and call me to initiate the reorder, they make reordering easy, they never mess up my billing, and I actually speak to a native English speaker who lives in Hawaii/USA.
