It definitely shows...it's a large store with a small footprint on the bottom floor, and most inventory on the top floor accessible via escalators. It was well stocked, and plenty of employees (can't remember the last time at a CVS I was asked if I needed help). I ended up buying a bag of chips to bring back for our cabin steward (hope he likes it), using the self checkout lane.

As…read moremy usual spot on Ward Ave sadly has permanently closed my prescription that I usually have filled there had to find another location and suggested this Long's on South King St across McKinley HS is a nice and easily accessible location with access from both South King and Young Street along with a drive thru pharmacy with lots of free parking it's a great location. The staff there are very nice and friendly as they knew my prescription has been transferred and changed as well and verified with me the current dosage that's prescribe to me very nice spot to get it done along with picking up some essentials. As my car is not feeling the greatest I needed a location that was closest to the Queens Island Urgent Care in Kaka'ako to pick up a prescription and since this was right down the street I keep the stress level down for myself as well. Located prominently on Ward Ave parking entrance is on Halekauwila Street which is free and with lots of covered stalls available that has an elevator that will take you down and directly into the store. With this being the newly opened location it's very nice and clean and not as crazy crowded like the malls is nice and with basically no lines it was an easy pick up and the staff is very nice and friendly as I arrived basically right after my check up knowing it wouldn't be ready that fast was actually being worked on which is so nice as having them will give me great comfort and that's I'm so grateful. You go up the ramp, park on the second floor and take the elevator down. Once you step of the elevator you're already in the store. I saw a lot of Hello Kitty items this time around. They also carry my face mask that I didn't see at any other Long's. Their cosmetics and body care line is huge at this store. If you're into that you'll love this place. They have a photo department that does passport photos also. I came by and picked up a Pokemon card and Haagen-Dazs ice cream for someone.

With that searching online using their app does make the search so much easier and rules out if they have the item or not at any of their locations throughout the island and my search was so simple but didn't think it would be an issue which turns out to be exactly that as I was just looking for paper cups...not plastic or foam regular paper cups and they not only had them it was on clearance...woohoo! Though search was a bit difficult to find as they do have so much other items that made me forget what initially what I was here for lol! This N School Street is quite big with lots of parking and is very accessible even at a busy intersection and is very nice, clean and organized. This store is conveniently located with a drive thru for picking up RXs. I have several recurring…read moreones so I go there 1-2 times/mo. The parking lot is always filthy. Some employees are friendly and some don't seem to care I have frequent delays and mistakes in my order. They are also frequently out of stock The most recent experience was an order they had insufficient on hand to fill completely so it was delayed and delayed. This for me is life saving medication and I can't afford to wait. Eventually by me asking a lot of question and through no problem solving offered on their side, I was able to get a 30 day supply to hold me over. Next thing I know, I now have to wait the full 30 days to get the rest of my 90 days or pay non insured rates. Then I wait, pay retail for 2 weeks worth, and ask for my full 90 days and see that my refill is permanently a 30 day cycle and all refills (there were 3 more) are completely expired. This is just one of many similar poor experiences. The only reason I stay is that it's right by my home and has a drive thru. Im now trying some online stores and their service and convenience is 100% better than this local Walgreens. That is sad.

A large variety of snacks such as chips, chocolates, holiday candies, knickknacks and lotsa different types of soft drinks. I like that they have frozen treats from other countries at pretty reasonable prices. The back aisles have a number of different medical supplies to stock your cabinets. Toiletries and sundry items line the shelves but...keep in mind most are locked up. However, staff are nice and friendly which is a reason to stop by again. Prices are fair.

No greeting which was alright since it's a drugstore, but I got a friendly nod from security. But I walked over near the pharmacy, and then just looked down an aisle, and there it was. The last one, only one, maybe they just put out one at a time. Brought it up to the counter, and the clerk was friendly. After coming out, I didn't realize there was a Petco. No wonder the Walgreens was small. It's a good store to come to.

Parking lot can be crowded depending on time of day but I've never been able to not find a stall. The pharmacy staff are always surprisingly pleasant, regardless of how busy it is or what time of day. I never have to wait very long (if at all) for my prescription pick ups or vaccinations. If a specific medication can't be filled at their location, they give me recommendations for other pharmacies to try to contact that likely are able to fill it, which I really appreciate. It's a refreshing experience, as I've had extremely frustrating experiences with other pharmacies being not only sorely understaffed but with poor attitudes too. I just wish that the prescription status updates on the CVS app were more accurate. This store alone can't fix that issue but it is quite difficult to get in contact with the pharmacy over the phone if I need to clarify what the hold up with my prescription refills is/what information is missing. There is an option to request a call back from the pharmacy but that has been hit or miss.
