The pharmacy tech first stated that she could not get a hold of the pharmacy that the number I gave here was wrong etc - I then told her I just spoke to someone with the same number and I can place them on speaker phone if I call again. She then stated she will call again. This time she didn't give me an excuse and she did speak to someone and that they could not refill my pen needles because the rep stated I have no records of such refills on my account. I then told her hmmmm thats interesting because the agent I spoke to said that I was refilled of such few months ago and they have a record of that. So she spoke to an agent again and this time they cant do a refill because they don't have it until this and that and the one at King St can refill it. I was over it then. I felt she kept giving me the run around. The pharmacy here sucks based on what I have experienced.

As my car is not feeling the greatest I needed a location that was closest to the Queens Island Urgent Care in Kaka'ako to pick up a prescription and since this was right down the street I keep the stress level down for myself as well. Located prominently on Ward Ave parking entrance is on Halekauwila Street which is free and with lots of covered stalls available that has an elevator that will take you down and directly into the store. With this being the newly opened location it's very nice and clean and not as crazy crowded like the malls is nice and with basically no lines it was an easy pick up and the staff is very nice and friendly as I arrived basically right after my check up knowing it wouldn't be ready that fast was actually being worked on which is so nice as having them will give me great comfort and that's I'm so grateful. They have a photo department that does passport photos also. I came by and picked up a Pokemon card and Haagen-Dazs ice cream for someone.

The long pole attached to the shopping wagon prevented me from properly exiting and rolling the wagon to my car. My only options were to make multiple trips and risk leaving my groceries unattended where they could easily be stolen. I would leave one star, but my experience with the photo department was actually great. Because of that, I'm giving a higher rating. The store really needs to rethink the wagon/cart design or provide a better solution for customers buying heavier items.

They are a 24 hours Longs. The lot is small as it only houses Longs Drugs, with a Bank of Hawaii branch inside. Entrances ans exits on S. King and Beretania. I went there the other evening to use my expiring coupons more than anything else. The advantages of having the CVS ( parent company ) Health app. The app is excellent. They have about four self-service kiosks which make things convenient.

The pharmacy staff are always surprisingly pleasant, regardless of how busy it is or what time of day. I never have to wait very long (if at all) for my prescription pick ups or vaccinations. If a specific medication can't be filled at their location, they give me recommendations for other pharmacies to try to contact that likely are able to fill it, which I really appreciate. It's a refreshing experience, as I've had extremely frustrating experiences with other pharmacies being not only sorely understaffed but with poor attitudes too. I just wish that the prescription status updates on the CVS app were more accurate. This store alone can't fix that issue but it is quite difficult to get in contact with the pharmacy over the phone if I need to clarify what the hold up with my prescription refills is/what information is missing. There is an option to request a call back from the pharmacy but that has been hit or miss.

I have never needed to return anything to Longs before. It was easy. First, they scanned my digital receipt and then the two items, asked me nothing. They let me know I had paid with a debit card, therefore the amount would automatically be placed onto that exact card. Simple. I then proceeded with my purchase. The store could use a little sprucing up...but that may be due to how some isles are made into isles by items. The lighting is poor, but only due to it being florescent... everything is always marked and usually in stock. (For Hawaii) I go here often for Lei and snacks. Around the holidays, I like to grab greeting cards. I have also stopped in for candies and white elephant gifts. Stocking stuffers and things when I need to buy multiple gifts and gift bags. Now their check in is different you have to scan either or CVS card or enter your information on the screen. Then the associate will bring the medication to you and ring you up.
