I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. Over the past six…read moremonths, there has been only one time when my prescription was actually in stock when it was supposed to be. Every other month, I've had to constantly call to check on the status, ask where my medication is, and try to get a straight answer on when it will be available. On multiple occasions, I've been told it wasn't ready, only to call again later and suddenly be told that it is ready. I shouldn't have to chase down my prescription or repeatedly call just to get basic information. On top of that, the staff is often rude and dismissive, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also find it concerning that when my doctor recently attempted to prescribe multiple months at once, I was told by a Walgreens associate that they "can't do that" due to some kind of agreement with Zepbound and that they can only dispense one month at a time. That was never explained clearly and felt more like an excuse than a legitimate patient-focused policy. Overall, Walgreens does not make it easy to get prescriptions, communicate clearly, or feel supported as a customer. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've had, and I will be looking elsewhere due to the lack of reliability and customer service.

We were headed to Canada and needed our PCR test to get into Canada. When a location says results in 1-2 day, that's what you expect, not that the tests won't even be picked up in 2 or more days! They did not deliver the battery and never provided a date for shipment. Cancelled order. Two years ago ordered a battery for delivery; got it and went to return core (old Walmart battery). Customer service would not accept the battery. Customer service is terrible. Deliveries and pickup of orders have no structure and do not adhere to any standards. Wrote this location off of my books.
