I don't care if you're "overworked" or "tired." This is the medical industry. If you dumb techs thought it was going to be an easy job, just quit and let someone better take your spot. Your sour attitudes shouldn't be able to be smelled by all the customers. I work 50 hours a week, and I'm still nice as pie because it's not their fault. I signed up for it and knew what came with the job. You're being straight up evil. There's people picking up their cancer medications, pain medications, heart medications, blood clot prevention medications, etc. You see the scripts, you're writing them up and filling the pills, and you all still have the audacity to act like that to innocent people? You're making money off of people being sick and dying. The least, the LEAST you can do is be a nice person for five seconds. Be heartless off the clock.

I don't understand why the pharmacy staff is so abrasive and unhelpful, and why the pharmacy staff will promise that an order will be ready on a specific day and time when it never is (and the person who you spoke to who promised it will deny everything). So avoid the pharmacy, but the rest of the store is great. The Walgreens pharmacy across the street is much better, and pharmacies at other CVS locations are much better.

When it was my turn, I was told I couldn't be given my injection because the only nurse practitioner working that day had a Religious Exemption and would not handle contraceptives. Okay, fine--but that information would have been great to know before I sat in a waiting area during flu season with sick patients. My reason for visit was listed, and I think there should be a better system in place so this situation could be avoided. She advised me to go to another location. Why should we believe anything about this covid crap when we are forced to get the shots and the medical community can't even keep up with records. Our government is so far away from reality and lost the trust of so many. I hope that other pharmacy locations are being monitored because this isn't. They are very unorganized and not busy at all.
