Location GTF MT Honestly, CVS should've just gave up through Covid and shut down. They would've done the community and healthcare justice by doing so. CVS do you train with expectation, do you train people to work with the community? Customer service? CVS pharmacy specifically (*respectfully - especially the obese African American tech) they do not seem to be an appropriate fit as a tech. To be in the position they are in due to what seems as mental deficit's - not appropriate for a pharmacy environment. I would be embarrassed to say I work there, or to have any affiliation with the CVS name. read more

My automatic refill should have been filled last week, my husband went to pick it up and it wasn't filled. He requested it to be filled. I checked on it yesterday and it still was not filled so I AGAIN requested it to be filled. And guess what...that's right, still not filled. I spoke to a female and she said, "we can put a rush on it, but there is no guarantee it will be filled today." It is already a week overdue. Her response was, "we are really behind because we don't have enough staff and too many people keep coming in." I am going to change my pharmacy. read more

Supposedly manager Amber, closed the window inside hours early due to COVID. Then we were waiting for EYE ANTIBIOTIC, and she wouldn't ring us (already filled and ready), because we made it to the window exactly at closing time (after a 20 minute wait, we were last in line). read more

Follow up to my last review. I get the text from CVS that my meds are ready for pickup today but they close for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00, so I get there at 3...giving them plenty time after lunch. Drive thru sign says they are open but come into the store so in we go! Lady at from counter asks if we're going to pharmacy? I informed her yes...tell me why the woman says "they closed up at 1:00 today"...mind you the sign says they're open, text says they are open...but again...they closed up and left at 1:00. I really want to know what kind of business this is! You got folks meds, they come to get it and you close earlier than posted time three days straight. read more

This CVS is as good as any I've been to. Nice direct aisle to the pharmacy although we've never had any prescriptions filled here. They have a little of everything from cereal to printer ink cartridges. Location is convenient in roughly the middle of town and close to other shopping and the University. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. read more

Best pharmacy staff is the best. Love this store ten times better than Walgreens. These guys rule.

This store is always clean. Everything's set up nicely and it looks welcoming as you walk in the door. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and always willing to help you as much as they possible can. I hate that my insurance isn't accepted here anymore. That doesn't stop me from coming in occasionally for a few things, though. read more

This is my second review... I don't see my last one? Regardless it was about customer service and pharmacy delivery. My mother gets her prescriptions here and again they said they were delivering today and didn't show up. She called and they said the pharmacist didn't fill the rx that's why it didn't get delivered but they would get it out tomorrow. They had no intention of calling her to tell her that... she has to call to see what happen. The last time the reasoning was that they saw she still had pills so they would deliver the next day after telling her it would be delivered the day she called. Obviously they have issues and don't care about customer service or the customer. A simple call would be sufficient if they aren't able to deliver... for whatever reason. No... they just don't show up after they tell the customer they will deliver and then don't bother letting the customer know. It's not that they were out of the drug or it wasn't due to be refilled. Its a " we don't care" attitude. I told her to transfer last time and she stayed and I told her again today. I also told her I will not take her to that store again for anything... otc or rx. So if she continues to trade there she's dependent on them. I realize no one is perfect but it's how it's handled and if it's a continuous issue. I don't believe in rewarding " bad behavior" so to speak and I see that they are not meeting the customer half way. They need to realize... we don't need them... they need us! I see I have to at least give them one star to submit but that's the only reason I gave one star. read more

Manager (Mrs. Rusek, I believe) lacked politeness and professionalism when requesting me to do something that was not visibly explicit anywhere in the store and of which I had never heard. The options of complying with her demand or leaving were given (by her) in a rude manner... I did both and happily went to Walgreens to spend my money, where I was treated exceptionally well (as always), paid less, and no one EVER requested me to do what she requested of me in "her" CVS store. read more
