I was then told to call their customer service AFTER the fact I was told to call the store from the store themselves. call the number they provided me with, to then be told go into the store with this confirmation number & they'll take care of it. I then go to the store, OUT OF THE WAY- to A, not be greeted AT ALL, & b, the UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER who should know how to do something as simple as a refund didn't know what she was doing or how to do it. To be told file a dispute through your bank isn't even close to an answer you should get. So disgusted with this place. Will never step another feet into a GNC, so truly disgusted with this terrible poor service & management. You guys should be ashamed not professional in the least bit. The prices were lower than here in Colorado. Elevated offers a large selection of edibles and bud. The bud tenders are knowledgable and friendly. There is a sucker tree for those of us who do not smoke. I was offered a reusable zipper bag for my product and entered into a points program. I did not notice any of the epsom salt or bath bomb products that Colorado has but I could have missed it. I would definitely go back.
