This review is specific to the Pharmacy at this location. I never thought I'd ever review a pharmacy, but the pharmacy at this CVS truly deserves to be recognized. I've lived in Glendale for 2.5 years, give or take. I've been coming here since I moved in across the street at The Brand. To say the pharmacists here go above and beyond is such an understatement that I don't even know how else to say it. I work full time at a very demanding job, and also am a full time caretaker for my Mom. With as many medications that my Mom needs (14) keeping track and organizing her medication schedules, doses, and refills has always been a major stress factor... Artak, Rosemary, and Aram have just been treasures in my life. The level of care, the level of professionalism, the effort they take over on my behalf to make everything as easy for me as humanly possible is beyond description. I've had moments where their kindness and desire to make sure my Mom is taken care of has brought tears to my eyes. Honestly, they're like family to me at this point. I'll never be able to thank the 3 of them enough. Even though my Mom is overseas visiting family, she asks me about them regularly because even while she's away, they care enough to ask about her and help me organize her refills and medicinal needs. Aram, Artak, and Rosemary...thank you for being amazing pharmacists and amazing human beings. It's greatly appreciated. read more

This is not the first time and I even informed the management through an online survey about the ridiculous wait time. And still, no matter what time of the day you go in to this cvs you have to wait in the line for 30-45 minutes line. The only reason I'm going to this store is because it's the only drug store around my neighborhood and I go there only when I have absolutely no other choice. read more

The worst place to pick up prescriptions. I dread coming to this pharmacy. Usually there is a long line of customers waiting. Even if you are the first in line, you will be ignored for atleast 5 minutes before you are attended to. If the issue is being understaffed, then they need to hire more pharmacists/staff. Customer service is below zero. read more

This fucking store owes me $50. Because of some reasons we didn't trust this online shopping website to give our own card's info so we decided to get a gift card instead and use that. Basically we went to this store to get a fuckin gift card but they gave us a private card something like a paypal card which asked me to enter my social security number!!like really!!if I was about to give my ssn I would've just use my own card then!the thing is the fuckin stupidasss workers and the manager didn't want to apologize and accept the fact that they were wrong and they lied to us!!!! We went back to tell them what happened and at least get our money back but the manager was hella rude to us and that attitude man!like $50 is not the thing but seriously!are they doing it to everyone to get money from them like that?!!they're fucked up read more

I've been stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes AGAIN. I would drive out of line and park my car if I could, but now there is a line of cars behind me so I'm trapped. Absolutely the slowest, most incompetent service I've ever received from any establishment in my whole life. When I ask about the wait when it's my turn, they are defensive, rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. Shame on me for giving them umpteen chances to provide even the most basic of services. It worries me that these pharmacy techs dispense medication to people, because either they're asleep in there or getting high on their customer's meds. read more

Attendant refused to let me use the restroom and claimed that the restroom is out of order however there is two restrooms in the pharmacy and I know he is lied to me. I am a customer and my family where shopping inside. customer service and staff at this pharmacy is really bad and unprofessional. Pharmacy should always have access to restroom especially customers read more

Worst CVS ever!!!! Poor customer service at the drive thru pharmacy! It takes forever for them to answer you and they don't even apologize. I like the CVS Pharmacy at Target inside the Glendale Galleria Mall. read more

I left my prescription at the drive thru and was told when did I need my medication? I told the pharmacist a few hours, she said sure we will send you a txt. Long story short, I never received a txt or call and my son was left with out antibiotics. This is really unprofessional on the pharmacist part and lack of communication with customers. read more

Did not get around to filling a prescription for my sick infant before I arrived and then refused to do so since it was "too close" to closing. Unethical pharmacist. What's the point of having people work behind these counters if they're going to behave as inhumane as a robot. Never coming back here or CVS. read more

The worst pharmacy to get your medication . The staff are very unprofessional. They are not doing their job helping people. sending us back and fort and wait two three times in line to get the medication that will take them 5 minutes to have it ready. read more

I've been coming to this location since it opened. It has slowly gone down hill and recently it has become worse than ever. In a few words - lines, lines, lines. No matter what day of the week or time of day you go in there be prepared to wait a long time to pay. The customer service agents are pretty useless. They take forever to process a simple transaction - even when you pay cash. They have no self checkouts. They have 6 checkout registers and only one or two are ever in use at any time. As a result the lines snake all the way down the snack aisle and you can easily be waiting 15-20 minutes pay. It's extremely inefficient. Other than that, the rest of the store is poorly stocked and chaotically laid out. Toilet paper? Sold out. Ice cream? Sold out. Vitamins? Sold out. The shelves are often bare or a mess. When they do get around to restocking the shelves the boxes clutter the walkways. The aisle where they sell seasonal products is the absolute worst. Once I noticed a few products that had been knocked over on their side. I noticed them the next day as well. And the next week, and the week after that: in all, the aisle was a total mess for over a month. Do yourselves a favor and just avoid this badly managed location. read more

Always check your prescriptions from this pharmacy! I was supposed to receive antibiotics, instead I was given a high dose of pain medication! Thankfully I read the prescription label before I took one of the pills. I'm extremely sensitive to pain medication and who knows what that high-dose would've done to me! read more

The blonde lady at the pharmacy counter drive-thru said she only has 15 minutes from closing and she can't get our prescription ready and sent us off without giving us further direction she lied about not being able to read the prescription so we took our business somewhere else and they could read it without having to confirm with the doctor. Management needs to trainer her in being more courteous. read more

I am a Florida resident visiting my daughter in Glendale. I have bee extremely pleased with the service here at this CVS. I was concerned about transferring my prescriptions from Fl to CA, but the pharmacy manager, Mr G, made it simple. He is professIonal, kind and always has a smile on his face. Whether you are a resident or a visitor, he treats everyone with the same respect. The rest of the staff works hard as well. It is a pleasure to visit this pharmacy!! I wish I could them to Florida:) read more

I don't usually write reviews but today's experience was the worst, all the girls in pharmacy were so rude not just to me but everyone else, the wait time to get your medicine was horrible, despite one of the techs with short blondish hair was counting the pills without wearing gloves!!! So discussing I hope the manager will look at the cameras and see how what they are doing when he is not around I guess , Clearly the pharmacy manager G is loved from reading the other reviews, he needs too look more into his team and how they are treating people/ patients. read more

The only reason it got two stars is because it's new and it's location is convenient. Have been here multiple times and always encountered horrible customer service. I rarely write reviews but the way this one particular guy staff had treated me (two separate times) like I was dumb when I had everything ready and relayed all important info to him was enough to make me never come back to this location again. read more

First time at this location, Great Customer service from both the pharmacist and the cashier! Very cheery!

Whoever works on sundays around 10 PM sucks. They don't even help. Took so long to get me one simple thing. Workers socialize together too much. read more

The line to check out is always SUPER long, there's literally always a 10 person line and cashiers are really bad at letting people know there's self check out. If they directed some from the line at least it wouldn't be so bad. And maybe not have the line go in the aisles but off to the side so people can shop without being so close. Annoying that this is literally the most convenient cvs location wise, but most inconvenient with everything else. read more

Prices are higher than other CVS locations in the area. Why? There is always a long line that snakes into the snack aisle because who ever designed this location didn't think it necessary to add a real designated line area. They are consistently short staffed here which makes lines longer. read more

Artak and Rose-Marie and their incredible team treat me like family. I've never had a pharmacy like this in my life. They do their best to look out for me and are always so happy to try to explain what might be difficult for most to understand and you can tell they want me to walk away with a clear solid understanding of what I need to do to ensure I am as healthy as possible. Usually going to a pharmacy is dreadful to be honest - but I love seeing them because they make me feel at home and are so obviously professional and compassionate. Thanks Artak and Rose-Marie and your entire team. I appreciate you!! read more

Went in for a Covid vaccine, the wait time was unnecessarily long. Even though they had a sufficient number of staff members in the pharmacy, they were unorganized, seemed like new employees learning the job. Customer service was also lacking. read more

It is very poor customer service in this branch , we have been there over 1 hours and they didn't answer us correctly about our insurance coverage , we left there without taking our orders . Never come back there again read more

Every tome I call this CVS, every single time, no one answers the phone, I stay on hold for 20+ minutes. Sometimes they answer and place me on hold and never come back. When I drive up to the window SAME thing, I end up waiting in my car for 20-30 minutes. It's a horrible branch! Get your prescriptions from a different pharmacy. Worst customer service, and when you complain they don't seem to care. read more

I love this CVS. The staff are grit, fast, helpful and even helped me get a better price for my dollar. I get my text messages regarding my medications; and this store is not even buy so you can be in and out of you want too. But they always get my on the sweets and chocolate isle!!! read more

Went for Covid vaccination, they have a very big sign outside for Covid test and vaccine , after waiting 40 min they said there are a lot of people in the line to take care of so they couldn't get my parents vaccine. Really? You guys just refused to give my parents a vaccine? You don't have it or just keeping for family members? Pharmacist Giselle started to yell at me that she is the only one and she is really busy, she was just walking around and started to ignore me and help other costumes. This is not what I expected from local cvs pharmacy. To someone who may concern, please fix this issue . Specially during Covid time. Thanks read more

This is specifically for the pharmacy -- Honestly some of the best, fast, efficient service I have ever received. Normally CVS consists of a long waits or a busy, hectic environment, this location does not make you feel that way. Artak is an amazing pharmacist! Attentive, full of information, willing to answer questions. One of the best pharmacists I have ever encountered!! Thank you! read more

Worst drugstore ever. There is always at least 5 people waiting in line, no matter what time you walk in. They have like 3 registers but only one employee ringing people up. And their employees... omg the slowest people ever. They see the long ass lines and they continue to take their sweet ass time. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Go to the rite aid on pacific instead, this place is a disaster. read more

This is the new build cvs and I must say it's pretty clean and nice I don't like the fact that it's not 24 hours and it's kind of confusing that's why I gave it 4 stars I think they could have done a better job with the layout. read more

Usually ok, but I have been on hold for over an hour. I called back and when they say I'm gonna put you on hold I said please sir, I can't hold. He put me on hold anyway. I am just trying to get my 8 year old sons medicine for his ear infection. I have called back a couple of times, trying to say I just have a quick question, please don't put me on hold and it doesn't matter. I wouldn't normally worry about it, but my sons ear hurts, it's almost his bedtime and I wanted to give him medicine before he went to bed. I've never had this experience with a pharmacy in my life, not coming back. read more

This is the second CVS store in Glendale CA that has VERY DIRTY rest rooms!! The first is on Broadway and Chevy Chase, this one is on 121 N. Central Avenue, near the Glendale Galleria: No toilet paper, no seat covers, trash scattered all over the floor and toilet seat!! How disgusting for a drug store!! In the first case, I informed a sales person that the rest room is dirty and she said: "It's the customers who make it dirty." Duh, you think??? I also saw another post that had the same comment about a third CVS store, on San Fernando Road and Los Feliz -- also dirty rest rooms!!! This is GROSS for a drug store chain! read more

Zero is my actual rating for this CVS!! Omg dont even try to get your photos developed here, it will take soooo long to get it, first they say 2 weeks and then 3 and then 4weeks and then its still not there. And the people who work there cant even understand simple letters of the alphabet. So how can they check with your last name when you call to see if your pictures are ready. Even asked to speak ro a manager but she was no help at all either. DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE OR ANY OTHER CVS. Their service SUUUCCCKKKSSSSS!!! read more

If I could give them minus , I would willingly do that. They are tribble , long waiting time for drive through and no one answer clearly then you have to wait to get your medication another 2 hours because they can not handle it. This is the second time happed to me and I will never ever come back to this Location and their idiot staff. read more

What an amazing staff and store, I cant believe some of the comments that I'm seeing. Ive been coming to this store since it opened and its beyond amazing. Ive always been greeted with a warm hello and welcome and am encouraged to advise if I need any assistance. Im always asked if I found everything that I was looking for and everyone is always so nice. The idea that someone had anything bad to say about this place, says a lot about how miserable their life must be. Its a great place with an amazing team of people, I'd recommend to everyone. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF MARY. Does not know how to treat customers or offer any resolution. One of the cashiers stated that a coupon was not loaded when in fact it was and I even called customer service to confirm. Well cashier sent my mom away stating no coupon was loaded which is bull. My mom went in again to buy the the item and the coupon was in fact loaded. Manager took away a 40 percent off coupon we had and kept it. We had to go to the store again to get the coupon. This place is a mess and is poorley managed by this manager named Mary who does not know how to treat customers. This place won't last.I will never go there again. I also filed a grievance with the store manager who's a mesd read more

Let me start off by saying that the Pharmacy manager, G I believe is what they go by, is a saint and has always worked so hard to remedy any and every problem that I've had with the pharmacy at this specific CVS. If I could leave them an isolated review it'd be 5 stars and nothing but praise. Now as for the rest of the staff and technicians at the pharmacy it has been nothing but a nightmare and headache. I've been told multiple times over the phone and to my face that any time a medication of mine hasn't come in, I've had problems with my insurance, or any other inconvenience for them that it's my fault and that I need to leave and go figure it out. I quite literally just left there after being told again that a medication that my doctor called in on Friday (3 days ago) and have text notifications from CVS that they're complete, isn't there and I need to leave and figure it out bc it's mine and my doctors fault. No help, no further questions, no other ideas. I don't expect my hand to be held or the staff here to solve all my problems, we're still in a pandemic and people are stressed I'm empathetic to that fact, but no one deserves to be hung up on, laughed at, or straight up ignored when trying to get medications that help them live their day to day life. Like I said Pharmacy managers here are saints and shouldn't have to clean up so many messes up from their staff, hopefully things will be corrected soon but in the meantime just skip this pharmacy if ya can. read more

nice , clean cvs store. plenty of parking in the Building on Wilson St. I would go back to this store again .

Convenience is really what gets this place 4 stars. Parking is usually a mess on Central/Brand so having a pharmacy that's easy walking distance to a heavily residential area is greatly appreciated. For its location the place is hardly ever overwhelmingly busy which makes getting in and out with everything you need easy. Hardly had to wait longer than 10 minutes at the pharmacy. The drive through pharmacy has been closed the last few times I've gone though, which knocks it down one star. read more

Very helpful staff at the pharmacy especially Jack who went all the way to help us. His customer service is A++ and has empathy for people. Thank you again, Jack for all your help! read more

New store on the ground floor of Harrison. Friendly staff, clean, and convenient. Glad it opened up in my neighborhood.
