This fucking store owes me $50. Because of some reasons we didn't trust this online shopping website to give our own card's info so we decided to get a gift card instead and use that. Basically we went to this store to get a fuckin gift card but they gave us a private card something like a paypal card which asked me to enter my social security number!!like really!!if I was about to give my ssn I would've just use my own card then!the thing is the fuckin stupidasss workers and the manager didn't want to apologize and accept the fact that they were wrong and they lied to us!!!! I've been stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes AGAIN. I would drive out of line and park my car if I could, but now there is a line of cars behind me so I'm trapped. Absolutely the slowest, most incompetent service I've ever received from any establishment in my whole life. When I ask about the wait when it's my turn, they are defensive, rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. Shame on me for giving them umpteen chances to provide even the most basic of services. I was concerned about transferring my prescriptions from Fl to CA, but the pharmacy manager, Mr G, made it simple. He is professIonal, kind and always has a smile on his face. I've been coming to this location since it opened. It has slowly gone down hill and recently it has become worse than ever. In a few words - lines, lines, lines. No matter what day of the week or time of day you go in there be prepared to wait a long time to pay. The customer service agents are pretty useless. They take forever to process a simple transaction - even when you pay cash. They have no self checkouts. They have 6 checkout registers and only one or two are ever in use at any time. As a result the lines snake all the way down the snack aisle and you can easily be waiting 15-20 minutes pay. It's extremely inefficient. Other than that, the rest of the store is poorly stocked and chaotically laid out. Toilet paper? Sold out. Ice cream? Sold out. Vitamins? Sold out. The shelves are often bare or a mess. When they do get around to restocking the shelves the boxes clutter the walkways. The aisle where they sell seasonal products is the absolute worst. Once I noticed a few products that had been knocked over on their side. I noticed them the next day as well. And the next week, and the week after that: in all, the aisle was a total mess for over a month. Do yourselves a favor and just avoid this badly managed location. read more

Always check your prescriptions from this pharmacy! I was supposed to receive antibiotics, instead I was given a high dose of pain medication! The blonde lady at the pharmacy counter drive-thru said she only has 15 minutes from closing and she can't get our prescription ready and sent us off without giving us further direction she lied about not being able to read the prescription so we took our business somewhere else and they could read it without having to confirm with the doctor. I don't usually write reviews but today's experience was the worst, all the girls in pharmacy were so rude not just to me but everyone else, the wait time to get your medicine was horrible, despite one of the techs with short blondish hair was counting the pills without wearing gloves!!! The only reason it got two stars is because it's new and it's location is convenient. Have been here multiple times and always encountered horrible customer service. The line to check out is always SUPER long, there's literally always a 10 person line and cashiers are really bad at letting people know there's self check out. If they directed some from the line at least it wouldn't be so bad. And maybe not have the line go in the aisles but off to the side so people can shop without being so close. There is always a long line that snakes into the snack aisle because who ever designed this location didn't think it necessary to add a real designated line area. Every tome I call this CVS, every single time, no one answers the phone, I stay on hold for 20+ minutes. Sometimes they answer and place me on hold and never come back. When I drive up to the window SAME thing, I end up waiting in my car for 20-30 minutes. It's a horrible branch! Get your prescriptions from a different pharmacy. Went for Covid vaccination, they have a very big sign outside for Covid test and vaccine , after waiting 40 min they said there are a lot of people in the line to take care of so they couldn't get my parents vaccine. This is the second CVS store in Glendale CA that has VERY DIRTY rest rooms!! The first is on Broadway and Chevy Chase, this one is on 121 N. Central Avenue, near the Glendale Galleria: No toilet paper, no seat covers, trash scattered all over the floor and toilet seat!! How disgusting for a drug store!! Ive always been greeted with a warm hello and welcome and am encouraged to advise if I need any assistance. Im always asked if I found everything that I was looking for and everyone is always so nice. One of the cashiers stated that a coupon was not loaded when in fact it was and I even called customer service to confirm. Well cashier sent my mom away stating no coupon was loaded which is bull. Let me start off by saying that the Pharmacy manager, G I believe is what they go by, is a saint and has always worked so hard to remedy any and every problem that I've had with the pharmacy at this specific CVS. If I could leave them an isolated review it'd be 5 stars and nothing but praise. Now as for the rest of the staff and technicians at the pharmacy it has been nothing but a nightmare and headache. I've been told multiple times over the phone and to my face that any time a medication of mine hasn't come in, I've had problems with my insurance, or any other inconvenience for them that it's my fault and that I need to leave and go figure it out. I quite literally just left there after being told again that a medication that my doctor called in on Friday (3 days ago) and have text notifications from CVS that they're complete, isn't there and I need to leave and figure it out bc it's mine and my doctors fault. No help, no further questions, no other ideas. I don't expect my hand to be held or the staff here to solve all my problems, we're still in a pandemic and people are stressed I'm empathetic to that fact, but no one deserves to be hung up on, laughed at, or straight up ignored when trying to get medications that help them live their day to day life. Like I said Pharmacy managers here are saints and shouldn't have to clean up so many messes up from their staff, hopefully things will be corrected soon but in the meantime just skip this pharmacy if ya can. read more

Convenience is really what gets this place 4 stars. Parking is usually a mess on Central/Brand so having a pharmacy that's easy walking distance to a heavily residential area is greatly appreciated. For its location the place is hardly ever overwhelmingly busy which makes getting in and out with everything you need easy. Hardly had to wait longer than 10 minutes at the pharmacy. The drive through pharmacy has been closed the last few times I've gone though, which knocks it down one star. read more
