Came here at 2:45 am on a Wednesday morning, since they claim to be a 24 hour pharmacy. The tech asked if I was there to pick up a prescription (which was ready for pick-up) and I replied yes. I was the only customer in the store. She then told me she was "closing for lunch." I said I just need to pick up a prescription. She repeated she was closing for lunch. I asked for how long and she said an hour and proceeded to close the gate right in front of me. Either firm hours of service should be listed or a customer should be provided service when they are present at the counter before they close the window for their break. Extremely inconvenient and poor customer service. read more

Clean, friendly and quick... 24 hour pharmacy location is so convenient... This is my first choice when in need of this type of business. read more

As background, I have not been a big fan of reviews as I have found them to be most subjective. And a chef can have an off day. But when you are responsible for health care, specifically timely filling prescriptions, it is not acceptable. This location consistently does not answer calls but hangs up, follow up with insurance carriers, and doctor inquiries. Even worse, when I attempted to have a prescription transferred, and after giving very detailed instructions, this pharmacy did not honor my request. My doctor too was equally frustrated by his failed attempts to have his authorization of a drug processed. And it is no excuse to be told the pharmacy is understaffed. You are not flipping hamburgers but managing people's lives. As a result I will now transfer all of our prescriptions. This is the worst pharmacy ever! read more

It only gets worse at this pharmacy. They talk about the patients openly behind their backs. I even had the pharmacist lie to about the availability of a med to me. EXTREMELY BAD service. read more

A lifesaver when I needed some allergy medicine at midnight. The store is actually fairly friendly, and it's a breeze to get out with their automatic checkstand. read more

I come here at night when I'm off of work super late, and the lady working is so sweet and amazing! I was waiting outside for an uber, and she even told me I can stay inside in the warm instead of being outside in the cold. She's a blessing. I'll be back just for her! read more

LOVE this CVS! Mainly I enjoy that it's 24 hours and has a Redbox out front! Also, a drive-thru pharmacy? BONUS! Helpful hint: since they're 24 hours, you can buy booze here long after the liquor stores close (although they might still have the 2am cut-off...not sure). The prices are pretty comparable to the regular supermarkets, too...at least on the adult beverages. ;) read more

Horrible Service I am always amazed how many times they can mess up prescriptions. They fill the wrong thing, charge the wrong prices and loss prescriptions. read more

They have everything you need and it is clean. The people at the pharmacy are quick and responsive. Heads up about the passport photo service: I went here to get a photo for my young son, who is 2 years old, and it was difficult (the clerk wanted him to stand on a chair--yikes!). It was expensive too (about $12-13, I believe?) We got the picture and took it and his documents to get processed. Lo' and behold, the person processing the paperwork said that the photo I paid for at CVS was too dark; it might be denied. Be aware: just because they offer passport photos does not mean they know how to take a proper photo. read more

Very slow and not customer service minded, " I'm sorry this prescription is not covered but this one is", fine i'll take the one covered, doctor approves on the phone on the spot prescription changed and then after 20 minutes the carrier will not approve, then switch back we can't when can you, only on February 29th that's leap year right see you in 3 years. Better to phone ahead and deal with them by phone, I just don't think they are getting the training they require for quick service. read more

This CVS is a threat to public health. First, they fail/refuse to deliver a prescription in a timely manner. Then, when I used the drive-thru window -- against my will -- the employee's mask hung below his nose. I asked him to adjust his mask and he said, "It just hangs like that." The elastic of the ear loops was so stretched out (or old?) that it no longer held the mask in place. I suggested that he tie a knot in each elastic piece and he said, "Oh." He did nothing and continued to wear a largely ineffective mask hanging below his nose. And he handed me a prescription like that! How long has that employee been wearing that mask!? So what if he's wearing gloves, when I'm sure he touches his umasked nose and then hands out prescriptions! How many of the dozens of customers he interacts with every shift are sick? Do any of them have covid? Who knows? I sincerely hope this employee is not infected with anything, but if he is, there's a chance he's sharing it with dozens of customers every shift he works. Maybe it's healthier just to go without a prescription than risk this CVS's dangerous mask practices. tl;dr - Drive thru and die? read more

I've been getting my prescriptions here since the beginning of time. Every pharmacist, pharmacy tech, and employee has always been very kind, even when they're busy. I usually go through the drive-thru when I need to pick up my prescriptions, which I'll admit, takes way longer than physically going inside. There's been a few occasions when I've been behind the car at the window, and we'd sit there for 10 minutes. I have no idea what takes so long, because the interactions I've had at the window usually only takes less than 3 minutes. If I need to go inside to purchase other things, I notice the store is always very clean and well stocked. Prices are pretty high, but when you're in a pinch, it's better than nothing. I seldom take advantage of the coupons printed on the receipts, but I've seen some pretty good deals on there. I wish they'd offer digital receipts to save paper, but I imagine that'll happen in the future. read more

CBS is one of the best pharmacies around they treat you with respect and are very prompt with their deliveries and great customer service I highly recommend cvs to the public get all your needs taken care of. Cvs is the place. read more

I know there's a curfew going on but we needed rubbing alcohol for my baby helmet. My husband can't get any time soon because of work so that's why we we went today. She was so rude. She called us a "fucking anarchist". She told every single customer "THANK YOU FOR BREAKING CURFEW" She doesn't know what people are going there for. For her to insult everyone like that is rude. Maybe someone can't get any needs cause of work or maybe it's an emergency. She doesn't know. She shouldn't address customers like that. She's an old lady with a beige shirt. I believe she also insulted nurses, Nurses. Like come on, they are nurses. read more

They have self checkout! Fast and friendly customer service! Acknowledged me right when I step in. The store itself is super in stocked, organized and clean. I'm a fan of CVS but this by far is one of my favorite location. I'll be driving an extra 5 minutes from my local CVS just to come here. :) read more

Rediculious wait times! Go to another pharmacy. Too many people waiting since it's by ER and urgent care. Not enough help for this location. Worth driving farther with less wait time. read more

The store itself seems to have the idea of quick service nailed down, The pharmacy on the other hand needs a refresher. My wife had stopped here for a prescription that her doctor had called in, It took almost 2 hours to have it filled. Today she called back to have the prescription refilled. Their answer was two days! We generally go to Walgreens, but her doctor deals with CVS. Not next time, No more CVS. read more

Pharmacy tech was not friendly and he did not give me right instruction. After I dropped off the prescription, he said to wait for 30 min. I waited 30 mins with my sick child and then found out they needed to verify my insurance. Since computer was down an hour ago, they cannot verify my insurance. I had to buy my daughter's medication with full price. I just wasted my time at least 45 mins. People were not attentive. read more

Pharmacy staff just puzzles me? They act like prisoners doing time, or zombies? Guess it doesn't matter causes they're always busy because of the nearby medical building. I'm only here since it's close to all our Docs. read more

It's inefficient, rude, and just rude. They claim the script isn't there, but when I call my doctor and they check it's there. It's a crap shoot every time I have to pick up my medications. It's just the norm that there will be medications missing. With the money they are making simply do your job correctly! read more

CVS stands for Consumer Value Store?? It should be ZVS for Zero Value Store... This pharmacy is the worst. I had been having my prescriptions filled here for several years since it was close to my house. But every couple of months they would somehow drop my "autofilled" prescriptions. It happened again this past weekend - I called on a Thursday and the automated service said my prescriptions were ready. I went on Friday and they did not have my medications and told me to come back Monday. I went back Tuesday and they still didn't have my medications ready. No phone call, no text, no notice, no apologies. Terrible customer service. They obviously dont get it that people depend on medications. My daughter has also had issues with her CVS pharmacy not having her medications. I called my Dr that day and had my prescriptions moved to Walmart. I had enough and will never be back. read more

Kelly in the pharmacy was very helpful! She helped answer my questions and get my needed medication quickly! Great customer service, informative on difficult health insurance and very considerate! Thank you Kelly! read more

This review is for the pharmacy. They never have the prescriptions ready and are always out of stock. The techs are not too bright either. It's nice having a 24 hour drive thru, but not when they can't fill your medical needs. I don't understand how this happens. read more

This CVS is really bad they fill prescriptions wrong a'lot of the times wrong doses and try to pin it on the patient . They do not follow what the doctor prescribes . They should and need to be investigated. do not come here. read more

This is the worst cvs I have ever been to. It took a good six hours to fill two prescriptions and shortly upon returning they tell me they misplaced my insurance information. The staff is very unprofessional and unorganized. Their pharmacy needs to be staffed properly with equipped pharmacy technicians. The women that work here have the competence of a McDonald's employee. This is Orange County , the standards should be held higher ! read more

Worst pharmacy experience - Holly was incredibly unhelpful in helping me fulfill my prescription. CVS in Anaheim was a lot more helpful and POLITE. The CVS pharmacy in Anaheim even offered to provide a one day loaner prescription. This location lacks customer service. read more

Still a terrible pharmacy - I have switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens (where it's cheaper and faster) but I had to come here recently for a 10pm flu medicine run. The staff behind the pharmacy counter were extremely disrespectful an talking about a patient who had just lefts prescriptions and laughing at their embarrassing health issues. And they are still terribly slow. Overall go somewhere, anywhere else if possible. The actual cvs staff here had always been professional and friendly - it's the pharmacy I have issues with. read more

Literally the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time I go I'm waiting for at least 15 minutes for an automatic monthly refill prescription... and that's without a line in front of me. read more

Awful on so many levels! I've been dealing with Pharmacies for over 30 years and have never seen the lack of professionalism or compassion displayed by this pharmacy staff. Attempting to help a cancer patient get their pain medication--told them it might be available in 4 days. Period. Pain?--too bad. No ability to check with other CVS pharmacies for availability--that's ridiculous. ONE call to Walgreens--matter solved and patient had medication in a few hours (not four days). The worst part was the pharmacist really--really didn't care. I was so astounded. Shame on them. read more

24 hour pharmacy. Always being open is a great resource to have in the neighborhood. In addition to Rx, they have many other items too including some grocery items including bread and milk. Seasonal items are helpful too. 24x7. Thank you CVS! read more

Open 24hrs. Most staff is helpful (one not so helpful on the phone but I just avoid talking to that person now). I got meds here that Target pharmacy couldn't order for me. read more

I have mixed emotions with this CVS pharmacy. Some days are good and some days are just so damn slow. Let's start with drive thru... The slowest! Especially when there is a line of cars waiting. Your best bet is to go inside. Most of the time I take my chances and wait in the line and end up regretting it because I get stuck there for at least 10 minutes. Oh well. At least they're service is friendly and helpful. Now when you drop off your prescription inside, either way the wait is long. There's just so many people waiting and being impatient. Wish they were fully staffed .. Service can go so much faster and people can walk out happier. read more

Just picked up medicine here. James, the pharmacist is great. Every question I asked, James answered it very detail and even write it down to make sure I understand. Thanks a lot for his kindness, patience and wisdom. read more

Enrique did all 3 of our passport ids. He was awesome. He helped us with our needs. Much appreciated.

Rude workers. Very big cvs. But very little help from workers. I understand I look like a kid. And have tattoos so some people get the wrong idea. But came here to get toothpaste, asked for the bathroom and they said the bathroom just closed and one of the workers followed me the whole time felt annoyed and left. read more

I've been here a couple times late at night for some emergency essentials and always leave super happy! The customer service is awesome, greeted as soon as you walk in, help is offered at every isle, and the night shift worker Jonathan is so nice and friendly! Never thought I'd review a pharmacy but I'm really happy about the last two visits I had at this cvs pharmacy. I came in one Sunday morning to place/pick up prescriptions and was taken care of by Sam. He was nice and seemed really genuine about his concern for my condition. Then another time I had to call in to have another prescription transferred there and on the phone he even remembered who I was and asked how I was doing! He left me a message to know it was ready and when I picked it up he remembered me and greeted me when I was next in line. What a great personal experience! Sam was such a friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable person! read more

For the past 12 months I have switch from a few different CVS to this location. First reason was because they are 24 hours, you can pick your meds up at any time! Second reason why was it was close to home. My advice is drop off your prescription during business hours and ask if it's in stock. Do this at ANY pharmacy (Walgreens, costco, Walmart, wherever). You don't want to drop it off and a few hours later get a phone call them notifying you that they don't have it in stock. And you have to come back to pick up your prescription to take it to another location. Hassle. Tip numbero uno. Another tip is pick up your meds during down time. Not during lunch breaks, after school hours, after work hours or before work hours. That's rush hour. Duh. Avoid the rush. And you'll be in and out like the burger joint. :) The over the counter meds are a rip here. The iron meds for 150 caps nature brand was $15! I got mine at costco for $6 after $2 coupon for 300 caps (yep same brand "nature"). Don't buy anything here if you can plan well and stock on the stuff you need. Those of you who are procrastinators OR emergency scenario where you have to get it last minute - get ready to spend some $ bc it can get quite costly. Cosmetics and over the counter meds are pretty expensive here. Go to target, Amazon, or costco! Prescriptions here are great. Normally in stock and the staff are great! If it's too costly because of lack of insurance or your insurance suck you can ask them if they have a discount program or AAA discount! (This applies to any pharmacy fyi!) read more

This used to be a great pharmacy, but in recent times they've fallen apart. First, CVS's new phone system makes it literally impossible to talk to a pharmacist. It only wants to tell you about COVID-19 related stuff. I had to go down in person to request a refill for a prescription because it was also disabled on the app. Once I was there, the pharmacy tech was completely unapologetic but told me they would send out my refill request. When I came back to pick up the prescription (I got a text alert), I was told it had actually been transferred out and that CVS no longer had it on file for me. Again, no acknowledgement that this might be a problem for me. And what was that other pharmacy tech talking about? Did she never send out that request at all? As it turns out, she did not send it, because a call to my doctor's office revealed that no refill request had been received. And now my doctor was gone for the weekend. I had to scramble to find an online provider. And pay $60 and waste time to make that happen. Thank God it was a common prescription and not something highly technical and difficult to get. I'm switching pharmacies after years. Do better, CVS. read more
