Very slow and not customer service minded, " I'm sorry this prescription is not covered but this one is", fine i'll take the one covered, doctor approves on the phone on the spot prescription changed and then after 20 minutes the carrier will not approve, then switch back we can't when can you, only on February 29th that's leap year right see you in 3 years. Better to phone ahead and deal with them by phone, I just don't think they are getting the training they require for quick service. read more

I don't even want to give this place one star. It is by far the WORST pharmacy on the planet. First time prescription was called in by my dr & it took an hour a half after I arrived because the wanted to wait til I arrived to fill it. Swore I wouldn't come back but the dr sent my prescription here by accident they once again were confused & I has to call the dr to send it to another cvs. Third time went to urgent care & had to come here because all other pharmacy's were closed. called to see if the prescription had made it & they said come pick it up in an hour. Came back in an hour & they claimed they knew nothing about the prescription. Called the dr & they said they sent it & the pharmacist said he cancelled the prescription. So, another 45 minute later the prescription was filled. Ridiculous!!!! They need major help. read more

This CVS is a threat to public health. First, they fail/refuse to deliver a prescription in a timely manner. Then, when I used the drive-thru window -- against my will -- the employee's mask hung below his nose. I asked him to adjust his mask and he said, "It just hangs like that." The elastic of the ear loops was so stretched out (or old?) that it no longer held the mask in place. I suggested that he tie a knot in each elastic piece and he said, "Oh." He did nothing and continued to wear a largely ineffective mask hanging below his nose. And he handed me a prescription like that! How long has that employee been wearing that mask!? So what if he's wearing gloves, when I'm sure he touches his umasked nose and then hands out prescriptions! How many of the dozens of customers he interacts with every shift are sick? Do any of them have covid? Who knows? I sincerely hope this employee is not infected with anything, but if he is, there's a chance he's sharing it with dozens of customers every shift he works. Maybe it's healthier just to go without a prescription than risk this CVS's dangerous mask practices. tl;dr - Drive thru and die? read more

I've been getting my prescriptions here since the beginning of time. Every pharmacist, pharmacy tech, and employee has always been very kind, even when they're busy. I usually go through the drive-thru when I need to pick up my prescriptions, which I'll admit, takes way longer than physically going inside. There's been a few occasions when I've been behind the car at the window, and we'd sit there for 10 minutes. I have no idea what takes so long, because the interactions I've had at the window usually only takes less than 3 minutes. If I need to go inside to purchase other things, I notice the store is always very clean and well stocked. Prices are pretty high, but when you're in a pinch, it's better than nothing. I seldom take advantage of the coupons printed on the receipts, but I've seen some pretty good deals on there. I wish they'd offer digital receipts to save paper, but I imagine that'll happen in the future. read more

LOVE this CVS! Mainly I enjoy that it's 24 hours and has a Redbox out front! Also, a drive-thru pharmacy? BONUS! Helpful hint: since they're 24 hours, you can buy booze here long after the liquor stores close (although they might still have the 2am cut-off...not sure). They have everything you need and it is clean. The people at the pharmacy are quick and responsive. Heads up about the passport photo service: I went here to get a photo for my young son, who is 2 years old, and it was difficult (the clerk wanted him to stand on a chair--yikes!). It was expensive too (about $12-13, I believe?) We got the picture and took it and his documents to get processed. Lo' and behold, the person processing the paperwork said that the photo I paid for at CVS was too dark; it might be denied. Be aware: just because they offer passport photos does not mean they know how to take a proper photo. read more

I know there's a curfew going on but we needed rubbing alcohol for my baby helmet. My husband can't get any time soon because of work so that's why we we went today. She was so rude. She called us a "fucking anarchist". She told every single customer "THANK YOU FOR BREAKING CURFEW" She doesn't know what people are going there for. For her to insult everyone like that is rude. Maybe someone can't get any needs cause of work or maybe it's an emergency. She doesn't know. She shouldn't address customers like that. She's an old lady with a beige shirt. Pharmacy tech was not friendly and he did not give me right instruction. After I dropped off the prescription, he said to wait for 30 min. I waited 30 mins with my sick child and then found out they needed to verify my insurance. Since computer was down an hour ago, they cannot verify my insurance. I had to buy my daughter's medication with full price. I just wasted my time at least 45 mins. People were not attentive. read more

It's inefficient, rude, and just rude. They claim the script isn't there, but when I call my doctor and they check it's there. It's a crap shoot every time I have to pick up my medications. CVS stands for Consumer Value Store?? It should be ZVS for Zero Value Store... This pharmacy is the worst. I had been having my prescriptions filled here for several years since it was close to my house. But every couple of months they would somehow drop my "autofilled" prescriptions. It happened again this past weekend - I called on a Thursday and the automated service said my prescriptions were ready. I went on Friday and they did not have my medications and told me to come back Monday. I went back Tuesday and they still didn't have my medications ready. No phone call, no text, no notice, no apologies. Terrible customer service. They obviously dont get it that people depend on medications. My daughter has also had issues with her CVS pharmacy not having her medications. I called my Dr that day and had my prescriptions moved to Walmart. I had enough and will never be back. read more

This is the worst cvs I have ever been to. It took a good six hours to fill two prescriptions and shortly upon returning they tell me they misplaced my insurance information. The staff is very unprofessional and unorganized. Their pharmacy needs to be staffed properly with equipped pharmacy technicians. Still a terrible pharmacy - I have switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens (where it's cheaper and faster) but I had to come here recently for a 10pm flu medicine run. The staff behind the pharmacy counter were extremely disrespectful an talking about a patient who had just lefts prescriptions and laughing at their embarrassing health issues. And they are still terribly slow. Overall go somewhere, anywhere else if possible. Awful on so many levels! I've been dealing with Pharmacies for over 30 years and have never seen the lack of professionalism or compassion displayed by this pharmacy staff. Attempting to help a cancer patient get their pain medication--told them it might be available in 4 days. Period. Pain?--too bad. No ability to check with other CVS pharmacies for availability--that's ridiculous. ONE call to Walgreens--matter solved and patient had medication in a few hours (not four days). I have mixed emotions with this CVS pharmacy. Some days are good and some days are just so damn slow. Let's start with drive thru... The slowest! Especially when there is a line of cars waiting. Your best bet is to go inside. Most of the time I take my chances and wait in the line and end up regretting it because I get stuck there for at least 10 minutes. Oh well. At least they're service is friendly and helpful. Now when you drop off your prescription inside, either way the wait is long. There's just so many people waiting and being impatient. Wish they were fully staffed .. Service can go so much faster and people can walk out happier. read more

This used to be a great pharmacy, but in recent times they've fallen apart. First, CVS's new phone system makes it literally impossible to talk to a pharmacist. It only wants to tell you about COVID-19 related stuff. I had to go down in person to request a refill for a prescription because it was also disabled on the app. Once I was there, the pharmacy tech was completely unapologetic but told me they would send out my refill request. When I came back to pick up the prescription (I got a text alert), I was told it had actually been transferred out and that CVS no longer had it on file for me. Again, no acknowledgement that this might be a problem for me. And what was that other pharmacy tech talking about? Did she never send out that request at all? As it turns out, she did not send it, because a call to my doctor's office revealed that no refill request had been received. And now my doctor was gone for the weekend. I had to scramble to find an online provider. And pay $60 and waste time to make that happen. Thank God it was a common prescription and not something highly technical and difficult to get. I'm switching pharmacies after years. Do better, CVS. read more

For the past 12 months I have switch from a few different CVS to this location. First reason was because they are 24 hours, you can pick your meds up at any time! Second reason why was it was close to home. My advice is drop off your prescription during business hours and ask if it's in stock. Do this at ANY pharmacy (Walgreens, costco, Walmart, wherever). You don't want to drop it off and a few hours later get a phone call them notifying you that they don't have it in stock. And you have to come back to pick up your prescription to take it to another location. Hassle. Tip numbero uno. Another tip is pick up your meds during down time. Not during lunch breaks, after school hours, after work hours or before work hours. That's rush hour. Duh. Avoid the rush. And you'll be in and out like the burger joint. :) The over the counter meds are a rip here. The iron meds for 150 caps nature brand was $15! I got mine at costco for $6 after $2 coupon for 300 caps (yep same brand "nature"). Don't buy anything here if you can plan well and stock on the stuff you need. Those of you who are procrastinators OR emergency scenario where you have to get it last minute - get ready to spend some $ bc it can get quite costly. Cosmetics and over the counter meds are pretty expensive here. Go to target, Amazon, or costco! Prescriptions here are great. Normally in stock and the staff are great! If it's too costly because of lack of insurance or your insurance suck you can ask them if they have a discount program or AAA discount! (This applies to any pharmacy fyi!) read more

Never thought I'd review a pharmacy but I'm really happy about the last two visits I had at this cvs pharmacy. I came in one Sunday morning to place/pick up prescriptions and was taken care of by Sam. He was nice and seemed really genuine about his concern for my condition. Then another time I had to call in to have another prescription transferred there and on the phone he even remembered who I was and asked how I was doing! He left me a message to know it was ready and when I picked it up he remembered me and greeted me when I was next in line. What a great personal experience! Everything about this store is awesome up to the drive-thru speedy pick-up service. The only problem I have about this location is that it is so hard to drive into and so hard to drive out of! There's traffic galore at this intersection and it doesn't render itself well to getting into or out of. Whoever designed traffic flow here did a lousy job. read more

I want Long's Back... This CVS store is small, location is not great due to busy corner ( I often find myself driving a direction I don't want to go), but most of all it is impersonal with self-checkout and huge revolving pharmacy staff. I miss the Long's which used to be across the street until CVS bought Longs. I have more than once ordered a prescription refill well in advance only to arrive and have it not available. They always leave me annoying computerized phone message that it is time to reorder - could they not take the time to tell me my order is not avail. They are not friendly, have minimal stock and poor customer service and bad location.. The only plus -- why the 2 stars is that they have a drive thru window. read more
