Clean gas station and in the inside. The workers are understanding and kind. The soda machine needs a tad bit more syrup though. Other than that pretty nice place. read more

Horrible customer service and I gave the lady money for scratchers then she didn't give me the scratchers

I stop at Ampm sometimes, and its convenient for me when I cannot get to my nearby gas stations or service stations. Nice clerk here I needed help with the other day in pumping my gas, and looking for some items in the store. Everything from good slurpees here and snacks. Its a cool place. read more

TLDR: pros: big and spacious, tall urinal, pretty clean toilet, single room cons: ominous as SHIT, coin slot????, no mirror, lack of soap To start off, the door to the restroom had a coin slot??? You have to pay 25 cents to get in and the handle to the door is weird(not confusing just weird). Walking into the bathroom felt like a tin can but it's chill. Not to be narcissistic but THERE WAS NO MIRROR. The toilet is surprisingly pretty clean and the trash can was close. The urinal is tall so it humored me but I also can't help but think about how many people that would miss like crazy. BIG CON, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because the cashier was nice to me however, the soap dispenser had NO SOAP. WHATTTT. I HOPE I just came in at an off time but bro. read more

Nachos are stale and taste terrible. And there was miss priced items. Also cheese was out of nacho cheese.

I been filling up here for awhile now and it was always good . But recently seems like employees don't pay attention and often spend more time on their phones too . Came in today and paid 30 dollars , pump stopped at 13 . Went back and employee said I only gave the en 13 . I politely explained and they didn't wanna listen and told me come back later . Please check what customer gives you , lots of times people here don't . Will not come back to this one ever . Called corporate , I hope better service will be provided to other people . read more

This place is super busy in the mornings. It's frustrating when the line is backed up cause the cashier is checking scratchers. But the clerks are quick. They get it done! read more

Dude behind the counter last night didn't know what he was doing. Had 2 gift cards and he cancels one so I could not use at the time. I drove out of my way to use these now I have to pay for my gas. I could have do this by my house. Need to train your employees better! read more

This place is definitely the cheapest places around the Brea area for gas and while most Arco gas stations charge a fee for credit/debit transactions, this place does NOT!!!! They also have a deal for hot dogs, two quarter pound hot dogs for $2.22. I always fill mine up with chili&cheese and some onions and peppers to boot. It's a good place to grab something quick to eat while filling up gas. Whenever I'm low on gas, I always come here. read more

It has been awhile since I stopped to by gas here....I didn't like the remodel and some staff....but kudos to the gal working today, Sunday midday. Didn't get her name, but started with a J. She can multitask and knows her job well...very efficient and polite. There was a bit of a rush, she was tremendous.... Value this employee! read more

ampm - Bitch - Convenience Stores Near Me - La Habra, California

One of the cashiers does not know how to give back change properly. On August 6 I came into go with gas at 8:22 Am on August 6th I came into go get gas at just past 8:00 am and I gave him a $50 bill. I was supposed to get $35 back in change but instead got 20$ back but did not realize that until I was on the road, I called them to let them know and and they got my phone number and said that they would call back shortly and I still haven't gotten a call back yet. read more

Cheap gas and bad service. Just what I love. I had to pay in change as it's the day before pay day and the service clerk Ricky was a total asshole and refused to take my change. Why is it necessary for other people to be such huge d***wads? Ricky if your life is that bad change it! I'll definitely be calling management on this one. read more

All is good here until the nighttime then the cashiers turn into idiots. I am not sure why the quality of workers change so much in the night but daytime crew is great. read more

It's a nice clean station. Like everyone else the prices are what they are. Sometimes they're inexpensive and others, well. So for all those out there that catch themselves on rhis side of town. Just roll through. Gas is gas as long as your not cutting it inside your own car. And if you do roll down the Windows....nuff said! read more

This has to be the worst gas station I have been to in years. Diesel pumps do not except atm cards, even though they have atm on the pumps. After paying for fuel, inside, I start pimping at a painfully slow pace. When I ask if they can turn up the speed, I was told that the pumps are just slow in the morning. Walk back yo truck and only pumped 7gallons... go somewhere else.. read more

I love this place. It is usually one of the cheapest places around for gas. It's conveniently located in the Home Depot parking lot, just off Lambert at Harbor. The best part about it is Arcos normally don't take credit cards but this one takes VISA! Love it. I will continue to buy gas here! read more

Do not buy lotto tickets here worst experience ever! No one in the store and the clerk Valentine already had attitude I cashed in 6 tickets. He first put them to the side as someone walked in he waived them to the cash register told me to move by gesture. I asked for the tickets back he grabbed them and started scanning very angry. I asked for 13 tickets all the same he gives me 5 of the wrong ones. I told him I want 13 of monopoly he gives me 5 of monopoly I told him I want 13 one three he then has a fit. Comes up with 30 tickets I told him I want 13 not 30 he then gives me 15! I told him one three he began ripping the 1 ticket at a time and gave me 4 then 6 then 1 and 1. I get so tired of employees getting irritated when you cash in tickets and I always buy tickets I don't get cash and yet many employees will have an attitude. This was the worst experience ever! read more

New pumps have Veriphone built in and the system is complete crap. Takes 2 minutes before you're pumping gas. Total crap

Great low price. That's the one star. There's this guy that works there during graveyard shift, has a smug look who doesn't really like working there obviously, and he greets you with the worst attitude ever. Like yo dude, I get the fact that you hate your life or something and you basically have a graveyard shift for a reason but everything you do or whenever you happen to work there, the gas station is either closed or something is wrong. Honestly, you're lucky I don't remember your name, but seriously tho improve your shit. You make this gas station look really bad. read more

Every time I come here, debit cards never work at the pump. So u always have to walk in to run them inside. Its a hassle. Avoid this place!!! read more

Will never return to this or any other Arco. Charged $.35 for the pleasure of my business when I used a debit card, won't accept credit cards. And then there was the Rockstar DJ out front playing a song in which "I don't give a fuck" and "bitch" comprised the entire lyrics. No thanks, Arco. Same to you, Rockstar. There are other fish in the sea. read more

Great service! Clean and well kept place. Gas is the cheapest you will find. Food is fresh and ready! Highly recommended

Usually i go to this location for gas because it's pretty well priced. Honestly, I'd prefer to not even go to Arco at all, anywhere, but this place is affordable and the service has been great...until tonight. Usually the cashiers are pretty nice, but the guy behind the counter, Ricky, was a total jerk! My friend and I went in to put gas in her car and, because it's just before payday, paid with change. It was all silver change, and she helped him count it out. Although it was counted ahead of time there was $8.95 instead of $9.00. He clearly didn't appreciate this and stated "that's $8.95?", showing how bothered he was by having to take a moment to count change. Then, as it IS the last day before payday, we decided to pool our funds together and buy some tallboys to share. Yes, you guessed it, we were still working with change. This is where he really showed how irritated he was by rudely proclaiming "I can't take anymore change!", at which point we looked at each other, my friend and I, and said "okay". We were just really surprised at his vehemence towards us. I mean, why all the anger? There weren't even any customers in line at all, the whole time! I guess that's what's so offensive to me, the fact that he could not even be polite or courteous at all. So i guess if you even care about how yr treated where you go just be wary of Ricky, otherwise, all the other cashiers are really nice. That's one reason i go to this gas station. That is all. read more

This place is horrible the gas and service is cheap and they are still charging a .35 cent so called service fee so I can pump my own gas. This was my first and only time I visit this place, BIG RIPOFF read more
