TLDR: pros: big and spacious, tall urinal, pretty clean toilet, single room cons: ominous as SHIT, coin slot????, no mirror, lack of soap To start off, the door to the restroom had a coin slot??? You have to pay 25 cents to get in and the handle to the door is weird(not confusing just weird). Walking into the bathroom felt like a tin can but it's chill. Not to be narcissistic but THERE WAS NO MIRROR. The toilet is surprisingly pretty clean and the trash can was close. The urinal is tall so it humored me but I also can't help but think about how many people that would miss like crazy. I been filling up here for awhile now and it was always good . But recently seems like employees don't pay attention and often spend more time on their phones too . Came in today and paid 30 dollars , pump stopped at 13 . Went back and employee said I only gave the en 13 . I politely explained and they didn't wanna listen and told me come back later . This place is definitely the cheapest places around the Brea area for gas and while most Arco gas stations charge a fee for credit/debit transactions, this place does NOT!!!! They also have a deal for hot dogs, two quarter pound hot dogs for $2.22. I always fill mine up with chili&cheese and some onions and peppers to boot. It's a good place to grab something quick to eat while filling up gas. Whenever I'm low on gas, I always come here. read more

One of the cashiers does not know how to give back change properly. On August 6 I came into go with gas at 8:22 Am on August 6th I came into go get gas at just past 8:00 am and I gave him a $50 bill. I was supposed to get $35 back in change but instead got 20$ back but did not realize that until I was on the road, I called them to let them know and and they got my phone number and said that they would call back shortly and I still haven't gotten a call back yet. read more

This has to be the worst gas station I have been to in years. Diesel pumps do not except atm cards, even though they have atm on the pumps. After paying for fuel, inside, I start pimping at a painfully slow pace. When I ask if they can turn up the speed, I was told that the pumps are just slow in the morning. Do not buy lotto tickets here worst experience ever! No one in the store and the clerk Valentine already had attitude I cashed in 6 tickets. He first put them to the side as someone walked in he waived them to the cash register told me to move by gesture. I asked for the tickets back he grabbed them and started scanning very angry. I asked for 13 tickets all the same he gives me 5 of the wrong ones. I told him I want 13 of monopoly he gives me 5 of monopoly I told him I want 13 one three he then has a fit. Comes up with 30 tickets I told him I want 13 not 30 he then gives me 15! I told him one three he began ripping the 1 ticket at a time and gave me 4 then 6 then 1 and 1. I get so tired of employees getting irritated when you cash in tickets and I always buy tickets I don't get cash and yet many employees will have an attitude. Great low price. That's the one star. There's this guy that works there during graveyard shift, has a smug look who doesn't really like working there obviously, and he greets you with the worst attitude ever. Like yo dude, I get the fact that you hate your life or something and you basically have a graveyard shift for a reason but everything you do or whenever you happen to work there, the gas station is either closed or something is wrong. I love this place. It is usually one of the cheapest places around for gas. It's conveniently located in the Home Depot parking lot, just off Lambert at Harbor. The best part about it is Arcos normally don't take credit cards but this one takes VISA! Love it. I will continue to buy gas here! read more

Usually i go to this location for gas because it's pretty well priced. Honestly, I'd prefer to not even go to Arco at all, anywhere, but this place is affordable and the service has been great...until tonight. Usually the cashiers are pretty nice, but the guy behind the counter, Ricky, was a total jerk! My friend and I went in to put gas in her car and, because it's just before payday, paid with change. It was all silver change, and she helped him count it out. Although it was counted ahead of time there was $8.95 instead of $9.00. He clearly didn't appreciate this and stated "that's $8.95?", showing how bothered he was by having to take a moment to count change. Then, as it IS the last day before payday, we decided to pool our funds together and buy some tallboys to share. Yes, you guessed it, we were still working with change. This is where he really showed how irritated he was by rudely proclaiming "I can't take anymore change!", at which point we looked at each other, my friend and I, and said "okay". We were just really surprised at his vehemence towards us. I mean, why all the anger? There weren't even any customers in line at all, the whole time! I guess that's what's so offensive to me, the fact that he could not even be polite or courteous at all. So i guess if you even care about how yr treated where you go just be wary of Ricky, otherwise, all the other cashiers are really nice. That's one reason i go to this gas station.
