This Store RACIALLY PROFILED my son and his girlfriend today. He was trying to purchase Mucinex for me while home sick. He was asked for ID, he forgot his wallet, showed a picture which is respected that they won't take it. His girlfriend came in the store, Latino college student and they REFUSED purchase. When I called the very rude employee said, this is that boys mother. "That boy"??? She tells me the GF should have been able to purchase. I ask to speak to manager she says he's talking to the police. I told her I can't care. He says it's their policy that if 2 teens come in that look under 30 years old, that they both have to have ID. I asked where was the policy. He said I don't know, somewhere. They were rude, disrespectful and I accommodating. When my son went back WITH his ID, he had the police there stating I threatened him. This has been the most ridiculous and lying manager I ever met. Needless to say, he sold my son the medication of what he should have done THE FIRST TIME!!!!! I happen to be out of town and ran low on my prescription medications. This was completely accidental. I was referred to this CVS by a pharmacist from a different company. That's what I love about Texas, sincere helpfulness. The manager, Suhani, was friendly and attentive. She quieted my uneasiness and reassured me that it wouldn't take very long. She was right. Every time I come I have to wait and sometimes the wait is so long like now! There were 9 people before me when I got here and there are still 7 before and after me after waiting for over 15 min. They need to hire more people. Update: I had to come back to get another prescription. This time is worse! There are more than 10 people before me and 14 people behind me and the wait is crazy! We have been filling our prescriptions at this location for past 7years. My wife dropped off the prescription for one of my daughter on monday. We did not receive any text or update from them that about the prescription status. So I went to store on Wednesday to check if it is ready to pick up. The pharmacist couldn't even locate the prescription and the ridiculous part is pharmacist saying that my insurance was missing. This is the same pharmacy where I picked meds for my both my kids in last 1 month. Not sure how the insurance can go missing? I am looking for other ways to get my prescriptions. read more

The retail side is fine. Worst pharmacy ever. Do not use this pharmacy if you have anything else you need to do. It seems like it takes 10-15 minutes per customer to check out. It's not a one time occurrence, it's just normal. I picked up a scrip for my wife and had to come back a few minutes later because they incorrectly put one back on the shelf. I had an awful experience with the service at CVS. There were long lines, and they never met the ETA. My doctor sent a prescription to this CVS three days ago, and it was supposed to be ready by 6:00 PM. When my spouse showed up there at 6:30 PM, we had to wait for an hour to get the prescription. One out of three prescriptions was not ready. Today, the automated system still says "in process." When I called and finally spoke to someone after navigating through options for 30 full minutes, they informed me that they are out of the medication. The person mentioned that it's expected for the system to say "in process" even when they are out of it. Can someone reach out and let me know if all CVS locations have similar issues or if it's just this specific one that is so poorly managed? read more

What can I say? It's very convenient to have a CVS a few minutes from home. It would be way better if it was a 24 hrs pharmacy. That's our family pharmacy. We all get our prescription and non prescription medicine from that location. I even print photos there because it's so simple from the cvs app. I use the app to pay and request refills for my medicine. I have used some of the coupons they give you as you shop there. The personnel at that cvs are nice, especially the ones in the pharmacy area. For the most part it seems they know what they're doing. It's more expensive than other places but because of the convenience I tend to buy a lot of items there so I don't have to drive further away. I don't think they have a big variety of things at that location. Not a lot of wine, beer selection and not a lot of snacks selections. They always have available parking and I saw a pick up parking spot so they might be doing the order and pick up service. One thing I don't like is the long wait on the drive-thru to pick up your meds. They take way too long. They also have long lines inside too. Honestly there is not much to say about this CVS. It's just convenient to have it near by our house but other than that is not like there's more to it than a regular over priced chain pharmacy. read more

Worst Pharmacy service ever. Went to get my second vaccination shot after having been told previously to come in at 2:00p. Found the pharmacy closed with sign stating they would reopen at 2:00p, which is fine. But, they didn't reopen until 2:13p (not a big deal). I was met by a surly, argumentative pharm tech who acted like I was intruding on her. She demanded (not asked) for my appointment detailing. Despite the fact that I was the ONLY customer in all of the pharmacy area, she acted like she was far too busy to take care of my shot appointments. All the while, she never bothered to confirm my appointment. Rather than continue to endure the narcissistic pharm tech, I turned and left. As soon as I walked in there was an Easter sale of 50% off. Love lindt and lindor chocolates and went to buy three different kinds. The cashier named Ty said that they're not ringing up and did a few of them. He would not do all of them. He asked another associate, which must've been the supervisor and he said no only the Easter are. Ty said that certain ones were and the other ones weren't ringing Easter. Finally when we tracked the lady that checked us in (brown short hair, no ID Tag) she started arguing with us about where we should have waited. Had a oral surgery and the doctor sent my pain medication prescription to this pharmacy. I was in a lot of pain and taking Advil in the interim but it wasn't giving me a lot of relief. I called the pharmacy and he very clearly said they have placed an order and the medicine will be ready the next morning. I asked again and they said yes absolutely it will be ready the next morning for pickup. I somehow proceed to make it through the night with the pain. Next morning (Friday) I go to the pharmacy , wait in line for half an hour because nobody seems to have a sense of urgency here. Finally I get to the front and I ask for the medication. They tell me "ma'am we don't have Hydrocodone in stock". I was livid ! The doctors office was closed on Friday and over the weekend. I asked why they told me that it will come in the next morning and I get the response "the person who told you that was somewhat new and didn't know". This is the level of responsibility these people have for the patients and the pain they are going through. I was put in a position where I couldn't call the doctor (since they are closed) , or go to another pharmacy (since it's narcotic it cannot be transferred). The only option I had was to call the on call number and wait hoping they call me back all the while enduring the mind-numbing pain .. all because the pharmacist happened to be "somewhat new" and "didn't know what he was saying". Here's the strange part, the new pharmacist tells me "this medication is not available anywhere, not just in CVS". So that means the pharmacist who spoke to me the previous day saying he ordered it, where did he order it from when it's not available anywhere as per this new person ? Why did he lie ? Unbelievable ! This is gross negligence and irresponsible ! read more

This pharmacy should be shut down. They obviously can't keep it staffed. I've spent 1.5 hours on hold over and 3 separate visited over the past 24 hours trying to get my prescription. They just don't answer the phone so if there is the slightest issue with your Rx you have to drive up there, let them know, and then drive back home until it's ready. And you have to guess when that might be. I wish I could get away with ignoring customers at work. read more

Came here to get hair products and the service is horrible. Only 1 register open on a Saturday afternoon and the pharmacy close early on the weekend. Nothing special about the CVS besides the close proximity to home. But, I would prefer going to Walgreens or another CVS because this one is understaffed. read more

I have filled prescriptions at this location a few times, pharmacy staff are not the friendliest! I normally don't even go to CVS stores at all. I decided to try a few times because it's close. Never again! Very poor customer service, poor attitude, I complained to the Pharmacist and he wasn't any better, sad. I waited in line, 2nd person for 8 -9 minutes, customer ahead was having some insurance issue. No one even acknowledged my presence, no ONE, not to say hello, some one will be with...Not one word. So I waited, heard the bell that some one was at the drive through, a tech went over immediately to help, I'm still waiting, he went back to work after helping them, and I'm still in line Waiting! Are you kidding me! I had a armful of merchandise, put it all back and left. Called the store spoke to Nathan the Pharmacist, explained what happened to me, no apologies, no we'll do better, no I understand, that shouldn't have happen,etc. absolutely nothing! I will never visit this store. It starts at the top, so this behavior, explains why no one really gave a hoot about my time, my presence, my money or my whole customer experience, which was a very poor one! If I could give 0 zero stars, I would. I have so many problems getting my Rx filled at this location. They never seem to receive refills from my doc and push off the calling and searching back on me. Last week, the guy told me mine might take a while to figure out the coupon and get the pharmacist to sign off. Here's the thing folks, if y'all expect to get your everyday items for a lower price at any CVS then you are sadly mistaken. So to hear complaints about pricing is pretty ridiculous. Also if you expect numerous options such as snacks and foods, well obviously you're not going to get it at a smaller retail store where the primary sales are pharmacy. All in all if you're going shop here for the usual items then you will pay a higher price vs bigger retail stores. CVS does have a number of coupons that can be used within the allotted time (expiration date). If you try to use it after, and it doesn't go through, you should expect that hence it's expired and they do not need to put it through after that date has passed. Some folks get annoyed or irritated when that happens but hello that's why there are dates on them! So use them beforehand. Also y'all gotta read the dang sales signs etc. In retort to another person on here the coupon clearly says spend 30 get $10. It's not a trick or some sham, just read it. I'm a frequent shopper here and recently I tried to get a flu shot at this CVS. The pharmacist escorted me to the back and bent me over telling me that the vaccine would be shot into my hamstring, so naturally following the pharmacist's order I dropped my underwear and bend over. The pharmacist, comes close to my ear and whispers in my ear, "This'll only hurt a little bit." So, I naturally don't think much of it, and just brace for the needle.
