Except for pharmacy, which Is A+, this Walmart is shabby and poorly run. Not as good as it once was. Not clean or well managed in the past.

My love hate relationship with Wal Mart is swinging back towards hate. A few reasons: Out of stock Out of stock Out of stock Poorly stocked Stockers blocking the shelves I need to get to Curb side pick up order pullers in the way( constantly Price gouging-i paid $4.65 for a pound of breakfast sausage! Wal Mart is in my grocery store rotation of 3 to 4 stores. It's worked well for me over the last few years. I tend to by things that are 30-40 percent higher elsewhere such as eggs, cheese, coffee, etc. However the last few weeks I've noticed their prices have jumped significantly and seemingly out of kilter with other places. The lack of inventory has also been frustrating. Seems like they've entered a challenging period of instability. I'm at my end with it so think I'll wait a few months before coming back read more

Where do I start with today's adventure at Walmart . Walking in instantly notice 5 to 7 employees hanging around the shopping carts bay. Wasted payroll not one manager worried I guess. Wonder if those kids making $15. Grumpy lady at register throwing product into bags. Possibly mad due to no break. I think I heard her say I thought I was getting a break? To a younger lady that did replace her after the fact she had to be told. And the inconvenience of having self checkout but doesn't take cash. We wasted 15 to 20 min to check out. Only 2 cashier running registers. Plenty of other workers to run registers. Management doing a horrible job of moving personnel around to have a productive payroll. I guess when your making money as a big corporation, little things such as customer service don't matter read more

Half the time they didn't have the order correct or something was broken. The last straw for this store was today. I usually have my order delivered on Sunday mornings, however yesterday I didn't get my order and was told it was "Delayed". Today it still doesn't arrive and I call Wal-Mart support and they say the driver had an issue with the truck and they cancelled the order. I was not inform of this cancellation and I don't believe they had any intention of letting me know either. Hire competent managers and employees. I doubt Wal-Mart will do anything as there are several bad reviews and no response from Wal-Mart on any of them. read more

If they cared about their customers, they would not force them to self checkout. There's seldom a register open. Ask most employees a question, they'll hand you their phone to translate your question. An awful place to shop!!! read more

I was at red mango and was trying to order my drink and the lady who helped me was too rude and blunt She has very bad customer service and I hate to go to this place again read more

Happy to see this new location opening in FRISCO. Enjoyed visiting today with their recent opening this week. Taking a tour around the store, it was well organized and associate were welcoming everyone to the new location Looking forward to our next visit. read more

Second time I've come here to try to get an oil change only to be turned away. Both times I was told the technicians hadn't arrived yet and that they weren't going to start doing oil changes until 10AM (although they open at 7AM). Given that they told me to go to the Wal-Mart on Ohio, I decided to go there and will continue to go there. So done with the Custer location. read more

This location is my favorite. Inside the store everything is new, with big spaces and strategically designed. The thing I'm enjoying the most is the pick up groceries option. I use the app and throughout the week I add as needed. Then on Friday or Saturday I placed the order to pick it up Saturday evening or Sunday morning. It's the best thing ever! I don't have to spend and hour or two inside the store and then wait at their long lines. And this service is free!! I have to be honest, I may not agree with Walmart policies, but no other store can match their cheap prices. I use Walmart only for isle products that are the same everywhere. Items like toothpaste, paper towel, mayonnaise and shampoo to name a few. I don't buy any produce or meats at Walmart. I rather go and shop at sprouts or market street for those fresh items. Something that bothers me about Walmart, the times I have to go inside, is the lack of customer service. Most of the time there are no employees on the floor and when you finally find one they are not helpful. But since the place is so cheap I think people don't care to complaint. However I've noticed the pick up option is totally different. They are always so polite and they do a good job packing the bags and loading them in the car without messing up the order. It is what it is. Walmart is the cheapest place to shop for every day items. I will continue to do my pick up shopping every weekend!! read more

If I could give this place a -10 star I would, but Yelp is nice. Walmart gives Walmart customer service. Terrible.

This Walmart opened 2 days ago and it still looks and smells clean! It wasn't too crowded and everything was still organized nicely on the shelves. As seen in the pictures, even the floors were shiny! I think we will start coming to this Walmart instead of neighboring Walmart's as long as it remains nice and stocked. There are many different companies there trying to make sales (TV and energy providers). We avoided them and they didn't bug us too much. My only complaint that it doesn't seem like there is as much parking as most other Walmart's. However, we didn't have a problem with it because it was pretty empty when we went at 5pm on a Friday. read more

The gas station closed early AGAIN. The young man working this evening saw me walking up and said "We're closed." This was at 9:25. This is the 5th time in a row I've come here during business hours and they've been closed. The main store employees have serious attitude problems. Horrible attitudes and horrible treatment. Not to mention LAZY. I'm done with Walmart. Too many bad experiences. read more

If you can't have orders ready on time then you have no right to dictate my pick up time or set it for some random time in the middle of the day when people ARE AT WORK and then cancel the order. Maybe if y'all answered the phone we could call and let you know we can't make it at the time you set. Your location is what is wrong with your Walmart. Done. 3 times in a SINGLE week each delayed each without items in stock each re-ordered so you should've had the original stuff in the order in stock and each canceled without my permission before the time I was supposed to pick it up. You sure have enough people to put orders back. Try using those people to fill orders ON TIME. read more

Automotive is not doing well. Definitely don't recommend getting an oil change if you expect them to actually complete the whole service. Now believe me when I say this. I know I had multiple options. And would gladly clean myself. But when a vacuum and a windshield exterior clean included in the package I at least expect it to be halfway done when you said it was "COMPLETE". Especially when you mark it on a paper. They seriously just went through the list marking everything as good, COMPLETE and CHECKED. The part where my floor not getting vacuumed, the tires not being checked, and the windshield still being dirty af normally shouldn't be a problem to a sane person. But that made me think. How do I know he even did the oil change? Or even did it correctly? How do I know he didn't strip the threads to the filter housing? I've gotta go back and do it all myself to make sure everything is good. The whole reason I'm here is for the convenience. That I gladly paid for. The sad part is the dude inside said my measurements are wrong cause they use a different gauge. (Asian guy doesn't speak to much English) tried telling me they are all at 34. After an hour for the scheduled oil change, and then another hour for him to get done with another car to half a** vacuum mine after I told them what they did wrong, and they still didn't adjust the pressure and they still requested that I go ahead and just pull it up so they can check it. After two chances. When the guy said they are at 34 I handed him my digital gauge and said would you rather check it with this. Since it's more accurate than the slide ones. He declined. I got in my car. He thought I was gonna pull up to the hose for him to check the pressure and I just drove off. Seriously it's so dumb because of how simple this was. Going in circles about how they simply didn't check it. On top of all of this. The tires on the car are not the stock tires. They don't even require the same pressure as what is labeled on the car. What number is the one on the car? ...34 i cannot stress this enough. They just went down the list and entered the info. read more

Everything is still pretty great at this Walmart in terms of product availability, parking (I've seen worse, so this isn't that bad), and friendliness of staff, but good god can someone please turn on the gotdang AC??? The few times I've actually shopped around instead of ordering online and doing curbside pickup, I'd break out into a deep sweat because it's so hot inside the store. It's not just me; my husband sweats too. Every time. We look like 2 glistening fools, looking for the marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Oof. Lately, their produce hasn't been the greatest. Limited options, not quite at the peak of freshness, things like that. They seemed to have slumped in quality over the past few months. It's to the point where I stop ordering online so that I can "pick it muh damn self." read more

This Walmart has poor service and are always out of items. I've even seen signs saying they are "working on it". It's annoying. I feel like they should just close this location down and put something else. It's so convenient because of how close we live, but because of all that we would rather drive farther instead of wasting our time to go to this location and see what we want isn't even there. All the workers are so out of it, like they are confused all the time. It's so annoying. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more

I have watched the slow decline of this Walmart location, but it is truly becoming untenable. If they were employing mentally handicapped instead of just lazy people who don't give a damn, I would have more patience. Even the "customer service" department has no idea what "service" is. I pains me to say it... but I'm going to have to go back to shopping at Target! Blech. read more

Worst Walmart ever It's 8:30 on a Friday night all I need Is change for two $20s and everything seems to be "closed". Customer service and all cash registers except are not in use except for self checkout. Old fat white man was rude before I even spoke to him. Said he was closed before I could even get my fucking question out. So never go to this Walmart for anything, everyone seems to be incompetent as fuck. read more

Don't even try calling they never answer! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time. Phone rings for hours...

The pick up option is great and is the only redeeming quality of this store. This store has a lot of out of stocks. Some staff members do not seemed trained. Store Manager does not seem to care. Typical Walmart with bare bones staffing. Can't find an employee anywhere when you need one. This store for some reason closes at midnight. I had to drive to the other side of town to pick up a gallon of milk. There were several people trying to also shop when arrived and the lady "guarding the door" was very rude. read more

I needed headlights replaced on my car and I'm leaving 5 stars for Brent and an Egyptian brother in the auto department. Brent has a hearing aide and is very hard of hearing. He was left on the register by himself and people assumed he was ignoring them. This guy is just chugging along at his own pace but he gets the job done. The Egyptian brother (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful and fast. Both knew exactly where things were and exactly how to help. I appreciate the great service and friendliness. Keep up the great work. read more

Phone customer service is worst. Called so many times ringing for looong times but no one picks up. Will never shop needing phone support. It's horrible read more

This is for the vision center here at this Walmart. The lady named Stephanie was phenomenal!! They have a variety of pairs she can help you choose from. She was always there if I needed any assistance and got me my favorite pair of glasses ever. Thank youu!! read more

I like this location as it's newer and nicer than most. I don't know if it's me or what, but the store seems to be a bit smaller than other locations. However, I feel they have a much better selection of certain things, so maybe I'm just fooled by the layout. Regardless, I have no complaints at all. I've used their grocery pickup service too many times to count. I've always been happy with that service as well. I've had awful experiences with other stores and their grocery pickup service, but so far so good with this location. I've also used their gas pumps (located on south side, closer to 121) with no problems. Things to note: The parking lot is a bit smaller than most Walmart locations, however that has never stopped me from finding a good spot every time. Also there are several fast food options within the same parking lot should your grocery shopping trip tire you out too much to cook! read more

Where are the hardworking employees? Can someone please tell me when that hawaiian manager comes back from vacation or the young african one who used to work nights? Those are the only two who never make me feel like I'm an inconvenience. I used to drive out of my way to come here for them. Also, the last time I was in the store was last week. Went to go get some cucumbers and apples but they were rotten or going bad and merchandise everywhere they do not belong. Still better than any other walmart in my area though read more

GROSS!! FRUIT rotting on the shelves. Was there on 9/7/2018. I could immediately see mold on the strawberries. Went to pick up a bag of small oranges and my finger went through one because it was rotten!!! Then I went to the green grapes. Picked up a bag, it was leaking grape juice because they were rotting. All this rotting food for sale at Walmart!!! Enjoy!!!! 2/11/19 Always something with this store! Only takes in 4 quarts of oil to recycle now they decided to shut down all there check out counters so no one can shop. I ask "When will things be up and running"? I get the blankest stare like I was speaking a different language and muttering out "Uggh I don't know". Poor poor poor customer service!! read more

Very nice and clean Walmart. Management is very helpful. Supply chain issues seem to still be legit though as they still do not have a whole lot in stock. read more

Stopped here at around 0430 on my way to work to pick up one non-prescription pharmacy item. I should have known when I walked to the door and it was locked (with no signage) that this was going to be a waste of my time. Walked to the other side of the store where the door was open. Of course, I had to walk all the way back to the other side of the store and past the locked door to get to the pharmacy. The item I needed is normally available in the Equate brand for far cheaper than name brand. Of course, they had none in stock and I would rather wait than pay for a name brand that is identical to Equate. So, I got to walk back to the open door again and then back to my car to drive to work in a bad mood. I'll count it as morning exercise and probably never return to this location. read more

This Walmart store is poorly manage. It's never fully stocked and customer service is non-existent. I shopped this Saturday for a few items, their private label 2% lactose free milk and half and half but there was neither. Then there were long cashier lines while 3 of the yellow Jersey managers were having a chit-chat! I try not to shop at this store much but it is the closest to home. Good Luck!! read more

If I could give less than one star I would... I am newly moved here and have received the rudest experience with management here. I will never go to this location again. read more

I don't understand why managers are so rude? I don't want to shop at a place if management cannot treat employees with decency and humanity, I guess they consider their employees as replaceable items you get of the shelf. What a shame read more

Customer service is horrible. Waited in line for 15 minutes and instead of the employee taking care of the customer she pointed at the policy written on the desk and didn't help at all. In today's world if you aren't at "chick fil a" standards you aren't keeping customers. read more

The grocery pick up option has been a life saver for me as a working mom of two kiddos. The substitutions in those orders are spot on. The staff is very friendly here. I am giving 4/5 stars because as most Walmart's operate these days, when you go inside the store to make purchases - there are usually only one or two registers open even on their busiest days. That being said the cashiers are always friendly and helpful! Just stick with Grocery Pickup. :) read more

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I called to see if they had something in stock and it took me 10 minutes to talk to somebody. When I finally got through they asked me if I could come to the store and see for myself what kind of business is this? read more

This is the best walmart hands down. No other walmart beats this and I say this because of this slightly older man named Michael. He was so friendly and helpful when I needed his help in the technology section in the back and he was so kind. Sweetest dude ever. read more

The grocery pickup option is a lifesaver for busy families like ours. The main guy who seems to always handle pick up orders couldn't be friendlier. However, the last few orders I've made have had over TEN item substitutions with 3-5 items being completely out. I have had to make an entire additional trip to the grocery store, defeating the purpose of using the pick up option entirely. read more

This is closest store to home for me and I have to say coming from retail it's incredibly annoying seeing your cart pushers hanging out at the vestibule EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've had to sanitize my own cart while they chill. On my way out there's always a few of them hanging out in their car. Also who thought putting Goya products and soda on an end cap was a good idea? On multiple end caps at that. Do better. read more

We are avid users of Walmart's grocery pick up service and generally we're really pleased with our experience. However, we recently moved and this is now our closest Walmart, and we've had nothing but negative experiences with their grocery department. Every time we've used this service at this store, our order is messed up. Something is either incorrect or missing each time, which means I have to waste extra time going BACK to the store to speak to someone to get things fixed properly. Further, they're consistently out of really basic grocery items. I will not be returning to this particular Walmart for this service again. read more
