This was my 4th time picking up my prescription. They have an app where you can see the price, when your pills are ready, etc. Almost every time I go here the line could be 2-4 people and still take more than 30 minutes. Never go here if you have somewhere to be or during a lunch break. Also the people waiting in line complain the whole time which makes the wait much harder. Often times when it's my time to go up to the counter to get my pills the person behind me (almost always an older lady) will literally approach the counter right on my heals which is annoying and I have to sometimes tell them to back up. I feel like the regular checkout lanes is one thing but to be in my personal bubble while I'm picking up my medication is crazy. I wish they had an actual line structure or signage that told people to wait a few steps back (which should be common sense but here it's definitely not). The staff are always super helpful when it comes to knowing that insurance may cover pills if they are in one form vs another or if a generic or if it's better to buy over counter vs the prescription. It usually seems like they are short staffed and a bit overworked so I try to be patient whenever the line is discouraging. Overall I just wish it was a bit more organized as far as the line process.

Buyer beware on the Minute Clinic side. Went in for a simple ear wax removal. Everything online…read moresaid this is a simple procedure and should've been about $25-40 out of pocket with insurance. Since I do have insurance and haven't been in to a minute clinic in over 2 years they gouged me for $339.00. (New client - since it was over 2 years) and (extended visit - because apparently it was both ears) mind you the whole visit was 15-20 minutes tops. And since I am healthy with insurance and haven't met anything on my deductible, they are billing it ALL to me. If you had no insurance at all the bill would've still been about $110. No wonder people hate everything about healthcare in this country. I'm grateful I can afford this, but many out there living paycheck to paycheck may want to heed this warning.

Even my doctor refused to speak with him and sent my prescriptions elsewhere. On another issue with a prescription, staff on a phone call had the gall to tell me I should choose a doctor that is covered by my insurance if I don't want to have problems with my prescriptions. For reference: the doctor I was seeing was for a car accident so he was covered by my car insurance and not my medical insurance.

The Walmart had all the stuff that I was looking for but the people who shop here are very rowdy, the staff who work here aren't that nice either.
