Formally my favorite pharmacy, it has recently taken a downturn. Every time I've gone in recently, they seem to forget their primary job is customer service. No hello, no interaction, five people huddled around a computer talking about you like you're not there, extremely irritating. The question they had today could've been answered if they acknowledged my presence and directed a question to me instead of poring over their computer system. It was a simple miscommunication and misinterpretation on their part. There are always long lines now.
A long term pharmacist moved to rainbow where they have it a lot better, apparently. I think I'll be following him to Rainbow Pharmacy.
You may have worked hard for your Pharm.D. but never forget it's PEOPLE that you serve. Eye contact is critical. Proper training for the techs is also obviously lacking.
UPDATE: Now you can't call to see if they have your meds in stock unless you talk to a pharmacist, who is always occupied. DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY. been a customer for years!! Corporate idiots. Way to drive away long term customers. read more
