Her response? "It's Saturday," said with a dismissive tone, as if I was supposed to know their lunch schedule. Then, right in front of me, she shut the pharmacy gate in my face while two other staff stood aside doing nothing. Not a single person made an effort to help--despite Walgreens being the one to ask me to come pick up my prescription. This was my first time at this location--and will definitely be my last. If this is how Walgreens treats its customers, I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. It would've taken less than a minute to hand me my medication before closing. This helps women in menopause and of all ages (or men with low testosterone or whatever the issue may be) find hormonal BALANCE. I also know that they provide meds for pets or children and can put them into creams for ease of application. This is a much safer and purer way to get medicine into the body. In addition, it's easier to administer to animals, children, and people not wanting to swallow a bunch of pills. The pricing is VERY REASONABLE (NOT EXPENSIVE). The beiginngj and considered switching back to old pharmacy because of how bad things were but I gave them a second chance and ever since they have gone above and beyond to assist me and accommodate me... they have been amazing at getting my orders available for pickup super fast and have helped me switch up mistakes I made in order pickup or delivery when I wasn't able to have certain times or when it was convenient for me to pickup if I was near the location on a short notice... i do wish they had better parking but it is a busy downtown minneapolis area and they mainly are a delivery pharmacy but also have pickup... anytime I have had a question or an issue outside of their control they were able to figure it out and work with my doctors in lightning speed to get it figured out... they have really helped me navigate areas I was una aware of... ty so much and I am happy things got on a great track... i am usually pretty forgiving and like to give second chances as things can change... the staff is always friendly and helpful... they respond fast and have exceeded my expectations 10 fold since the mess in the beginning... ty again for everything... ty for having awesome delivery deivers also and I appreciate their hard work and dedication as they are not appreciated enough and people will give delivery drivers crazy demands and make it extremely difficult to get things delivered, especially at apartment buildings where people dont give access codes so they can get the order delivered successfully... ty all

Both emails show as read but the CNP will not respond to my emails. Emailed customer service, it says expect two days for a response, it's now been three days and they haven't even read the email. Guess I should have waited to pay my bill so they had a reason to pretend to care about my health concerns.
