Awful experience at the pharmacy' pick up not the store itself the store team is amazing Chris and the other bubbly guy are so friendly and approachable. They get all the stars. But pharmacy has a new girl she is African American and she treats customers like dogs. She did it to my mother to me and today to my husband. If she hates her job she should quit. If she's got bills to pay then she needs to fake it. But they should just fire her she is making the whole store look bad. I will not allow someone to be disrespectful to my family and continue to do it to others. Not on my watch. If she has done this to anyone else please call the store manager and let him know so they can just let her go and hire someone who will be an asset to the company. read more

It could be since I'm black she didn't take me seriously or female. I don't know. I didn't look homeless. Surprised by the bad reviews here. I've been going to this Triangle Square CVS for awhile now, like a lot of while. I find the staff really diligent and the pharmacy quite warm, present and caring. To me, this is rare. So much so that I'm not opposed to drop in to check on a prescription even if I haven't received notice. Parking can be precarious but I park in the back and walk around, so much less anxiety. Easy. read more

Shoutout to Alex at the Pharmacy! After recently switching to a new insurance, I needed a place to send my prescriptions. I chose a tried and true CVS near my house (and learned yesterday that they have different hours for the pharmacy on Sundays). In any case, I popped in during the "after work" hour and saw a few folks in line in front of me. Alex was working the pharmacy counter and made pleasant chat in both English and Spanish with the patrons in front of me. She was both friendly and efficient, and made it quickly to me in no time. I only had one prescription and wasn't able to pull up the barcode from my text confirmation (newb here who hasn't yet downloaded the CVS app...). She was happy to take my name and birthday instead and promptly pulled out my prescription. We exchanged some laughs and I was on my way! I hope she's working every time I come in - I think I'll have to make a habit of stopping by on Monday evenings if I can! read more

This CVS doesn't have any self check out stations and they don't have the greatest selection of tea but it was okay because I got everything I needed. The location is great because next door is grocery outlet along with plenty of other shops nearby to do your errands. Plenty of parking, workers are nice and convenient location. read more

This is a pretty nice Cvs! They have tons of greeting cards! They also have a lot of different flavors of Pedialyte in case you're having a colonoscopy. The line is really long so you have to be patient while checking out. They are definitely understaffed. read more

I ak writting this review out of disapointment. Today I went to tbe CVS pharmacy on Newport Blvd. where I usually get my prescriptions (Customer since 1992) tbere was about 3 persons in line and I was the fourth Imelda was helpimg a customer then the pharmacist comes over and tries to help the next as he was helping her he shouted please have your barcodes ready I agree so so that tbe line could go faster,but in this case my cell phone was dead. He finished helping her and just walked away from the front regigister, so much for having a barcode ready and helping his teamate Imelda. I finally got a chance to be next but since it was a new prescription( not a narcotic) bit it was sent electronically prescribed and I didnt have a hand prescrition she sent me over to drop off where this gentleman pharmacist was standing we explained the situation, but were too embarrased to say we didn't have a phone at tbe time to call. You would think because its a new prescription and it means one more customer and a sale to the pharmacy he would call and get it transfered? no he threw a joke tellimg me if I was ok waiting 72 hours to get that prescription antibiotic transfered because he had to make some phone calls. So much for customer service now a days. I don't think I'll be using this CVS for my prescriptions. read more

I already read a bad review on KRYSTAL (manager). Here is mine. A couple of months ago I was there with my dog. When I went to check out, Ms Sunshine told me I could not have my dog there. I told her another manager said I could. She repeated herself. By time she scanned my 4 items she said it another 3 times. I told her that I heard her all 4 times. She repeated it AGAIN. I told her she was a witch. She asked if I get my Rx's there. I said yes she said "Not anymore!". She ran to the pharmacy to told the pharmacist to transfer my Rx's to another location. I spoke to the pharmacist and he said not to worry, that she could not do that. Anyway, since them, each time I go there she aways says rude things to me, then says "Have a nice day." I tell her I do not want her to speak to me and she keeps repeating "Have a nice day!" This women SHOULD NOT be working with the public, let alone with seniors (me). Another lady who was there when she was being rude to me said that SHE had reported her. I see someone here has also. I am going to report her and am thinking of suing her for elder abuse. JOE just kicked me out of this CVS. I was not even rude. He lied and said I was rude. He wanted to put my prepaid card into store credit. I bought the items literally 8 min before this incident. I just wanted a swap and return a hair product. I have done this before at a different cvs and it was fine. He claims to be the manager. His tag does not even say that. This is him. Please NOTE I was not rude or aggressive he just wanted to tell me NO and not even bother to ask a actual manager for help. He even tried to call security on me. I literally did nothing wrong. edit this tryfulling queen out. --- I felt the need to call costumer relations and I got this wonderful representative named crystal and she heard me out. I realized that I forgot the debit card at the store, because I had to deal with that trying-Diva... I had Crystal on the line for this because I wanted her to see his reaction. I believe in signs right away I met the actual STORE manager who (btw I asked for and he said he was the manager) her name was crystal too. She was NICE and apologized to me. Beware of fraud gift cards! I purchased two Apple gift cards from this CVS and unfortunately when the person I gifted them to tried to redeem them they had already been used. Apple could not get my money back even tho they did see that the account that redeemed them was a fraud account. Very disappointing! Maybe gift cards should be locked up to avoid situations like this. read more

KARI "the supervisor" today was extremely rude and she's quite the mess. I paid $251.83 today so I don't appreciate her attitude from beginning to end. She opened the glass for eye drops after I rang the assistance bell and I grabbed two boxes of double vial Pataday eye drops (which are not cheap as they are $39.79 a box) and told her I couldn't reach the 3 boxes I needed in the back. The 3 double vial boxes hiding behind the single vial boxes. When I asked for her help in getting them for me she refused and said : "Aren't they all the same thing?" Which was obviously snide. Kari was being lazy and had a bad customer attitude. I said: "No they aren't all the same thing. Look for yourself. Do you think I'm just asking you to reach for boxes in the back just because?" She didnt apologize and got the 3 boxes and didnt acknowledge that she was wrong. Then I had to tell her THREE times that I needed Blink eye drops as well while simultaneously pointing at them. The third time she goes, which ones? So I pointed to the glass and said "These" and pointed right at them so that she couldn't miss it if blind. She snapped back even though I'm a paying customer and said: Saying theeeese doesn't help me. And I told her: Well I said I needed the Blink eye drops the first two times and that didn't help did it? Again she didn't apologize and asked me again which Blink eye drops after she actually opened the glass. I mean, your going to argue back? Get with it! That's the 4th time you asked me!! Then in weird tone she said that sheeee needed to walk all of the boxes herself. I said by all means go ahead. She walked halfway and dropped them. She's an idiot. I complained to Derek the other manager and he claimed that he would talk to her. The cashier w long brown hair at the front was very nice. He was awesome. There is also a funny pharmacist here that I really like that tells a lot of jokes. KARI sucks. I do request a GM call about this. I don't appreciate spending that much money to have a supervisor here argue with me when I did nothing wrong. I'm a customer! read more

This is my first time leaving a review but I felt it completely necessary considering how rude the employee KRYSTAL was that helped me. I signed up for the Extracare subscription in which I'm given $10 store credit each month. I picked out some $3 Halloween candy and attempted to pay with my rewards. But Krystal, in a very rude and condescending manner, told me I can't use my rewards because "it's not a gift card!" No one explained to me that the $10 reward had to be spent all at once. And I'm ok with that, I just was unaware. The person that signed me up told me I could use that $10 credit whenever. But it was her deliberate and pretentious choice of words that made me feel as if I was doing something to insult her. Hey, I've worked retail many years and I know it can be miserable. But if you hate your job, then quit. Don't try to ruin everyone else's day with your absolute TRASH customer service. I hope management reads this and offers her more training on how to treat customers and humans in general. Upon leaving the store, she accused a young man of stealing. The security guard searched him and he didn't have anything. Pretty public-slander-y if you ask me. Horrible customer service as soon as I walked in a manager I suppose as he wasn't wearing the red shirt, asked if we needed any help which at first didn't take too serious as maybe he was being helpful although we didn't look lost at all we were just grabbing drinks we were ordering a pizza from nearby and had passed by for drinks and as we were just waiting talking he approaches again saying we couldn't "hang out" and it was "time for us to leave" even though we had a drink in our hands obviously purchasing something. Experience was overall uncomfortable and mind you we were there for just 5 minutes tops. read more

A great pharm ... both staff and facility. All staff members are pleasant and eager to help me find something. A downside is that the lowest shelves are essentially not accessible to stiff-jointed and bifocal-visioned elders. But the staff will pitch in and help me get the right product. read more

I scheduled an appointment to get a covid shot and showed up to the CVS a few minutes ahead of my appointment. It turned out that due to a system glitch they had booked several people at the same time! The staff was very helpful and communicative and despite the error and many costumers showing up at the same time, they accommodated all of us with minimal wait time. As usual, CVS and their "one employee" in the entire store scenario at this location as well. Not to mention absolutely RUDE, disrespectful employees. First off, when you Google MoneyGram this location came up. So I walk in, and there is one employee and a "customer" (another employee). I had a bill that needed to be paid before the cut off time. All I needed to know was if the moneygram kiosk is in fact in their store as stated in Google search. The employee pays no mind to me so I said "excuse me" and he told me to hold on so they could finish their conversation. No eye contact nothing. After the "customer" /employee is done being rung up, they continue to ignore me and have a conversation with no regard to me. Again I say excuse me, can u just tell me if you have a moneygram? BRITTANY, turns around with the most annoyed look and fires a "NO!!" with so much attitude , as if me asking a question and interrupting her convo with the only employee in the store was the most disrespectful thing to happen to her. Now I'm late to pay my bill when they could've easily told me they don't have a moneygram when I first walked in instead of making me wait to answer my question after their "conversation" was over. read more

I come to this CVS to get my prescriptions filled and the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are courteous, professional, and understand the importance of patient confidentiality. This is a small CVS, but they have a good amount of inventory here. What I usually do is shop for any needed cosmetics or health care products first before I make my way to the pharmacy counter, so as to avoid the regular check out line. Not that I have a problem with the cashiers, but if I can be more efficient in the check-out process, then I'm all for it. Oh, and be sure to scan your CVS card for coupons...CVS in general is always on the pricier side compared to Target so get those coupons ready. read more

Simply atrocious. Staff is extremely lazy, incompetent and flat out rude. My doctor called in a prescription, and 4 hours later, they said they had no record of it. It turns out they just don't answer the phone or check voicemail. I had to have my doctor call it in again and go back one more time, and this time they said they had no record of my insurance information, even though they had just filled a prescription for me 3 weeks ago with the same insurance and have been doing so for a year. Worse, they simply refused to help me, insisting I pay $52 for antibiotics or go home. I understand that hiccups happen, but their staff makes your life more difficult because they are so lazy and rude and just don't care. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. And if you use insurance, it's not like CVS is any cheaper. Rates are whatever is negotiated with your insurance company. read more

I go to this CVS pharmacy because it is right by my work. My physician sends my prescription in electronically, so by the time I leave the doctor's office and drive on over, my prescription is usually ready when I arrive. If your doctor sends over the prescription electronically, I would recommend calling the pharmacy to confirm the order has been received before driving over there to pick it up. read more
