He genuinely tried to resolve the issue and offered several solutions, but unfortunately, she wasn't receptive to any of them. I really hope management recognizes what an outstanding employee Michael is. He handled a difficult interaction with professionalism and kindness, even when the customer wasn't willing to work with him. Tip: when taking pics on a film camera, prioritize snaps outdoors. If you have to take indoors, highly recommended to use flash. If wanna capture legible text, make sure the font is large. . Note: Fujifilm develops your film, but you can't visit them directly (they don't have their own local retailers because the modern tech switch to digital media has obsoleted film photography), so you have to visit outsourcers like Walgreens. 12/24/25: Visited here to submit my disposable camera for film development.
