So utterly frustrated and angry with this pharmacy. While…read morethey are very friendly and helpful most of the time. there are things that makes a business impractical or in the case of a pharmacy - inadequate. My family has used this pharmacy for years, even tho they have bankers hours. We always prefer smaller businesses to the larger chains. Recently, with an ailing mom, Accucare has really hurt us. We were waiting on an important pain med, and each time we sent relatives to pick up other needed meds, that drug was not included. After validating with the doc that the script was submitted, we sent my neice to get it and a new antibiotic late friday for the weekend. She was turned away without either drug - a problem with insurance? I called frustrated Saturday and found out that the drugs were still inexpensive but the pharmacist was waiting on a call backs from the doc or insurance but no call to us. Now I live an hour away and they close at noon on Saturdays.....I had to do a 2 hour round trip in a rush to get my mom these meds. Each issue was financially meaningless, but the meds critical. So, niceness aside, this is unacceptable in a pharmacy. ESPECIALLY since it is was late on a Friday with such limited hours. Can you imagine? "No we don't have your moms meds and we close soon." We are all moving to one of the larger pharmacies that have longer hours and where they would fill and let you know the new cost if insurance was denied.

I have gotten MANY prescriptions here since my previous reviews and all of my transactions have been error free. The pharmacists and staff know their customers by name and they go out of their way to ensure each transaction is handled with courtesy, respect and accuracy. They have earned this 5 star rating and I apologize for not updating my review sooner. UPDATE - MARCH 2015: Finding another pharmacy was much more difficult than anticipated. Chain pharmacies have serious drawbacks that make them not worth the effort. I also learned that prescriptions for controlled substances can't be transferred which made a complete move impossible. I also found out that getting certain prescriptions at chain pharmacies are like trying to find ice in the desert. While I still have an issue with how my incidents were handled - my advice to everyone is to check everything yourself. Don't rely on others. I am still a customer here because the chains were worse.

Predominately budget brands, magnums, and California wines make up the majority of the wine. Wines from Oregon Argentina France Spain Italy and Portugal are represented but on a smaller scale. I was very happy to see a good Rosé selection, even though it's winter. Extensive liquor selection as well and range from low to high end brands. They even have gift items. Prices are reasonable and they have some wines I haven't seen locally before - which is a plus for me. Very friendly staff and manager. They have a free membership program. Discounts available if you buy a case but also if you buy three bottles of one wine varietal which is a real plus! They have many tastings Thurs- Sunday and if you buy only one bottle of what is being tasted you also get the three bottle discount price! Happy to have them so close by. I'll be a regular customer.

Meh is my feeling about this store. I like wine and hard liquor, my husband likes expensive…read morebourbon. It's a mile and a half from my house so it's convenient. Prices and selection are fine. Sometimes I'm asked if I need help, usually I'm not. Often, there's a group of people behind the checkout socializing, and I can't tell if they're employees or delivery people or vendors. The cashiers are usually friendly, but it would be nice if they provided a receipt every time without asking. Just because I can't return something doesn't mean I'm not entitled to a copy of the receipt. I went in today looking for a specific bourbon for my husband for Valentine's Day. Usually when I can't find something in the aisle, I know it's behind the counter. I showed the cashier a screenshot of the store's website, and he jokingly said "well at that price, it should be in the aisle on the right side of the aisle, and if it's not, then it's on the left." I went back to the aisle. A different version of it was there, the version I was looking for was not. I walked back to the register, saw what I was looking for right behind the first cashier. Another cashier waved me over. I jokingly said that I politely disagreed with the first cashier that what I was looking for was in the aisle, and she said well, no actually, he's not wrong, the bigger bottles are in the aisle, and we have smaller bottles back here and she showed me a different (incorrect version), to which I responded for her to just please look behind him, the one that I'm looking for, is literally right there. She turns. Oh hey, I was right. No acknowledgment that I was right. So I guess next time I want a $72 bottle of bourbon, I'll drive down to Viscount or Arlington Wine & liquor. The reward program here is a joke; I spend several hundred dollars a year and I'm lucky to get a dollar or two off every so often. If the employees are too busy socializing and don't even know what they stock, I'll just spend my money elsewhere.

This is a newer model of the Cumberland Farms chain. This store was recently built after the older…read morestyle Cumberland Farms was tore down to make room for this new one. The new store is at least 3x larger than the older one. As such, it features an updated and modern design, the parking lot is larger, and there are many more gas pumps. There is an abundance of parking on the front and side of the building, with doors on both sides and entrances on both the 17K and Rock Cut Road sides of the parking lot. This is much more efficient than the old store. The inventory is wide-ranged. There are a few shelves with perishable foods and miscellaneous items, but much of the store contains fresh food -- hot or cold. There is a variety of a little bit of everything. Staff are friendly and plenty. I stopped in just before midnight on a weeknight and there were 4 employees working. Two were stocking the shelves, one was cleaning, and the other was a cashier (who was also cleaning). Staff were extremely friendly and 2 employees went out of their ways to advise me that uniformed personnel (military, law enforcement, etc.) always get coffee for free. A few customers came in and out, but the amount of staff on hand was easily able to keep up with the flow, plus there were still enough employees to get the other jobs done (stocking, cleaning, etc.). For a gas station / convenience store, this is impressive. I hope it lasts.
