Let me start by prefacing I never even write reviews, let alone negative. To be honest, I felt compelled to sign up for Yelp just because of how someone in this store made me feel. This person absolutely made me feel like the biggest burden. Usually I genuinely don't give a pickle about things like this because it's a job. It probably pays little. I don't know. I hate being that person. But this needs to be brought up with someone. I don't know if I'm just sensitive but regardless this person absolutely made me feel worse than I already was prior to calling. I called Pharmacy about the cost of a prescription which significantly went up from what I was paying before with them. Mind you, I know CVS does not control how much they can sell a prescription to me but my insurance. The pharmacist who answered my call after a brief reason for me to call simply had the worst tone. This person was rude, spoke to me in an annoyed fashion, and straight up hung the phone with the quickness that it just made me feel absolutely crappy. I am in no way blaming them for anything related to my issue.. but does it kill you to speak to someone in a somewhat vulnerable situation so roughly? Really? I personally work with patients and I could NEVER speak to them the way this person spoke to me. Astounding. Couldn't catch the name because it was said too quickly. I'm not asking for much but just to be spoken with a tad more respect when calling about something that involves my health and the fact it raised concern because I suddenly can't afford it. Learn to speak with kindness and empathy. That is NOT the way you speak to anyone, let alone when it involves someone's health. Astoundingly rude and I won't be filling my prescription here anymore. I have never been spoken to or treated like that in any pharmacy ANYWHERE. What is wrong with you? It's a shame because I've personally gone there many times and they're all so kind. Don't know what it was going on with this pharmacist but for the love of all that is good do not talk to patients like that. Jeez. This place has a seriously understaffed pharmacy! It is always busy, so they are behind and causes alot of back ups. If your sick and all you want is your medication so you can go home and go to bed, this is not your place. Most of the time they are still nice, but there have certainly been plenty of time where you are met with an attitude. That is completely unnecessary when working any form of customer service. read more

This CVS is one of the few 24 hour pharmacies and is super busy. The pharmacy is understaffed and so busy. They are always very polite and helpful the customer service workers are super friendly. 3 stars are for how long the turn around is for dr calling in meds and it actually being filled. Plus the wait time if you call. If the staff wasn't so nice I would have given it way less stars. read more

Horrible experience. Called last night to have a prescription refilled, was given a short response and was hung up on. They also didn't verify my birthday or anything like that. And now I'm waiting to have it picked up and have been sitting in the drive thru for 2 and a half hours; I wish I was exaggerating. I work at a CVS store myself, so I get that it can get busy but in my eyes there is no excuse for making someone wait that long. I'd suggest transferring or going somewhere else entirely. read more

Will not come back. My doc called in a prescription...got the call it was ready. Go to pick it up...should be easy right. No, first they tell me I don't have insurance. Um no, I just left my job working for the government...prerty sure I'm current. So I have to call to get the group info. I do so, wait in line, and they tell me I'm in the wrong line...oh, so you couldn't have told me when you had me call my insurance company? Give them the info...need to reprint label...five more minutes wait. It's now been fifty minutes and here I stand. read more

Worst CVS I have ever been to. I only came to this location because I went to urgent care at night and this was the closest open CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist lady seemed incompetent. Took forever to fill my prescription, then she never called my name even though she knew I was waiting (and I was the ONLY customer waiting). After 30 minutes I spoke to the other pharmacist and he found that the prescription had been filled and was sitting there. His comment was "oh she filled that before she left to go up front". And to top it all off, they were completely out of a common medication. I have good experiences at most CVS locations, but suggest everyone avoid this one ! read more

Suuuuper mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to ask a question and the pharmacist was so mean and rude on the phone it almost made me cry. Most CVS are ok, but this one is terrible. Im scared of the pharmacist. If you get hurt and and have to take a script there for pain meds they treat you like a drug addict. read more

This CVS is closest to our home. That is the only reason I use it. There is one polite pharmacist who actually is pleasant and will try to help you. Or I would give it one star. They seriously need to hire some help. It should not take 4-5 days for a RX to be filled. I take 2 different kinds of Insulin and when they do fill it, there is always an issue with it. Every. Single. Time. And noone bothers to call and let you know there is a problem before you get there. I've never had so many problems at any other pharmacy ever. They seriously need to get with the program. read more

Great photo app program. Couldn't find my memory card today... I had left it at home and staples the office store stated they couldn't help me get the picture off the phone to the fax machine etc... Well I went to CVS and used the app from the Play store it was done so fast and effectively. I was amazed. I returned to Staples/to fax, and asked her why didn't they help me like this with an app... My normal prescription was being denied by my insurance for being filled "too early". This was very confusing to me because it was the same old stuff I always got, and it certainly wasn't early. The pharmacist was able to figure out that I was ONE PILL over the limit, and subsequently submitted the prescription again, minus one pill. It was covered. I don't know what I would have done without this professional's dedication to service. I got the impression that he actually cared whether or not I got my prescription filled. I've always used this place just because they are nearby and open 24 hours, but now I feel very good about the level of professionals working there. read more

Awful Pharmacy Service by Anthony B. Pharmacists, (told me his name was Tony in the drive through) very not helpful. Whom suppose to be the manager! The store/pharmacy suppose to be 24 hours, however, arrived at 5:51 am after driving 20 mins to this location to find out he lied and stated 3 people waiting inside on prescriptions to be fill due to I came through drive thru and he I cannot obtain my prescriptions until 7:30 am while waiting. I go inside there is no one there but me and the CVS staff! I know CVS is not that hard off to operate a 24 hour business within miles and only scheduled one person to fill prescriptions! Nor other locations fill you, work you in not show you everybody else's request baskets stating I still have to fill these and do paperwork before my schedule ends! Great job CVS for lack of customer service and time management skills for being cheap. Guest it's time to start visiting other drug store cause this is not the CVS I know and my name is for surely not on it! read more
