CVS's system is terrible!!!!!!! Because of their mixing up the location of my meds with the Healdsburg store, and after several trips to both stores, I ended up going 3 days without my anti-seizure meds and had 2 seizures in one day. And if you call, you can't speak to a human. It's a "virtual assistant." So if you want to speak to someone, you have to go to the store. That's ridiculous! I'm switching pharmacies today. read more

I called them two hours prior to me coming to pick up the medication to make sure that it is ready by the time that I get there because I live 30 minutes away. lady on the phone said that the medication's were ready. I get to CVS both medication's not ready. One of them needs to get reviewed because the doctor sent in two different instructions and the other one wasn't even filled yet,so CVS wouldn't give me my medication. I called my doctor to get it approved. The lady wanted to say that it wasn't her job to call them And get it approved that she faxed something over and that I should wait but that they closed in 20 minutes. Being very passive aggressive trying to get her point across that they closed which I got. I just don't understand why you're gonna tell me. The most rudest bitch ever, Jennifer the pharmacist! She is so rude and unkind to another of elder people and the disabled. She has been awful to a person I try to help. My friend has a lot of pain issues due to a accident long ago bit suffers greatly. With that she has a lot of anxiety because doctors can't fix her and she's pretty young. Probably one of the worst Pharmacies and Pharmacists I have had the displeasure to use. If you like having your prescriptions messed up, being interrogated loudly by a rude pharmacist about what your physician has prescribed for you and having your HIPAA rights violated because of their loud overbearing interrogation this is the place for you. As for me I prefer a professional organization that attempts to protect my health privacy and sadly seeing as CVS is now the only pharmacy in Cloverdale I will need to go out of town to get my prescriptions filled read more

I am sorely disappointed with the customer service of this pharmacy. My mom needed a medication and I went inside to make sure doctor office had sent it in. I said I would be back in 20 minutes. I came back and after waiting in a long line again, they tell me they are out of that certain medication. I asked if they could call another cvs and I'd go get it. Matthew said yes with frustration in his eyes. I waited as he proceeded to help others behind me in line. People kept coming in and he just kept helping them not dealing with my moms rx. I didn't know if he expected me to wait all day so I asked if he would just give us a call with what he found out. He actually said "why make this more difficult then it already is?". I don't understand what happened to customer service especially a pharmacy that is supposed to help you! I walked out. Well I guess the good employees have moved on. I've temporarily moved back to Cloverdale, for about 4 mos., after living down in Concord for over 35 years. So, obviously, we need to deal with the local CVS up here. I'm appalled at their terrible service. It's either a bad or bossy attitude or someone who has poor English skills. They just aren't very helpful, when it comes to insurance issues or doctor contact. I had to call today to follow up on a med and the lady asked my name three times. I had to spell it out for her and as you can see, it's a very easy name, at least for English speakers. Anyway, she then transferred me to the pharmacist, as I had a question about a vaccine. Whomever, the guy was, he wasn't very clear on how much the vaccination would cost, though he could have looked it up using our insurance info., like our old CVS did. Then, on top of the frustrating phone conversations, my wife and I had our second COVID boosters in early April. The online registration is very tedious, but that's how CVS operates. We were supposed to wait 15 minutes for them to check for a negative reaction. No one showed up, so we just walked out. Why are all the shelves half empty? It's like the place is barely clinging to life. The staff is nice, just a mess of a store though.

I have never been so appalled and surprised by someone in the health care industry. I have been going to CVS since I can remember but never have I had to go to the actual pharmacy, but today I went to go grab some allergy medication for my mother. I arrived to the pharmacy to see this long auburn haired girl talking very agitated to an older lady, as if she had a long day. Whatever that's fine. It wasn't until I went to my car to get my license that I returned to the lady yelling at an older man hard of hearing giving him instructions but then rubbed her entire face (in these corona virus circumstances and DIDN'T sanitize her hands after) and said "i feel like i'm yelling" all stressed like. the guy ended up saying "what a chore huh?" after letting her know he was hard of hearing multiple times. That was that but she also got very stressed out that I pulled out my card to early and she had to restart the terminal. My mother has said she's only seen her very rude to customers or breaking down crying. If you have no patients for anyone but yourself, don't be a health care worker. And if you hate your job, get out of it and do something else! A human interaction has never pissed me off more in my life. I only give two stars because I like CVS just not the girl working at the pharmacy; the managers really need to put that girl in check or fire her. read more

This local CVS store consistently has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The employees treat customers more like an annoyance then as a customer. When I had an issue with a coupon not applying properly, no attempt was made to help me at all. As the line got bigger and bigger and backed up further and further I finally just gave in when it was clear that the employee had no interest in solving the problem. Unfortunately, because it is a small town, they are the only gig in town for pharmacy needs. But in my opinion, I would avoid this store as much as possible. They do not know how to treat their customers. read more

As a rule I LOVE pharmacy stores, Longs was one of my favorites. With the conversion to CVS I figured it wouldn't be much change. WRONG. 1. After standing in line for 15 minutes, when the store manager/or assist. manager took the first person from the back of the patient people waiting and began to have a personal conversation with them, I decided I no longer needed anything in my cart and left. 2. Six months later, I tried again, better check out service, store was in disarray...looked like the day after Christmas sale was just over. Last week I went because they were open later, and needed batteries. The gal up front was nice, helpful, and then had register problems when I went to check out. Again, the next checker opened up and took anyone who rushed over despite the line of patient people who had been waiting through the problem checkout. Customer service would give it no stars. I did get a couple of buys and the batteries, plus the original register operator was pleasant...so 2 stars is giving her that credit! read more

I should have looked on here before trying to make this place my pharmacy. I'm new to the area, as well. On a Monday, this pharmacy called me and said they would fill a certain prescription on the following Thursday. I know they could've filled it then, but I let it go. I said it was very important that I get it by Thursday, and they said it would be fine. Thursday comes, and I call in that morning to make sure everything was good. Technician said yes, and it would be ready by 11. Then I get a text saying it would be filled the next day in the evening. ... Some really uncomfortable calls had to be made between the pharmacist, me, and my doctor. Then a few other things happened. Ultimately, the situation was resolved, but I did get my prescription filled at another pharmacy that day. I am pretty sure I know why I was treated so poorly and rudely, but I'm not here to get into specifics. I wish they'd brush up on their customer service skills and compassion. read more

We moved to Cloverdale about three years ago. The CVS store and pharmacy was ok at that time. In the last year there had been a MAJOR decline in how the store is stocked. The shelves are literally half empty on every isle. On one trip I went in for five items and they didn't have three of the items. I have asked the employees many times why everything is so poorly stocked and how they seem to always be out of basic products. The response was that they were understaffed and couldn't get anyone to work there. It would seem that maybe the CVS corporate office should be notified of the problems that the store is having, perhaps by the store manager?? The staff is always polite and do apologize for the state of the store. That is the only reason I'm giving them two stars. read more

I swear there is something in the water as I've never received such WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE as i have since i arrived in Cloverdale! Kudos to your customer service agent ERICKA.... with a "CK" (lol) in her name and her co worker GABY for making us feel so welcome with their infectious smiles and warm laughter! Even tho she was either going on a break or perhaps her shift had ended... she graciously reopened her register even tho there was only 1 other person in the other line... just so we wouldn't have to wait. Fucking horrible place. I have a major procedure tomarrow and needed my medication and I got a text before saying they got my order and they were filling it. But an hour later, nothing. Their website says they are open till 10. Not the pharmacy. Doesn't say anything about it when you bring it up on Google. Like everything else on Google works and does. And now I'm not sure if I will be able to do my procedure and may have to go to the emergency room to get my medication. Thanks a lot. What a reliable place. I called to see if they had the capabilities to enlarge a picture. They did, but unfortunately only for photo albums. I asked if they could make a exception because it's for my grandma's celebration of life, she went and asked her manager which told her, "We can absolutely not make a exception." Well all I have to say is this establishment has lost my business and my families which live and have lived there for many years. If you have the capabilities to do a print, why not.
